Replaced the controller. In addition to installing the seven cameras they also mounted a 43" monitor. The install was mostly done by Clay, Bill and Kyler. Robert was there off and on and did advise and do some hands on as well. Great job on the install, very clean and the wires hidden as much as possible. Looked very professional and I am very picky. The integration of the two alarm systems had some bugs but that would be expected and Robert worked them out quickly. I definitely recommend Robert and ASAP Security.

I've waited a few months to see if anything would change but nothing. I had a few other people contact him acting like they wanted new installs (since he claimed to have been in jail), and he was quick to respond to them. He's just avoiding me since he already stole my money and doorbell camera. Won't even respond to give me the password to my system. Mind you we (my colleagues) had used him in the past at other properties and had good experiences. Something has changed and he is not good/reliable like he used to he.
