I'd been wanting to beef up my home security so I had Robert come out and review my home and quote…read moreon a camera system. He seemed very knowledgeable about his field and new technology. We went with seven cameras and a skybell doorbell, just like a ring doorbell but interfaces with a home protection system. We had an existing home protection system andd Robert quoted us on replacing it with his company's. They used all my existing motion and door sensors and added two glass breakage sensors. Replaced the controller. In addition to installing the seven cameras they also mounted a 43" monitor. The install was mostly done by Clay, Bill and Kyler. Robert was there off and on and did advise and do some hands on as well. Great job on the install, very clean and the wires hidden as much as possible. Looked very professional and I am very picky. The integration of the two alarm systems had some bugs but that would be expected and Robert worked them out quickly. I definitely recommend Robert and ASAP Security.

All I knew when we moved is that we DID NOT want to take our AT&T Digital Life nightmare with us…read more (Looooong wait times on the phone for customer service, cameras constantly going down, high monthly fees, etc.) I read the Yelp reviews for ASAP, called them up, liked what I heard and they installed the system in our home the next day. And it is so state of the art! I love that the system is wireless and that we can control the system from our smartphone AND they gave us each a key fob remote. Just a push of a button on our key ring and we can arm, disarm or hit an emergency alarm key. So convenient! We are very pleased with both the service and the system.

My neighborhood was having some package thefts, car break ins, and even a couple burglaries. I…read moreasked Tyler to install some cameras for me so that I would feel safer when I'm not home. Tyler installed 12 cameras for me. I have 10 cameras outside and 2 cameras inside. I requested for my cameras to record 24/7. I can playback, snip recordings, and I've even sent a package theft recording to my local police department that helped nab the suspect. Tyler is super responsive and always gets back to me within a few minutes if he's not busy. The rates are reasonable and Tyler is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. My family and I feel safe and secure in our neighborhood, which is priceless. I've been so pleased with Tyler's work ethic that I have even referred some neighbors to him as well, There's even an app that Tyler helped me download and I can monitor my cameras when I'm not home, or even when I'm on vacation outside of the US. I would give 10 stars if I could.

He finished most of it, but left two…read moreof my backyard cameras having issues and stole the Hikvision video doorbell he told me to order. I made the mistake of sending him most of the balance that was owed because he made up some sob story about his wife leaving him, not having money for gas, getting sent to jail for a week for seeing his kid, etc. Now I have no doorbell, cameras that don't work, lost my money, and he won't respond to calls/texts. I've waited a few months to see if anything would change but nothing. I had a few other people contact him acting like they wanted new installs (since he claimed to have been in jail), and he was quick to respond to them. He's just avoiding me since he already stole my money and doorbell camera. Won't even respond to give me the password to my system. Mind you we (my colleagues) had used him in the past at other properties and had good experiences. Something has changed and he is not good/reliable like he used to he. Just a liar, thief, and a scum now.

Disclaimer: I suggest that you read the reviews in its entirety rather than basing your decisions…read moreon how much stars the business have (You're an adult not a pre-schooler... or are you?). Cut to the chase, he's the real deal and will deliver to what was agreed upon. He's local, small business and have had affiliation to big businesses that he knows the good and bad side of the trade. What this also means is that he will give you an honest and competitive pricing for his services. For the services he provided us, he was asked to install two TV mounts and a few more specific requests to accomodate to go along with it. Not only he was able to deliver but his extensive knowledge, experience and skills showed when he was able to accomplish everything to the tee and on time. He's highly recommended in my book.

He is just a nice guy as well really easy going and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Zane Hirtzel to all of my friends, you can tell he really cares about his clients and what is best for them and not what is best for himself. That is a hard trait to find in anyone let alone a salesperson. . Overall I was very pleases with Kiwi and especially pleased with Zane. Here is a picture from there website www.Kiwiav.com
