Asaf was doing a 16 camera installation at my home in Corona. He finished most of it, but left two of my backyard cameras having issues and stole the Hikvision video doorbell he told me to order. I made the mistake of sending him most of the balance that was owed because he made up some sob story about his wife leaving him, not having money for gas, getting sent to jail for a week for seeing his kid, etc. Now I have no doorbell, cameras that don't work, lost my money, and he won't respond to calls/texts. I've waited a few months to see if anything would change but nothing. I had a few other people contact him acting like they wanted new installs (since he claimed to have been in jail), and he was quick to respond to them. He's just avoiding me since he already stole my money and doorbell camera. Won't even respond to give me the password to my system. Mind you we (my colleagues) had used him in the past at other properties and had good experiences. Something has changed and he is not good/reliable like he used to he. This Review is Long Over Due... I tried to Avoid doing this but it's important for me to speak up and hopefully save someone the hassle of dealing with this business... I'm going to keep it short and simple because the whole process was very frustrating and dragged out. Basically as another reviewer mentioned, I got A LOT of excuses from Asif as to why he couldn't make it on many occasions. How the equipment was running late And how he was dealing with hacking issues. I was dealing with security issues and I needed cameras up ASAP. I was respectful and waited patiently but it took close to 3 months to have my system up and running. I was very understanding and Asif stated in text that I didn't need to pay him for labor due to the long wait and hassle.... When the job was finally done he got loud and defensive in my home demanding I pay him... I agreed to pay him a portion of the balance but he was so consumed in his frustration that he didn't hear a word I said about paying him. I had 8 cameras installed but only 6 are working properly. I can't get a hold of Asif to help with the broken cameras. This business is NOT Reliable in any way. I Do Not recommend them to anyone. read more

We had our house outfitted with a presently state of the art IP security camera system with Hikvision components. We chose to have eight 4 megapixel cameras. Ned was fantastic. He is trustworthy and responsive. He came out the same day despite me not coming home until late that evening. He listened to our needs. We planned out the location of each camera and he set very real expectations about how the wires would be run. He took a lot of care to make sure the wire runs were perfectly hidden on our new home. There are zero wires visible on the outside of our house. He far exceeded my expectations. The camera system is really nice and the installation is perfect. His installers, Dominic and Adam, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I watched them do each wire run and saw exactly where and how they drilled through my new home. They were not annoyed in the least bit by my curiosity or by me hanging out with them. They actually were super friendly the entire time and it looks as if the system was completely prewired. I asked him about a small recording issue after the installation and he offered to come out and address it immediately after ordering a new part. We feel so much safer now both when we're home and when we're away. The system looks great and the installation was as well done as I could have asked for. The price was also very fair, amongst the lowest of the 4 quotes I got. Ned is a fair businessman and a gentleman. I wish him and his company very well! I asked for a quote on Ethernet installation, and he quoted me a price and then offered an "alternate" solution at a cheaper price. When I asked what the solution was, he replied "If i tell you than why would you need me later?" My review is based on customer service and responsiveness to inquiry. Contacted Yasaf thru Yelp and he responded immediately. Told him my needs and he immediately created an appointment and accommodated me on his off days which was a Sunday. Came to my house and immediately worked on my brand new Orbi mesh wifi. After almost 3 hrs of trying to make it work,satellites and wifi just wouldn't work and connect. He even offered his own mesh system product but still couldn't make it work. The problem probably is coming from my network provider,Frontier,and it's modem/router combo installed,who knows. I feel bad for Yasaf leaving without getting anything done. He tried his best. He didn't charge me but it would been a win-win for us if it worked because I wanted a floodlight camera installed too. Oh well. Things doesn't go well all the time. I had a security system that I bought installed by In the Sky approximately 8 months ago. Ned came over and looked at the location and asked me what I wanted to do. After I told him what I wanted he asked if he can give me some recomendations. I ended up going with his recommendation. Lol The next day, In the Sky crew came over and did their job. I left to work and They finished the job. After I returned home I was not sold on one area on how the wires were installed and exposed. I called Ned and the very next day he sent Ben who fixed the issue. He was very professional. I waited 8 month's to post a review and there has not been any issues since. I contacted In The Sky for a quote on running ethernet in my house. He told me that he could do it but it would be very expensive and suggested powerline adapters that would use the existing wiring to get from room to room and then use wifi. He said he would install it and give us a couple of days to see if we liked it, if we didn't, he would just take them back. He installed a couple but need to return on Sunday with a laptop to get the last one to work. By the next morning someone had hacked into my email , gained access an old Venmo account and wiped out my checking account. I informed him about it and had him pick them up. He returned the next day with two of the same products except without wifi and told me to try them for a couple of days, which I agreed to (the cost was $100 for the 2 pair). These worked OK for my grandson computer but the not any others in the house. I let him know that we would keep one and he could pick up the other along with $50 for the one pair. He then told me that the price is $100 + tax for one set or two and there was a $25 restocking fee for each if we didn't want them. Do not let this guy into your house. read more

Further cementing my belief most reviews are fake & left by friends, family or the owner him or herself. I previously typed out the whole saga & decided to be brief instead & you can draw your own conclusions, if you dislike your free time & money & love aggrivation while enduring endless salesman banter only to have the same problem as when you started then look no further you've found your guy. / EG He no showed & rescheduled several appointments, sold me inadequate equipment he would not replace, he flaked allot & repeatedly wasted my time by making useless appointments where he wouldn't fix the problem & MOST IMPORTANTLY he left me worse then when I started despite several phone calls & text messages & completely misled me me on our last appointment in terms of what he was going to do/fix...WASTE OF TIME & $$, awesome. read more

I have problem with my security system couple days ago. Sam detected and found out that the bird made a nest inside one of my security camera. Sam took care of problem with my satisfaction. The previous technician installed the camera cable incorrectly. The camera cable was on top of the roof and exposed to sun. Sam did a very good job to rerun the camera cable inside the attic.
