We had a ton of issues with our security system and it was always unreliable. Finally, we found Orlando who was able to fix the many issues and help us get the system user friendly!! Now, we can access our cameras from any device, computer, and even TV. Playback is much easier and he taught us how to use the more advanced settings. I'm definitely not affiliated with Simple Media and will write an honest review: Orlando came to my house and did the install of my new 65 inch tv. He was very polite, professional, and helpful. He not only mounted the tv, he also included the mount, and hid all the cables behind my wall. He did all this for MUCH less than Best Buy and other places I called around. I would definitely recommend Simple Media and will be using them again in the future. I plan to have a tv outside on my backyard, and when the time comes, I will be hiring Simple Media. I hired Orlando to do the prewire for a new home that I built. The pre wiring seemed to turn out OK. When it came time to install the stereo components however he was way over his head. The exterior speakers ended up with gaps between the housing and the stucco and the he left junction boxes uncovered for months. The county inspectors nearly failed an inspection because of his sloppy work. The outlets that I had him install for security cameras weren't marked and he wasn't able to locate them after the stucco was in. The same thing happened with the wire to one of the speakers for the surround system. He eventually got the stereo operating on a limited basis and came back to install an additional amp and four more speakers. His tech couldn't figure out how to wire the new speakers and amp and left us without the new speakers working, but also the speakers that were installed and previously working no longer worked. He finally came back a week later and still couldn't get things operating properly. I asked him to just return the system to the way it was previously and he refused. He ended up cutting the wires to the stereo and left us without anything operating. read more
