We were very happy with 21st Century for our in-home WiFi needs and questions. Since we started facing the challenges with the Covid-19 in March, working from home with a very reliable internet signal all over our house is very critical to have. I have teenage kids that relied on a great internet access when doing homework or having zoom calls with their school. There's also myself and my husband who relied on great internet access so we can continue to work from our home. I am very pleased and very satisfied with the great service that Marcus provided in installing the necessary technology that we needed such as installing the network equipment and management tools, including the access points. These access points are amazing and we never lose our signal anymore wherever I go in my house. What I really love about it also is that all wires, cables were hidden. It's is such a great clean work. Marcus is such a nice and easy person to talk to and he was able to explain to us how everything works. He provided such a great service that we ended up getting surveillance cameras, doorbell cameras, floodlight cameras and had him pulled cat6 cables to install all these. Our doorbell camera allows us to communicate with our mail carrier to ensure that items are not left, if we are not home. After having been disappointed by previous camera/security company we decided it was time for a change. As a business that relies on its cameras and security system, we have to have everything in tip top shape.
