    False advertising the ad states that they will take any phone in any condition and give you a iPhone 16 "on us" Free is what that means. So they is not true if you give them your iPhone 14plus ( paid for no balance ) in trade they won't give you the iPhone 16 UNLESS your service changes from a $45 a month plan to the $100 a month plan so they are using a bait and switch technique to get you to pay more per month for the service you already have. $55 a month extra is not on us or free

    We went to T-Mobile to make a few adjustments to our plans during the week. Walter was the rep assisting us, he has a positive attitude and even greater customer service skills. He listened actively, responded promptly, and conveyed information effectively to us. He went the extra mile to address our inquiries and provided exceptional service. His friendly demeanor and patience created a positive experience for us. He possesses product knowledge inside out. He explained the features without time restrictions. We'll definitely ask for him, next time we need any assistance!

    I've been with T-Mobile for a long, LONG time. Thankfully, I've rarely ever had to come in to this store for service on my phone. The one time I did about a year ago, it was a hot mess. They used to have you check in at the height of the covid lockdown, then wait in your car until you got a text telling you to come in. Now it seems they do that only when they are super busy. I didn't have the greatest service when I went in to have them fix my phone issue. This review is based more on the T-Mobile Tuesday freebie pick ups. I come in because of the convenience and am usually in the area. This morning I went in about 10 minutes after they opened thinking I could grab the freebie and be on my way. I walk in at 9:10am and stood at the door for about a good 5 minutes before the lady who was helping a couple finished up with them. She then said she could help me as the couple walked out. There was another couple being helped by a guy, who had his back turned because he was using the computer on the back wall. They had 2 employees there at the time, 2 couples who were being helped and no one acknowledged me at all. I guess that little doorbell ring that goes off when you walk in serves no purpose. Most other locations will acknowledge and greet you even when they're super busy. It's called good customer service but it doesn't exist here, unfortunately. When I finally had her attention, I asked if they had the bags. She had to go look for them, so she went to the back and took about another 5 minutes. Then she comes out with 2 of them, because by then there were 2 others who came in after me. She handed one to me, as she was on her phone, talking to her manager (I assumed, since she was saying how she had to look for them and how you had to click on it in the app, etc.). She did not check to verify that I redeemed the offer on my phone. IF I was a shady person, I could have easily went back later or to another location to get another if I hadn't redeemed the offer on the app. Lucky for them, I am NOT shady. They really need to train the employees at this location to be more professional and customer service oriented. I'd recommend the location in Temecula, by Urbane Cafe on Winchester. My boys Jay, Eloy, and Juan know what's up!! Idk if they still work there, but I left them a glowing review. Go there instead! I'd suggest having an employee at or near the door to keep track of customers coming in for service and those who are just picking up the freebies. You'll likely have to flag someone down or just walk up to an employee to let them know you're there. Two stars for the freebies that I can actually get here and for the nice face lift the store got recently. =/ Hope they can improve.

    I been here for more than an hour,probably hour and a half and still haven't been helped, while desk tables are avaliable.

    This store is extremely clean and every customer entering is acknowledged and taken care of. Usually you sign in with no clue when you'll be helped in some stores but not this one. They communicated well and addressed everyone as they entered. Juan helped me out and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in details and even offered further assistance on every question I had. I left completely satisfied without any more questions or confusion. He made me very happy to be a T-Mobile customer. Thank you Juan!

    We grabbed our tmobile mugs for Valentine's day! Thank you #tmobiletuesday. Pretty good experience, walk in, show the timer on your app and you get a mug. Plenty of parking spaces but plaza can get busy.

I did and the entire time only spoke to a robot and couldn't speak to a representative. I walked back in there for help just for Chris to give me attitude and not want to help. He said I can talk to a representative and I told him I couldn't, to show me I could. He sat on the phone and the robot told him it was currently busy to speak to a representative. So he hung up and upgraded my plan himself. He could have avoided all this trouble and helped my by doing his job but instead made my life harder and wasted my time. What's the point of having Chris sit down all day and not want to help? The lady next to him was very much up other chair trying to help me out. Maybe have the nice lady with the colored eyes run the AT&T since she wanted to help and not just sit down all day like Chris.

On my way to do business at another store in the same strip mall, I saw this store and so I decided to drop in and see if they had what I was looking for. We were greeted by a friendly girl who asked if she could help. That is always a plus when the employees are friendly and ready to help. There were some that were not behind the counter. They were the cigarette-lighter plug-in type, but I don't like that those types are cheap In price, they're cheaply made and burn out fast. She steered me toward the car charger behind the counter. It was the Apple brand I was looking for, which is better quality that won't harm your iPhone. Pay the extra dollars and get the one that's compatible to iPhone. It was 20 as opposed to 40 at Apple. Score! There is a huuuuge assortment of cell phone covers. Most of the selections they had appeared to be of the hard type. I'm sure there is a bigger assortment than what I glanced at. I didn't look that closely, as that's not what I was there for. I noticed a sign upon entering that said they had cell phone plans and do repairs, but I can't really speak of that. So, if you're at the very least looking for a cell phone case cover or a car charger, then this is the place.

They plugged it into a computer and told me my iPhone 6S was no longer going to turn on and it wasn't a battery issue or a screen issue. The also said they wouldn't be able to extract my data. I had no options, but to buy a new phone. I was seriously devastated about losing everything on my phone! I turned to GJ Wireless in hopes to get my data extracted at the very least, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he had got it turned on and in working condition!! 2nd surprise, the bill!! $60!! (I was quoted $700-$3,900 from a data retrieval company.) 3rd surprise, to fix the cracked screen on my phone was $40!! Lastly, Mike has such great customer service he stayed pasted his closing time to give me my phone back same day. All in all.. he saved my phone, saved my data, and saved me so much money! So extremely grateful!

My situation is that my computer works fine but I wanted to get it ready for MS Flight Sim 2000 as the hardware requirements have just been published. They offered a free diagnostic and would charge for any upgrades that are required. I brought it in and Henry the owner called me the next day and said the computer is fine just as it is. He did have suggestions for a high refresh rate screen and to be sure to download the game into the SSD rather than the hard drive and to use the DisplayPort of the video card to connect the screen as that is faster than the HDMI port. It turns out he is an ex military pilot as well as an airline pilot and is an avid Flight Sim gamer when he is not actually flying his own plane. How cool is that? So the man knew exactly what my needs are. He suggested some upgrades for the future such as converting the system to an all SSD device. I felt bad that I made them do all that work for nothing and offered to take him out to lunch but he declined. He explained that he views our interaction as building a relationship for the future and a way to grow his business. I would for sure refer everyone I know his way. Could not be happier. In life, one needs a good wife/husband, a good lawyer, a good accountant, a good doctor, a good financial consultant, a good mechanic and a good computer/IT guy. Now I know a good computer/IT guy. Maybe a good therapist too come to think of it.
