Our app said we had an upgrade available, so we went in last week. Caesar told us we could upgrade, but we would have to pay the taxes on the new phones +$85. He said if we waited a few more days the $85 would be waved. Then we go there for the second time and talk to Caesar. Now, we have to wait until my new bill generates on my app. When the bill generated we went back a third time today and talked to someone else. We told him what we were told. He said, we could upgrade today, but my bill would go up $52 each month, along with paying the taxes on the new phones. He said we had to wait another year to keep the same payment. 3 different stories each time! Because of Caesar reassuring us, we bought new cases and new screen protecters. Now I wasted the money on the new phone gear, along with wasting gas having to go back 3 times. Very poor communication! If I would have been told the correct information the first time, things would have been alot better. Now, I guess I have to wait a full year to be able to get new phones without having to increase my monthly bill. Thanks alot for nothing!!! read more

Walked into this location because it was the closest to our house. Looking to add another line for one our kids. All associates were busy and acknowledged me when I walk in and said they would put me on the list, but never did. When they started finishing up with customers, they started calling people that were on the tablet list. When all names on the tablet list was cleared, the next available associate just looked at a customer who was sitting on the couch and said, I can help you. She had come into the store after me. I was standing and looking at phones. So I walked out. This happen to me before at this location but didn't think much of it. Maybe they should have a paper and pen list available when they are all busy serving customers or verbally ask who was next? Not a big fan of this location. The location on Winchester and Benton is much more professional in my opinion. I rather drive a few more minutes then come back to this location. read more

I was kicked out of the store and experienced HORRIBLE customer service! I was there to upgrade 3 phones, there was a waiting list I waited 1 hour and 39 minutes! There was a sign stating there can only be 10 people inside (including employees). I was watching from my vehicle, I saw a gentleman walk in and he was glancing around for about 20 minutes (there was a total of 5 people inside the store) because I had already waited 1 hour and 39 minutes and there were only 5 people in the store (including employees) I decided to get off of my car and take a look at the phones (Since I was following the rules on the sign that was placed at the front door). I walked inside and one of the associates greeted me and asked if I had already signed in. I answered and said yes I signed in already and I told him I was going to glance at the phones. That associate did not tell me anything at all (he let me look at the phones). I then hear a male say "Ma'am you need to go outside unless you have been called in" I explained I was just going to take a quick look at the phones. He started to get loud with me and continued to say "Ma'am you need to go outside" I asked why? Once again he said "Ma'am you need to go outside" I insisted on knowing why! He came out and pulled two open doors from where he was sitting (He literally flew both doors open & the doors even hit his hip, because he was so aggressive & angry about a simple question) he speed-walked to me aggressively & gave me the excuse of "Its 1 customer per associate & I need you to step out" I saw his name tag and I asked Eddie where does it say that? I explained to him the sign on the door specifically says & I quote "We are maintaining social distancing. Thank you for your cooperation. ONLY 10 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN-STORE AT A TIME (Including Employees) I explained to Eddie "Nowhere does it say "Its 1 customer per associate" and Eddie responded yelling aggressively with "That's for a different reason!!" I questioned why it was okay for the other gentlemen to wait inside if no one was assisting him & Eddie answered by saying he's next in line. I told him but you're contradicting yourself because regardless if he is next in line no associate is assisting him. He just ignored everything I was calmly asking him and kept yelling at me telling me "Ma'am you need to step outside" I simply wanted an explanation as to why if their Corporate sign said otherwise! As I explained to him there was only a total of 6 people in the store! I was following the Corporate sign! He threatened me by saying he was going to call the cops and I asked for what!!! What am I doing wrong! I guess simply because I was not following Eddies rules! I told him it was fine I would call the cops myself if he wanted me to, I got on the phone with the police. Eddie then Contradicts himself once again by telling me here's a chair you can sit on and wait (Inside) after he asked me numerous times to step outside! The minute I got on the line with a police operator Eddie told his co-worker "You know what take her off of the waiting list we are not going to assist or service her" I asked why? Eddie replied with because we are not! You can now leave the store because we are not going to help you! Not even his co-worker got involved! Why? Because he knew Eddie "The Manager" was wrong that is why his co-worker did not get involved! I told him I am going to leave the store not because you're telling me to but because I don't need to deal with this! After 7 years of being a loyal customer, this horrible customer service is what ruined my business with this phone company! No "Manager" should ever be this aggressive or yell at their customers for simply asking a question! read more

T-Mobile Experience Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Menifee, California

Jackie was very helpful. Very patient and kind. I appreciate her service. My Father is elderly amd she was great.

If this store had the proper training, they'd be great! The manager is really sweet and makes sure to check in with every customer there to make sure they're being helped. However, none of the employees, including the manager seem to be trained on certain things outside of customer service. We went twice. The first time, the employee that helped us had to ask multiple other employees multiple times what to do when upgrading our phones. Mine in particular couldn't be upgraded due to their system not working and they couldn't figure out why. They submitted a ticket to T Mobile and told me to come back in 3-5 days. I then went to another store right after that and they figured it out right away and were able to ship a new phone out to me within 2 days. I decided to go back to the Haun location to set my new phone up, but we ended up being there almost 3 hours because they couldn't figure out how to properly switch over my phone and had to do that process twice. Again, personalities were there, but the technical training to match, unfortunately wasn't. read more

Place was very cute and modern in design. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The attitude of the workers were HORRIBLE. You walk in and nobody says hello, no "welcome in", NOTHING. they look up and then look back down at their phones. I mean hello???? Do you not want a commission? I know how Tmobile sales work. Anyway, super disappointed in the work ethic of these employees. They need to wipe out their team and start fresh or get new management cuz clearly there's something wrong. read more

Extremely rude. Took my mom into upgrade from metro as metro keeps sending her texts saying she can do that. We walked in the guy right off the bat without a hi said without an apt it will be an hour in a half, we that is fine we would like to update from metro to T-Mobile. He kept saying we aren't metro and we said we understand that but we would like to get T-Mobile he kept saying he can't help us. Made no sense. His attitude was very rude. Wish I got his name. read more

This T-Mobile location customer service sucks! They act like little immature babies, just because a customer spoke up and said you're being very rude right now, because he was 100 percent very rude! Now there all being jerks. Would not recommend this location. read more

Went in for a phone upgrade and was assisted by Andrew. He greeted and assisted me within 10 mins. There were 2 other associates present who did not acknowledge customers who walked in. I appreciate Andrews professionalism and superb customer service. I ended up upgrading my plan as well with the new 5G and upgraded features to my plan. He took his time to thoroughly explain the new changes and made sure I got more bang for my buck. Overall I had great experience and just wanted to him to know how wonderful he is! read more

Damon is an absolute bada$$. Fixed a problem in 3 minutes that others had been working on for hours.

Came in to just get a shipment label for my trade in and they told me I had to wait 45 minutes. I understand they were busy but I went to the one in wildomar and they literally took 1 minute. read more

Had problem with watch from T Mobile that was connected to my phone somehow got connected to her sister's phone. A calls to her sister came to my wife's phone. They said made her sisters got to close to her phone and connected to her sisters phone. The only way to disconnect from her sisters phone. Was to cancel the line I bought for the watch. Which means I now have to pay the watch off. Then she told me you can now connect by Bluetooth your wife's phone and the watch. But they don't sell the watch to you unless you buy a separate line. Also bought a Versa watch about 2 years ago. The battery would not hold a charge. No one could put a battery in it. Was told it was a throw away watch, could not put a new battery in it. As it would ruin the mother board. I would think twice about using T Mobile. read more

T-Mobile's "cancellation" of their autopay discount amounts to a $10/month, $120/year rate increase. We've been a T-Mobile customer for many years receiving the credit card autopay "discount." Now they take that away and force you to give them your direct bank account or debit card information to receive the autopay discount. For those of us that like to protect our personal information and therefore not provide T-Mobile with our banking information, the removal of our $10 "discount" is the same thing as a $120/year rate increase. It's only semantics! Terrible move by T-Mobile. But I'm sure they have statistically calculated how many customers they are going to lose and it's worth it financially. We'll be shopping for a new provider. read more

Absolutely the worst! Customer service rep Mayra is incredibly rude, and to even call her a customer service representative is an insult to a service professionals. She is incompetent as to her products or, for that matter, how to be polite even to the slightest degree. Find another service provider, and if you must visit a T-Mobile store than stay away from the location at Newport and Haun in Menifee. read more

Mayra was extremely rude to me after I wanted to return a new phone, then Andrew "manager" was just as rude saying "Do you work for T mobile or do I?" I reported both of them to corporate, but don't even feel that way enough for how rude they were. read more

Avoid! Go to the corporate store in Murrieta. This is NOT a store I would ever conduct business with. This store is a joke and a waste of 2 hours only to be told "wait till tomorrow new promos coming out" just because they don't wanna help and go home. JAMAL was the guys name...obvious he made it a point to keep looking at his watch and even told another guy to take over if we decided to update. A BIG F you! read more

Yo what is wrong with this store I didn't believe it first about going here to get help. I been waiting for 2 hours to get help with my cellphone. I had to use my company phone which is Verizon btw to get me food because I had to wait for this clown ass manager to help me out. This dumbass didn't even help at all. I switch to a stone tablet to message my own family. read more

I went two different times. The first time, Jada helped me upgrade my phone and she was extremely kind and courteous. Second time I went to the store I needed help to transfer my videos and apps from the old phone to the new one and Jamal was the young charismatic gentleman who helped me. Both times I had a pleasant time. I've lived in 5 different counties in California, and this is the first store I go to in 17 years where I see both employees being respectful and had a great attitude. Thank you T Mobile team! read more

I got my granddaughters phones when this company was Sprint, Just want to tell you the merge is a joke and a pain. I cancel my contract and ask for a closing bill with in a month they sent me to collections and I never received a closing bill. I am informing you if this shows up on my credit report I will send in all my information and hire a lawyer. What kind of a company does this can't even send you a closing bill. I just paid the bill off and now I am afraid that this will continue. So if this continues I will seek damages and pain and suffering. Please get this all fixed you don't send out bills and I can't believe anything that is said on the phone an NO TRUST FOR THIS COMPANY. AFTER WORK I WILL BE AT TMOBILE AND CHANGING MY PHONE TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I WANT SERVICE AND NICE PEOPLE NOT NASTY PEOPLE THAT DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DONE DONE WITH T MOBILE. I WOULD GIVE THIS A ZERO STAR RATING BUT YOU DON'T HAVE ONE. read more

I'm glad I came in today, this store staff gives the customer experience a whole new life. Patricia was a technical savant who fixed my iPhone 13 Pro Max Sim card to eSIM with little or no hesitation. I spent mostly an entire day yesterday with Sprint chat, trying to do what Patricia did, all day long. The entire staff should be applauded for the astounding environment of excellence they create. read more

If you want attitude and bad customer service this is the place. We made an appointment prior to come back to the store so I could get a phone and switch my fiancé's plan. We were helped by Xiomara. From the start she didn't want to call my fiancé's name. One of her coworkers had to tell her that we were next in line and not to skip our name, she proceeded to roll her eyes walk to my fiancé and give this full force attitude. She then proceeded to have this attitude the whole time and it just kept progressing. If you're going to give an attitude then maybe working at T-Mobile or customer service isn't right for you. She was giving attitude just for simple questions we needed answered and didn't understand. We told the manager but she was an issue as well. So, like I said you want attitude and bad customer service this is where it's at. read more

I understand the whole COVID situation and respect it. There is no need to leave a customer outside waiting because you can't exceed more than 10 people inside, then let others walk-in and not say a word. My family and I were not allowed to go in together because it would exceed the capacity, but several others were able to walk right in and wait inside. I waited outside for my turn by myself and still never got called, while others were able to wait inside exceeding more than 13 people. I did have an appointment. I was called and texted that it was my turn and still was left outside because another man who was waiting started complaining. It was so wrong and unprofessional. I didn't complain or say a word. I just left. I was not about to waste more of my time. Sorry but this store sucks. They don't value customers. My appointment was not to fix a phone but to upgrade. Nevemind. read more

The worst They have technicians but can't fix phones the worst Sprint store ever. Terrible customer service

Okay I had a hard time getting the price they promise I was on hold for a long time not happy

They need to hire all new staff! They don't know what they are doing or how to run a business. Walked in and put my name on the waiting list. They said it would be about 50 min give or take. I waited over and hour in my car sitting out front. I finally called to ask how much longer. The manager said she had no idea. There was 6 people in front of me and couldn't give an estimate, it was going to be a while. Said I would be better off making an appointment. Wow! So I tried to do that with her on the phone but she said she can't help with that, I'd have to go online and make one myself. Went online and the next available apt is 2 days out. What a joke. Huge waste of time and patience. read more

Jada was AMAZING! She was so helpful and patient! She made the tricky situation a lot smoother.

We had a great experience at T-Mobile thanks to Celeste. After struggling with Sprint which merged with T-Mobile, we learned that we should "migrate" to T-Mobile. I thought when I went in whoever helped us wouldn't have a clue what I was talking about. Celeste was friendly and knowledgeable right from the start. She migrated our accounts, and added the new SIM cards to our phones, she even cleaned our phones and cases when she put them in. I was really blown away by the excellent service! What a great way to start with T-Mobile! read more

I've waited 1 hour so they could tell me that they did not have the phone in store, but they could order one... I don't need to wait 1 hr to order a phone. I can do it on the website. They have to display that they don't have the phone available in store. read more

Xiomara was very nice. This T-Mobile was very busy and while other workers were with the same customer for some time, xiomara had already helped multiple customers. Customer service here is awful. The manager is insanely rude. You can tell he's the kind of person who finally got some power is now using it to be awful to people.
