If you are dealing with an insurance claim, I strongly recommend asking for a proper written estimate with the business information, itemized details, and contact information. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with. None of the screws have any signs of being touched and the information he gave me seemed like he was making it up.
