I was in need of a new car charger for my iPhone and this place just conveniently jumped out in front of me! On my way to do business at another store in the same strip mall, I saw this store and so I decided to drop in and see if they had what I was looking for. We were greeted by a friendly girl who asked if she could help. That is always a plus when the employees are friendly and ready to help. There were some that were not behind the counter. They were the cigarette-lighter plug-in type, but I don't like that those types are cheap In price, they're cheaply made and burn out fast. She steered me toward the car charger behind the counter. It was the Apple brand I was looking for, which is better quality that won't harm your iPhone. Pay the extra dollars and get the one that's compatible to iPhone. It was 20 as opposed to 40 at Apple. Score! There is a huuuuge assortment of cell phone covers. Most of the selections they had appeared to be of the hard type. I'm sure there is a bigger assortment than what I glanced at. I didn't look that closely, as that's not what I was there for. I noticed a sign upon entering that said they had cell phone plans and do repairs, but I can't really speak of that. So, if you're at the very least looking for a cell phone case cover or a car charger, then this is the place. read more

So pleased with this store! I was recommended by a friend who said Mike knows his stuff. My friend was right!! Mike said he doesn't believe the stuff Apple says. I can see why! The problem, My phone would no longer turn on. I thought it was a battery issue. Took it into Apple Store in Fashion Valley. They plugged it into a computer and told me my iPhone 6S was no longer going to turn on and it wasn't a battery issue or a screen issue. The also said they wouldn't be able to extract my data. I had no options, but to buy a new phone. I was seriously devastated about losing everything on my phone! I turned to GJ Wireless in hopes to get my data extracted at the very least, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he had got it turned on and in working condition!! 2nd surprise, the bill!! $60!! (I was quoted $700-$3,900 from a data retrieval company.) 3rd surprise, to fix the cracked screen on my phone was $40!! Lastly, Mike has such great customer service he stayed pasted his closing time to give me my phone back same day. All in all.. he saved my phone, saved my data, and saved me so much money! Mike is always so helpful and kind when I come in. I always drop my phone and had to go back twice to get my screen replaced and on one occasion he even helped replaced my busted iPhone battery that literally popped my phone screen off of the back. He gets the job done quick and shows genuine concern for taking care of your needs while in his store. He hooked me up with my screen protector and takes his time with your phone to make sure you leave feeling like you have a brand new phone if you're not actually buying a new one (and just fixing your current one). They replaced my Iphone 4 screen for $60 bucks. I turned the phone off a few days later and it wouldn't turn back on. Brought it back and was told it was the MOTHERBOARD due to dropping it. He said don't turn it off or let it run out of battery. He then gave me a car phone charger for FREE which made me happy. I brought it back twice due to battery running out thinking he was helping me out due to the broken MOTHERBOARD. One day I'm running out of battery and his FREE phone charger didn't work which made me stop in Temecula to buy a charger so it wouldn't run out of battery and never turn back on! The store told me the FREE car charger I had was as cheapest out there on the market. Weeks go by, I sat in my car with the phone in my back pocket and the screen shatters. I brought it to the highest rated repair shop on Yelp. They told me the reason it wasn't powering back on was because the screen was the cheapest possible screen out there from China. Come here if you want to get ripped off. I now know three of my close friends who have came here to get their screens replaced. All three within hours had various problems with their phones. Ranging from it not being put on correctly to messing up their camera, touchscreen and sound. Went in to use the Bitcoin ATM inside the store. Decided to get a new screen protector since I'm here already. The manager that helped me was real nice and not pushy. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining some of the cool features in my phone I didnt know about. Really took the time. You dont get that much anymore. I didn't call to make an appointment, just walked in and they took my phone right away. Service was super fast, not more than 30 minutes, and price was reasonable compare to other places. I bought a used I-phone on a T-Mobile prepay. One piece of advice - NEVER buy T-Mobile prepay. I went over to the East Coast and it was out of service 50% of the time. It was so bad that when I got back Mike switched phones for me. The new phones keyboard for texts stopped working after 2 days, so after another replacement phone I was onto my third. This phone wasn't able to access the Web, and I was told by Mike I would have to pay extra for him to fix it. I would be very wary of buying used phones from here. I went through three and it wasn't worth the hassle dealing with T-Mobile. When I get back I will be switching to another carrier and buying a new phone - less hassle. read more

if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I took my iPhone to get the screen fixed since it was shattered. after the 3 time of them attempting to fix it,there were lines on the screen I had to have them redo it, and wasting my time my phone was finished fast forward to a month later and the screen stopped working. so I took it to apple and they said whoever put the screen on bent it and that it wasn't even sitting on the phone correctly hence why it wasn't reading now my finger not to mention when you pushed down on it it made a popping noise . after paying 150 for gj to fix it, i had to take it apple and pay another 117 to get it working. also the guy who I called to resolve the problem,mike, is rude and unprofessional he spoke to me like I was a child instead of owning up to their mistake, even though I had a receipt from Apple stating the problem he proceeded to blame me for their mess up. this place is awful and expensive. there's so many other places that do a good job AVOID AT ALL COSTS I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to come here read more

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A REFURBISHED PHONE FROM HERE!! I purchased a 700$ (after tax) Iphone6 (64gb) from GJ wireless and it was a waste of my time and money. The minute I got the phone it turned off constantly, when I called the guy behind the counter (mike?) he told me to come back in...he replaced the battery and gave me attitude...and, it still would not work. He convinced me to purchase a 30$ "hammer-case" which also DIDN'T WORK, the screen was so cheap. After another 200$ and waste of gas money I decided I would not bother calling them ever. again... SO... I made an appointment at the Apple store and LUCKILY the "refurbished" phone I payed hundreds of dollars for was still under warranty. When I took it to the Apple store the girl immediately asks me if I had been out in the desert or extreme heat lately. I told her I hadn't and she continues to tell me the internal part of my phone reached 185 degrees and having the phone is a hazard because it could potentially EXPLODE. without further ado she quickly takes my "refurbished" phone and hands me A BRAND NEW IPHONE6. I purchased an older cell phone from GJ. Mike was wonderful in all aspects of my nightmare. There were complications, not because of the phone, but because of my cell phone plan, the SIM card, my home location: it's complicated. It took over 5 calls to my new plan before they told me that I live in a dead zone, and It took 18 days for Cox to transfer my number back to my home phone.
