I came in with a broken screen and got quick and affordable service. They give you a time to come back, and when I got my phone back, it was like nothing happened. The guy recommended I get a screen protector which I was skeptical about, but in hindsight, the professionals know best. I've dropped my phone probably a dozen times since and my screen is still intact. I'll come back for their large selection of chargers, battery packs, speakers, and great looking phone cases. read more

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! I got my daughters phone fixed there and not only did it cost me over $100 it was never repaired properly. When I dropped the phone off I was told that if its not repairable they would let me know. When I picked up the phone the girl told me it was fixed with no issues. Later that day my daughter showed me that in fact, it was not fixed. My husband called and left a voicemail , but no one returned phone call from GJ wirless. The next day I sent my daughter in the store to try and resolve this issue and they REFUSED to fix it. I will let everyone know at the hospitals and facilities I work at thats these theives are crooks and should be shut down. I will not give up on this issue because if there is a warranty on a phone for 30 days it should be fixed. The staff is rude, unprofessional and EVERYONE will know about this place. The guy running this place needs a lesson in different Iphone models and customer service, or he just makes things up so you will buy bad quality refurbished phones. He told me that the Iphone 7 he was going to sell me had portrait mode camera and it still had an audio jack. Obviously i'm at fault for not double checking, but this guy OWNS A WIRELESS STORE, I trusted you man, both lies. I come back the next day to return this phone that also barely works btw (slow response, quits apps, scratches and dents), the same guy is there and i just wanted my old phone back. But this guy had another idea, the original scratches on the phone, FROM YESTERDAY, are my fault. Guy pulls a bullshit excuse like "I never sell phones with dents" and I'm feeling like saying "you sure as hell never sell phones that work." He then made me pay a $45 restocking fee for retuning "the scratched phone". At this point I just wanted to escape this man's presence and his clear distrust of intelligence in a woman in her 20's. CHERRY ON TOP! When i get my original iphone back the screen protector is gone, im like "dude, wheres my screen protector?" And THIS is homeboy's response, "ehhh oh yehh i can do it for ten dollars?" I admit I am one of those people who gets anxious if I don't have my phone with me. When I broke the screen I thought I would have to send it somewhere to get it fixed but then I found a place right here in town that fixes them. They did a great job, the phone looked like new when it was finished. It was much faster than sending the phone in too, I got it back the next day. read more

I've been seeing Mike at GJ wireless for years. He consistently knows the market and what the best rates and plans are at any given time. I've changed plans a few times following the best prices and coverage. For me, it's not worth it to pay 80+ dollars a month for Verizon or AT&T when I get a great plan for 27 bucks a month and Mike can guide you through the process. read more

pretty sure all the great reviews were written by all the jerky guys that work at gj wireless. I won't bore everyone with every detail, but I will say that I made about 5 trips to this store because every single phone they sold me stopped working/stopped texting within days. They have a very strict return policy--imagine that. So, I would bring in the phone and the guy at the counter was ALWAYS a huge jerk about it. He was totally illogical and could SEE himself that the phone didn't work. I'm not ok with giving this place $350 for a phone that obviously has been refurbished. I never met Mike, but after weeks of turmoil, no phone, fighting with the guy at the counter, we didfinally get a refund from Mike. Tons of wasted time and energy. Just spend a little more and go to an actual Tmobile etc store! read more

Found this place after my htc desire broke down on me. I originally thought it was a problem with the battery and Mike was more then helpful to sell me a new one. The problem was only temporarily fixed and I returned the next day and got a full refund for the battery and a diagnostic on my busted phone. After being told my HTC was not worth saving, Mike then went over options with me. He had a wide range of second hand phones to sell me, but I wanted to keep my options open with my provider. I later bought I phone of my friend which my provider told me it would be 35 bucks to swap over, I then called Gj wireless to compare and Mike informed me that they shouldn't be charging for it and he was more then welcome to do it for free. Gj has informative, positive and helpful staff and I will surly be going there for any future issues or upgrades. read more

For 30 years I have facilitated customer service seminars. In that period, I have NEVER had such terrible customer service as I did with this business. I brought a phone in for window repair, the man at desk seemed okay, but not particularly friendly, in fact, very arrogant. That was okay, but then every transaction after was no less then torture. After receiving phone back timely, found that there was a problem. The first trip back, I was pretty much told there was no problem and I was imagining things (w/attitude)... also I felt like he didn't listen and just made excuses. However, when his tech looked at it, he noticed the problem right away. Won't go into all the frustrating details, but I ended up at his shop SEVEN times back & forth over "something" and felt I was not only getting the run-around but that everything was the "users" fault. After many phone calls, finally got my phone back after almost 4 weeks (he was even irritated at me for calling to check up) He had the audacity of telling me I'm lucky he didn't charge more and this "was on the house"???/ Really???? Between gas, time spent on status info and, not to mention the ridiculous price I ended up paying for this phone....AND the arrogance of this man, I feel I just should have bought a new one...and I WILL NEVER set foot in that place again. If you know what's good for you, go somewhere else!! Finally when picking up phone I saw another lady in there arguing with him... He was giving her the same arrogant speech he gave me and she was MAD!! Yep, terrible, terrible service in all categories. Not sure if my phone is actually fixed, will be finding out in next few days. but no matter what will NEVER go back there! read more

Hey everyone i would steer clear of this place, I recently took an I phone 4s in with a broken LCD. At first they were very helpful and finished the repair in a few hours. A few days after the LCD would show strange imperfections on the display, I went back but they didn't care. talked to a friend (iphone guru) about it and we agreed it was a second hand screen with recent water damage (i ordered a new one!!!!!! f***ers) but I cant confirm this. giving up on them, 2 months later the screen cracked badly by dropping it a few inches. Strange right? I decided to fix it myself and ordered a replacement LCD. As I dissembled the phone I found that the camera earth was not contacting the right side of the camera and hidden behind a piece of tape, the 4 corner screws for the glass weren't fitted (completely missing), three washers that go under the LCD screws were missing I found them floating in the phone and the adhesive for the under side of the glass not there (new adhesive comes with the kit). I returned to the store and told the owner the issues he wasn't concerned and said its my word against his, but he did gave me the missing screws. Thanks d**k heads have a nice day. read more
