My husband and I went in on Black Friday and had the best experience, thanks to Bianca. She was helpful and informative, while also giving us space to decide what phones we were upgrading to; if any. Bianca went over everything with us so there weren't any surprises. All the girls working at this store were cheerful and knew their stuff. This Menifee location was a breath of fresh air compared to some surrounding MetroPCS stores we have gone to. If you had a bad experience at this store, go back and give it another chance. I needed to buy a phone mine broke and it was friday nite website said open till 8 pm Antelope ave Menifee i got there at 7:30 their were 2 people inside employees im sure the door was locked they were laughing and telling me they were closed. I had a great experience last night. Most of the time having a phone break and getting a new one is a frustrating proccess. However this location has a great staff. Last night an employee by the name of Trey helped me out. He had knowledge of all the phones , had the whole transaction done in about 15 min. And made sure I had everything set before I headed home. These guys work hard all day helping customers and have done me and family members right over the years. They are always open on time, helpful, polite, professional, and they take care of their personal appearance. What a terrible experience Went to Port my number from Verizon..went in last week was promised,hey port your number get 200 off the LG Stylo..,ok sounds good..oh we don't have any..but maybe in a few days..,me,will the deal be good ? Oh ya no problem..ok I call every day to see if any show up...so today was the day..get there ,ask deal still good ,oh ya as she types away..i,say again the cost will be taxes and any accessories right? Again she (Carla) says yes..so she port's the number and when it's time to pay ..now it's almost 200$..hello, the deal? Oh she says that deal is gone,so honor what you promised..nope ..now there attitude gets crappy..and Bianca..is no help..says oh well,and I have to fix the port to get my number back??? No you screwed up you fix it..oh no,she says we are going home now.. maybe you can come by tomorrow.. really?? I would like to give this location a zero star. So here's why I'll never use this particular store or buy a phone from metro online ever again. I wanted to upgrade my old out dated phone. It's not so messed up that it doesn't work, it works great! But the screen is cracked and it doesn't support 5g. So wanting to avoid the stores I ordered a phone on the same site that I pay my bill and look at my account. Phone comes and I try to get the phone activated. I do everything I can and have no luck. I call. I'm told that the phone I purchased from MetroPCS is locked and there's nothing they can do and I have to go in a store. Here's where I should have known better and asked to send it back. I arrived at the menifee store. Two clerks and no customers. I give the girl behind the counter the run down. The whole time I'm being talked over with smart remarks. I'm guessing this is how she feels good about herself. Trying to make others look dumb. She said that to activate the phone it could be $35. Or if I had purchase the phone in store it could be hundreds to activate. I've used this service since 2007. I have purchased many phones in stores. Never once was it hundreds of dollars to activate an upgraded phone. She continues with sarcastic remarks when I ask when all these fees started. She proudly exclaimed that it's always been like since she's been there and that she's been there a year. She was very proud. Probably the longest she's ever kept a job. I however was unimpressed and when she just kept on I finally say that I'm not loving the attitude I'm getting from her. Trust me that didn't help. She had no interest in helping me. I told her to pack up the phone and I was going elsewhere. I intended to say "I can't get a word in without a smart remark." She cuts me off after word and says "you've said plenty of words." There was cussing I don't deny it. When in the world did she get the idea she could act like that towards anyone. It is a miracle that she's been employed here for a year! She's was probably lying about that too. The other clerk never said a word. Disrespectful. No self control or common sense in this girl. Maybe after the world knocks some respect into her she will then be able to look back at her terrible personality and realize that it wasn't the customer but her own self that's the problem. I'm sure this is a reoccurring issue. I went to the Perris store and even though the lovely person there could not help she not once was rude or disrespectful. Her store was full of people. To the girl in menifee. You should be ashamed. I don't loose my cool often and you made that side of me show. Rude, careless and you need to reevaluate your customer service skill. Horrid. Had the best service one could ask for! Bianca and Elaina (spelling?) were beyond pleasant and offered amazing customer service. I went in there with my wife looking for a new phone for both of us, luckily it was Black Friday and they had an awesome deal! They were pretty busy when we came in and they kept acknowledging us letting us know they would be with us shortly. When it was our turn, we had 100% of Bianca's attention. She was very informative and assisted us through the rest of the transaction. We had an issue and came back about a week later and sure enough Elaina was greeting us with smiles. I asked if Bianca was available and we were informed she was at lunch. This is where Bianca went above and beyond what was expected. She actually came out and offered to help us right then. I said no worries we can wait, but she insisted. A+ for the customer service they both gave us and made us feel important, not just a sale. I would recommend this store to anyone else looking for a new phone. Great prices and smiling faces! Very happy customer here!!!! read more

My family and I have been going to this location since it opened, and had few complaints except it does get busy sometimes but that is expected. Everyone is there is knowledgeable and very helpful, and will get the right answers back to you if you ask. I went there yesterday, 08/31/2019 to get some help with my phone and had the pleasure of meeting DEANNA. DEANNA took her time with me and handled my business professionally and with a smile. She had to call her supervisor several times as I waited. The supervisor was unavailable because of the holiday weekend. However, instead of sending me home, she asked her fellow employees, made many other calls, and at the end of her 30 min. with me, had addressed my issue. We spoke for a while as we were waiting and I was delighted to see a young lady in her 20's take such delight in customer service and enjoy what she does- helping others, especially for us older people who do not catch on real quick. DEANNE did an exceptional job and went beyond the norm. I left and had another question later, went back and spoke to Idylas and received the same customer service. Keep doing what you do with your employees Metro PCS- great job and I have already told my neighbors !! read more

The young lady who appears to manage the place must be the owners daughter, she is so over-the-top rude, it's unbelievable.
