2.23.2021 T-Mobile Tuesday!! The freebie that day was a pet bandana collar. I came in past 7pm so I was hoping they still had some left. When I pulled up in front of the store, I thought they were closed because the lights looked dim. Checked the hours posted on the doors and walked right in, as they close at 8pm. I only came for the freebie and didn't have any service for my phone, so this rating is solely for that. This location is outside the Promenade mall in Temecula. It's near Urbane Cafe and there is lots of parking in front of the establishments. I walked in and no one else was there. Love when that happens, lol. I was immediately greeted by Eloy, Jay and Juan. They were all behind the desk and working on something. I asked if they still had any of the pet collars and they said they ran out. I groaned and turned to walk out...and then they said, "Haha just kidding!" LOL I walk back over to the counter and they definitely had them. Eloy grabbed mine and handed it to me. Of course I had to ask if I could get a pic with them because I said I'd blow them up on Yelp. They were all for it! I let them know I only do it with cool people and they are definitely cool!! Jay even took the time to write their names on a Post-It note for me so I could include them in my review. If I have any problems with my phone, I'll be coming to this location from now on. These guys are not only cool af, but they are easy on the eyes as well, ladies...haha!! My experience at other locations have not been as great. Service here is on point!! Don't try there new internet service They tell you that you can have a 2 week free trial if the service doesn't not work out for you and you return with in the 2 week period they still bill add $35 to you current bill and yet you they will credit you later . Bought a new apple ultra watch a few days ago. First watch and there was a bit of a set up issue but Jhovanny troubleshooted the problem after a hour on the phone with a rep and resetting the watch multiple times. Figured out the problem and was happy to have the watch fully working. Currently having Cesar put Apple Care on the thing just in case. Knowledgeable quick professional service. Sunday night we walked in a little over an hour before closing looking for the new ultra Apple Watch. We were greeted upon entering by a male employee who then asked what he can help us with. I inquired if they had stock on the Apple Watch and he went in the back and grabbed one of the two that were left. He started to set it up and like always, it took a bit of time which wasn't the problem. He made a phone call, charged us, and then handed it over without much enthusiasm? Come to learn that he activated the watch using a physical SIM and NOT THE ESIM that was supposed to be used to activate the line on the Apple Watch. We went back two days later to have it fixed in store for 2 hours. Moral of the story: make them SHOW YOU the product to ensure that it's not the product and was just a faulty set up. I went to the store today to help unlock my Sprint phone. I had tried for three days with customer service to unlock the phone and was unsuccessful and they suggested I go into a store. We were greeted By very helpful agent he tried to help but his manager said I needed to transfer the phone back to Sprint and they could help I've been with Sprint over 30 years I know from experience that is not correct. I was given the phone to speak to customer service Well I'm hold the manager told the agent right in front of me that this matter should be dealt with The customer service not in store and to go help some one else he was a round man. If I could give no stars I would. Walked into the store with a frozen phone and a girl named Liz took my joke gave it to a tech. Came back and told me to go plus into iTunes and she couldn't help me other than that or to go Mac store. I asked why I needed to do that and she couldn't explain it better than that's what iPhones use. Five people standing around doing nothing, instead of taking the time to maybe plus into the right electronics they had available at their disposal to help a customer in need. The same people that want to get paid $15/hr want to tell the customer go do it themselves instead of taking the time out of their non busy day to help them. I would not recommend this store. After owning a POS phone from Sprint for many years, I was long overdue to get a replacement but hesitant of any contracts etc. I went in and just wasn't intending on buying but I wanted to find out if I owed anything on my phone still. To my surprise I still owed like $90 which was ridiculous?! Giovanni helped me and listen very well to my needs and what I wanted to do and not wanted to do. He went over several different options for me and took his time from start to finish. It went from starting on the floor to behind the counter.,Which I really liked. Nothing like getting to the counter and finding out everything is different with someone else. My first time came here and I got the woman curly hairs she black woman, she told me and my daughter that we can get free phone if I open 2 line phone number here. I asking her again to made sure is got the free phone, I have one number already but my buddy been travel out not here often so not important if I get other line or not, but the service woman here at T mobile keep telling me you can get free for him phone, the. I said ok if that for free then that fine, I also want to make sure internet are working ok? For 5 GB she keep said that absolutely working well, not over one day after the phone couldn't used the internet well. I came back to her told her she said some time about location all depends. I am disappointed about she liars and cheat us for some reason that we can get new phone it's not free after more than 4 weekend I payed for second months, and I don't like the service T mobile not working well with the internet. I tried to come back to stop the contact service with T mobile and the woman said to me I have to pay for the phone they said that I got for free now I have to pay $250, fuck after I came back nobody want to help me to unlock my phone so I can be able to use that phone, I went back home calling service they let me waiting for 3 hours nobody want to help me unlock my phone ever know I just payed for $250. I call this T mobile here nobody can help even the manager guy here. I will never want to be back to T mobile anymore.
