First off, my internet has been dropping off at least 2-3 times per day. This started right after we replaced the modem and router. Spectrum was quick to blame my router, probably in an effort to upsell me to their router, which they tried. Anyway, I am not the "professional" so, what do I know, they have the neat gadgets to confirm what they say so, off to Costco to return my router and get a new one. Guess what? Same problem! Today, our internet dropped and my wife lost a lot of important medical information!!!!!! Ria helped me with all our phone upgrades, and the store manager helped my son make sure everything transferred over properly. As you can see by my profile I do not give out 1 star reviews like an angry mad man, but this place gets one. The reviews on this page are supposed to be for THIS location, but many are just bitching about Spectrum services in general or what have not - not this particular store, which I will be doing. I still use Spectrum - read on... Prior to our move we disconnected our Spectrum TV and Internet. I had taken all of the equipment to a nearby UPS Store with no issues. However, we forgot to turn in the Xumo box. On our last day of packing, when we were to GTFO, my wife buzzed over to this store (you could turn the equipment in at a Spectrum store or UPS) as it was closer to our (previous) home. What a mistake this was! She spent a minimum of 45 minutes before services were rendered, to simply turn in a Xumo box! The two employees on duty were taking their sweet ass time, while customers were backing up. No sense of urgency or care on their part = poor customer service. The employee who took the box wouldn't give her a receipt with the account number or her name, because she wasn't the primary on the account (I was the primary; same last name and address on her CDL)! Maybe that is "policy" and if it is it needs to be changed - no receipt showing it was turned in, WTF?! Three months have passed and we are still spectrum customers (phones and Internet) in our new home State and we have not received a bill for that Xumo box, so it was obviously sent through. But still, the frustration and BS involved in this transaction is unacceptable. Should have dropped it off at the UPS Store! read more

I have Spectrum WiFi 1gbps, and I can confidently say it's the worst TV and internet provider I've ever dealt with. It is the slowest 1gbps that I've ever encountered, as I'm watching tv or sports it will constantly pixelates the picture or start to buffer. It makes sports watching very frustrating thanks to constant service interruptions and terrible connectivity. Before this I had Frontier Fiber 500 that is slower speed than the 1gbps from Spectrum and the service NEVER would buffer or pixilate. When I go to check my speed on a computer that I have connected with an ethernet cable straight from the modem it rates at 330-400mbps on wireless wi-fi it's more like 120-200mbps. Needless to say, it looks like I'll be going back to Frontier. read more

TERRIBLE! Terrible! Terrible! When a company creates an RS label for returning equipment and cannot give you ANY information about said label. They can't track it. But they also cannot direct me to ANYONE that can assist. My name got put on a label, all I need is someone to assist me with the information on that label so I can find out where it went and have it credited to my account. They give you a canned response telling you they put it in the system and it sends a box. Someone has to be at the point the label is made. Asking to talk to a supervisor is like pulling teeth. And no, I never once got transferred to a supervisor in ANY department. Poor customer service. Instead all of the back and forth has put my stupid equipment charge in collections. The staff at the store is amazing! Especially Avery! We went in on a Thursday to buy four phones. However, spectrum suspected fraud and would not allow us to purchase them in the store. Even though spectrum promotes switching providers. We had to purchase them and have them shipped. We chose overnight so we would have them for Easter on Sunday, the phones did not arrive until Monday. It was no fault of the store. Avery went above and beyond to help us out over several days to get us switched from another provider. She was very helpful, courteous, and patient. If we could've bought the phones on the spot, It would've saved us many hours and trips to the store, however Avery did everything in her power to help us! You have a great employee on your hands! This review isn't about Temecula Spectrum specifically, it is about Spectrum Internet Services in general. This it's been by far the worst internet service we have EVER had. It is constantly going down; requiring us to either reboot ourselves or to call in and have them do it . The buffering had gotten so bad that we can't get through a showing the evenings without rebooting. We have to reset our security cameras bc of this issue. It is a mess. I've called in , they've sent people out which ends up with them trying to up-sell, the latest was for a plug in POD to pull the signal (one for each computer/tv at 10.00/each on top of our month fees) I called in to ask for some sort of credit/discount for the inconvenience and loss of use...NOPE. Elderly people and families " BE AWARE" of Spectrum selling techniques!! We recently became a customer for internet only, however, spectrum offered us a streaming box along with the Internet service for the same price as the Internet failing to tell us we will not get local channels with the streaming box!! When I brought this to the attention of a supervisor over the telephone, this is what he said "well we don't know you're watching habits". One would think this would be discussed during a new order to assist the customer with their tv habits! Not Spectrum, instead they told me it would be $40 more to have my local channels back. Spectrum management, software and hardware are extremely poor. Most people are great. For 1 Gig service, the Spectrum WiFi 7 router and WiFi 7 extender are not ready for prime time, press releases and marking materials are false about the current capabilities. area upgrades are frying this equipment, they should at least alert their own customer service reps, so the customer doesn't have to do their own troubleshooting and waiting. 3 weeks, 4 support people, 5 techs, new 100 ft coax to street, hardware swaps, I finally have good service. Worst cable service ever. We have a newer, expensive TV. We were happy with Dish and had them for 8 years but they raised their prices, so we switched to Spectrum. That was a really bad decision. The Spectrum installer recommended we buy our own routers, bc he said, Spectrums are outdated. So we spent $250.00 and bought a three pack that he recommended from Amazon. From Day 1, at least once a day, our service cuts out while we're watching TV. My husband called Spectrum and they told him to delete the Spectrum app on our TV and reinstall it. We have to go into the system, delete the Spectrum app, and then reload it at least a once nightly. Tonight while watching the World Series, it happened three different times! We're over it! Spectrum is the worst cable company ever! Tomorrow, we're dropping them and returning to Dish! It was 1000x better than Spectrum and worth whatever they charge. read more

Came here to return some equipment. Was told to take a number and have a seat that it could take 10 mins to an hour. The employees here all seemed very short and not very happy. It actually didn't end up taking more than 1/2 an hour but as I was waiting I noticed other people entering the store and being spoken too in a bored and sometimes condescending tone. Made an appointment to come in to upgrade my current phone. Even called Spectrum ahead of time to made sure they had my phone available. Spectrum customer service said they had my phone and that the earliest available appointment was 7pm and they booked it for me. I drove an hour to this location, closest to my home. Got to the location at 7pm for my appointment. Told them why I was there. They grabbed my current phone and said that it would take an hour for it to allow a trade in. I said okay. They said we can't do it so you have to come back tomorrow. I told them I couldn't, that I made an appointment with Spectrum customer service, backed up my phone to the iCloud as I I was instructed to do and my phone was ready to be traded in. They said my phone needed an hour to unlock and they would be closed. I asked if they could wait three extra minutes for me to give me my new phone. They said no. I asked for a manager they said no manager was available. They said they couldn't do anything for me and to come back another day. Well now they've officially lost a Spectrum customer. Spectrum pulled one of the shadiest moves I've ever experienced. A rep showed up at my door and signed me up for service without my permission. I then wasted over an hour on the phone trying to undo a mess I never asked for, only to be told I had to physically return the modem they randomly shipped me. So I drag myself (and my baby) down to the store, where the manager decides to put on a masterclass in rudeness. She was dismissive, belittling, and flat-out ignored me while my baby literally threw up all over the floor. The only saving grace was one of her employees -- an absolute sweetheart who deserves her job, because that manager is the definition of incompetent and couldn't care less about customers. After being a loyal Spectrum customer for over 8 years in another state, this was the final straw. Thanks to that manager's behavior, Spectrum has lost me forever. My regular service both TV and Internet was moved from individual to bulk in our community on December 4th, 2025.... my last billing for Individual spectrum was for the period of Dec 2 to Jan 1 for 198.00. However I am being billed on my Home Owners Assoc. the lower fee of 62.00 due to being on bulk billing.... Called for proration of the 2 days service on my individual account account as I am have essentially been doubled billed.... for the period from Dec 4th through Jan 3rd... Customer service said that spectrum will never do any prorations and per one customer service agent I was just one of the unlucky ones. Had no idea that being transfered from individual which I was on for three years plus to a bulk would constitue a non proration. Spoke with three customer service reps which were polite but all were in line with me being ONE OF THE UNLUCKY ONES. Thus I feel that Spectrum has no regards for customers being double billed as I had no idea I should have cancelled as soon my previous billing period ended. I went in to return their equipment and the worker offered me a promotion with the same speed. Obviously I accepted the cheaper rate with the same internet speeds. When I came home to check it, I realized he lowered my speeds to 100 mbps. I had to call customer service to make the changes back. Would not recommend this location. read more

Spectrum is literally the worst wifi provider I have ever seen in my life. I'm a full-time student, and I also work part to full-time as well, so I absolutely need wifi to do my work. In one meeting (appx 75 min long), the wifi disconnected a total of 12 TIMES. While doing an exam, my wifi stopped completely for a total of 16 minutes, cutting my exam time by a third. In many other instances, it has cut out 6-10 times in an hour - all cuts have averaged about 30 seconds to 2 minutes of wifi outage. After much frustration, my partner called Spectrum. Not only have we been paying for an outdated router box that doesn't work half the time, but the representative laughed out loud and blamed USSS for not upgrading (we were never told of or offered an upgrade). So we've been paying for an outdated router that clearly has not been working, Spectrum knew FULL WELL that it was not going to continue working, and continued to charge us for our old router without offering the upgrade that apparently "everyone else has" (representative's words). My partner and I have worked in customer service for a combined total of 30 years. I would give negative stars if I could for the quality of internet provided, the lack of care given by representatives of Spectrum, and the horrendous money grabbing scheme they offer in terms of paying for wack internet. CORPORATE: Spend less time focusing on broadcasting the Dodgers and Lakers, and more time on the actual PAYING customers. read more

I went to cancel service followed all of their instructions, turned my equipment into a local store made sure that I had canceled on time and that my bill was zero.
