Swung by T-Mobile for communication needs, thinking it'd be a quick in & out mission.... but surprise! The place was poppin' at 7:30pm like it was hosting a Wednesday night rave for phone plans. Four employees were tag-teaming a small crowd like customer service ninjas. Mary Ann greeted us w the grace of a maitre d', politely asking us to have a seat while we waited. Thankfully, the wait was shorter than the line at Starbucks during Pumpkin Spice season. Once we got helped, it was all smooth sailing.... quick, friendly, efficient!! We were in, out, and questioning why every errand couldn't go this smoothly. Side note: The parking lot? It's what you normally would call a hot mess!! Night and day difference between this location and the one on Haun Rd. in Menifee! Although the parking lot here is kind of small and cramped, the service more than makes up for it. I stopped in to get today's T-Mobile Tuesday freebie since it was on my way. As I walked up to the entrance, I prayed to the T-Mobile Gods that the service wouldn't be half as bad as the Menifee store. I'm glad to say these guys passed with flying colors. There was a woman ahead of me, and 2 parties of 2 left with their freebies as I approached the counter. A male employee, who was seated behind a desk helping a couple, kindly greeted us as we walked in. That alone gave me good vibes. They have a counter facing the door and a female employee was at the ready with the headlights. She was friendly and very quick to hand me one as I clicked the "redeem" button on the app. With that, I was on my way out as I thanked her, and she wished me a good day. My husband and I both bought new phones. The girl was very nice, but I don't know where the $200 each went for our old phones. She should have advised me to upgrade storage on my old phone before transferring. She also should have told me to unpair my Apple Watch. When I called about the receipt stating we were given $50 for our phones the other lady said that I would be getting a credit on my bio. No credit has been given. If I could give zero stars I would. NOT veteran friendly, which is the ONLY reason we kept the plan with T-Mobile and didn't switch to Verizon. Jaime was particularly UNcompassionate, service oriented or useful. My husband is deployed and lost his phone overseas. He ordered a replacement which was damaged, he is still over seas. He called customer service and they ordered him a replacement phone (which is at this location and waiting for me to pick up for him since they can't send it where he is). And apparently even though the phone is there, Jaime can't be bothered to call and see WHY T-Mobile told my husband to have me pick up the phone. Of COURSE I don't have the broken phone, my husband is OVERSEAS. All of this is information T-Mobile had when my husband called to work this out. SHAME on you Jaime. And my complaint about Jaime isn't just that he supposedly couldn't give me the phone, but his lack of care and concern, his lack of ability to research the issue or provide ANY kind fo customer service. We were travelling, ( we live in the countryside) and found a t-mobile store in Murrieta that could serve us without a lengthy wait, and considering buying a Hotspot, because our provider gave only very spotty service to our home area. Ask for Bahan. He explained a feasible option to swap cell service from our provider, then use our phones instead of a hotspot, it was a better deal for us financially. (We can add a Hotspot later if necessary, of course.) He was patient as we were trying to find all the needed info during weekend hours. We got the info to him on a weekday and he efficiently assisted us to complete the switch. Currently we have above average download speeds and great phone service. Thank you, t-Mobile, and Bahan. We had a really bad experience with tmobile off murrieta hot springs in september which i thought was resolved. We switched or tried to go from at&t to tmobile. The sales person failed to notify that we would be without servic e for about 24 hours upsetting us very much. We returned their phone and cancelled service within 24 hours. Now all of a sudden there is a collection agency wanting 689.00 for God knows what as we have nothing of theirs. We have notified the better business bureau also. This is a horrible company. He told us that the IPhones would arrive in 2 to 3 days at our homes. We then are to bring the iPhones to him at the store and he would activate them and keep our older iPhones. 0 stars if I could. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. VERY COLD AND VERY FRAUDULENT MANAGEMENT WHO STOLE MONEY. I've been dealing with the store's mistake since October it's now January and the problem has not been fixed after countless calls to customer service and the store itself. My stepfather went in on the release date of the new iPhone 12's he wanted the pro but they sold him a regular 12. He gets home realizes it the incorrect phone goes back to return and they tell him it won't be a problem and they won't charge a restocking and to wait until the next day. The next day and they charged him $75 restocking. They also did not return his trade-in phone that he was supposed to get $300 for under the promotion they were running at the time for upgrading. They assured him that the he was still going to get this promotion and made him re order the phone for ship since it was out of stock. He gave the representative which happened to be the acting manager Keisha, while the regular manager is away and no where to be contacted, took $200 cash as a down payment toward the new phone as she assured he could. She gave no such receipt for this transaction. She took the cash AND also charged his debit for $200 along with the tax which Keisha did not prepare him for. So when we get billed we notice they're are no promotions attached. And we repeatedly call the store to have someone fix this and to review cameras to look at the footage. If we were not absolutely confident that she took the money we would not be making a deal about it and asking them to look at the proof. But the same sketchy Manager calls to say see anything on the cameras but that we will indeed get this promotion now. Fast forward another month and we get billed the regular price of the new phone. This is super frustrating calling t-mobile customer service and them referring us to get it solved with the store but the store has not done ANYTHING over the last 3 months. You would be upset too if someone cheated $575 dollars total during this pandemic we're in, when it should've been done right the first time. ALSO about this store is the that when we've requested to speak to a district manager or anyone else higher up in chain of command, aka someone who will take accountability, they simply refused when they are able to it just screams UNPROFESSIONAL and FRAUDULENT they are covering for themselves. Avoid! Came into the store yesterday 10/25/20, waited for 40 minutes. Finally, we were helped by Sales rep #****946. Wanted to do two new lines for $100. (iphone12 pro). Was charged $10 for each SIM card and $20 for "assisted support" per line. We didn't have the trade in phones handy, therefore we were told to call customer service and they could complete the order ( all was good until) Today I called customer service and guess what? They said the following: trade in has to be done at the time of new service, the store already activated this account and you aren't eligible for the promotion. They want to charge the same thing I already paid at the store. ( once an account is activated, it is not eligible for the promotion and must be done at time of purchase) customer service states that they should have never processed. I called the store to ask for a refund and they said nothing is refundable...CANCELLING T-MOBILE. Will also be cancelling all other 5 lines with my spouses account. When asked for their district manager or corporate manager contact information I was told they don't provide that information and to come into the store and speak to a manager. Ridiculous!! Went in to bring my trade in phone and was told that one of my phone was not acceptable for a trade in for a deep scratch. The part that was messed up, is that initially when trading in the phone they told me it was fine. Horrible customer service by Bahan N (mobile expert). Did not have the customer skills to deal with the situation. If my phone is not acceptable, dont tell me it is and make me get a new phone and later tell me its not acceptable. I needed to make a cash payment on 6/3/20 and the TMobile customer service directed me to this store as the one in Promenade Mall and on Ynez were closed. Due to the CV and wearing masks for 3 months, most retail stores were getting lenient on customers wearing them. In all the stores I've been in, it was mandatory for employees to wear them. I walked in and there were 4 kids working. 3 wearing masks and one wasn't. He was standing in front of the counter and asked me what I needed. I just need to make a payment. "That's all?" he said. "Yes", i replied. He went behind the counter as I stood opposite him across the counter a few feet away, as he was talking to me he put his mask on and proceeded to start the transaction. "Do you have a mask?" he asked. "No" "I can't take your payment without a mask" I replied quickly, "I'll make a payment throught the kiosk." As I looked around, I didn't see one. Promenade Mall has one you can make a payment without assistance. I added, I'll give you the payment and write down the phone number so you can make the payment. "No we can't take a payment without you wearing a mask." My blood started boiling at this point. I grabbed my cash off the counter and started walking out the door as they all chanted condescendingly, "Have a nice day" one at time. Kids. Poorly trained on customer service. If wearing the mask was so important, the kid should have been wearing it before I walked in as well as someone not letting me in before I walked in! They don't think this might become problematic?? this is the worst company I have ever used. They girl at the Murrieta T Mobil store told me my bill would be 109. and some change every month which was cheaper than my Verizon bill. The 109. would be my bill forever, my first bill was $206.,$183.,$173.,$114.,$128. My bill with Verizon was 118. per month so why would I change to pay more for the same services. They gave me a watch/phone that doesn't work will only hold a charge for 5 to 6 hours, if I don't use any of the apps., if I use them maybe 3 hours. I bought a brand new iPhone (Xs Max) from them and the worker Inrique set everything up for me well supposedly but except that he wasn't honest in his job and when I went home the voicemail was not working too late to go they closed I went there again within a week and another worker told me oh here is a number you can call and they will help you fix that issue I called and after almost an hour the person was not able to help me so I got transferred to someone else who is higher than him but was not able to get the error fixed after 2 almost 3 hours on the phone and I have no complains about them other than they wasted my time but at least they tried so I went to the store again told another worker what happened and she said to try calling Apple I went home not helped again and called able they couldn't fix my issue after hours of trying again and again at the end I was told that the carrier which is in my case was t-mobile was supposed to set up my voicemail so I'm able to use so instead of going to the store the next day and waste my time called t-mobile customer service and the lady was not able to help me so she transferred me to a specialist but sadly he was not able to do it too after hours of trying I got transferred to someone else who is in a higher position and sadly he was also was not able to help fix the error on my voicemail set up and because he felt bad he requested to call me back the following week to try again but sadly he failed again so at the end he told me to go IN store because he thinks it's a default I my phone when it was manufactured and he doesn't think it can be fixed there for the phone has to be replaced. All that I have been so patient and I didn't blame anyone for wasting my time or anything else and just decided to go to the store where I purchased the phone from so I can get it replaced that's where it all went downhill. I was approached by Bahan Right when I told him about the error I was told to call customer service or Apple I told him I already did 3 times and wasted hours and hours of my time each call but he didn't care to try to help and called Apple on the phone for me like really but I went with it to prove to him and stood there for 2 hours on the phone with a lady and her advisor to get this error fix but wasn't a surprise that they failed and they said exactly that it's the carriers fault they should've set it up for me and get my phone fixed because Apple doesn't control the voicemail but it's T-Mobile. I told him exactly what she said but he was rude and still told me I have to go to Apple store and they will fix or replace it for me because it's not there fault and got his manager Chandy to tell me the same thing so I was hanging in the middle between Apple and t-mobile saying it's not there fault so since I purchased the phone from this store and gave my money to this store and received my defaulted phone from this store I should be helped by the store. They should've tried to fix it but no they didn't ok then give me a replacement but they also said no ok then give my money back I even pay insurance for the phone and it's added to the phone but they told me they can replace it after a year before that I have to go to Apple or Best Buy or than I should have came within 14 days and they were gonna help me so I said that I did go to the store and was told to call and call but they didn't care they were very rude even and Bahan even tried to blame me for it and told me "maybe its you" pointing his finger at me "look at the screen cracked" so my blood was boiling at this point because I take good care of my phones and the cracks were on a screen protector and when I remove it and remove my phone case it will look like a brand new phone that just came out of a box and the manager was there heard him being rude like that but didn't stop but joined him and told me that's our warranty and they can't fix and will not replace my phone.
