Terrible service, no help what so ever. I recieved a replacement note 8 from insurance it was damaged when i opened the package, back glass was cracked, moisture was in the camera, and the back glass was installed crooked. Was told to go in store to receive a replacement well they would not replace the phone because physical damage. Spoke with a manager who stood by not replacing the phone, I know they did not damage it it was likely damaged in shipping but they could have replaced it. They didn't even try to fix the situation instead they made me feel like it was my fault and tried to upsell me a new phone. Needless to say im going back to verizon i never recieved a broken used phone as a replacement from them. read more

We live around the corner from the T-Mobile in Wildomar and it would be more convenient but, we had a bad experience there, and will never go back! They are super rude there! I just want to say that I am a long time customer of T Mobile and love them , but I have a reoccurring issue with them that is driving me up the wall! I can call them and sit on the phone with their excellent reps or use my cell phone app. BUT if I want to go online and check an order or my account it requires me to UPDATE my password! The last time I was assured it would take care of the issue and now I need to create another password! I will not! So that means I no longer have access to my T-Mobile account! BOOOO It just seems to me they should be able to correct it on their end or give me the option to change it or not. :( read more

Just left the store right now. Was greeted from behind the counter. Went to see about switching carriers. Told the lady i need two Lines so she offered me three. When I asked what the third line was for she said it's just included in the price. Then I said well what phone does it come with and she said oh you won't get a phone it's just an extra line. So I know she was just trying to get a commission off of me and I realize I can't trust these people so I left. I won't work with people who told me to get an extra line knowing I don't need it but to get more commission for herself which doesn't help the company or myself as a customer. Came in today for the first time and was very pleased with the experience, thanks to Martin. I had gone to another T-Mobile location to get a pay-as-you-go plan for my son using my old Samsung Galaxy 7. At the previous location, they told me to purchase a sim card from Best Buy or Walmart to get everything set up. I wasn't able to get exactly what I needed at Best Buy, so they sent me to this T- Mobile location. I was greeted by Martin, who quickly got me a sim card, explained the whole process to me, and got me set up. I wonder why the other sales consultant at the Menifee location wasn't able to help me? A little frustrated. Went in to T-Mobile off Murrieta hot springs yesterday and purchased an IPhone 13 max pro. The gentleman assisting me with the purchase didn't give me a SIM card to even set up my phone. I've been without cell service since I got home yesterday night. The cell service worked when I left the store. However, he told me when I got home to reset the phone to factory settings and connect to wifi so that I could download my information from iCloud. When I did that all my information was downloaded however I got the notification "no SIM card" and was unable to make phone calls on the phone. This is a problem for me, because today I was on call with my employer. Of course T-Mobile doesn't open until 10am, so I went to the Wildomar location to get the SIM card and cell service set up when they opened. My job called me while the phone was being set up and I missed the call. I'm supposed to be able to call my employer back within 20 minutes if I miss a call from them. I wasn't able to call them until almost 40 minutes later. I say all of this to say, had this gentleman taken the time to help me and went through the proper steps of setting my phone up, I wouldn't have missed my call from work, and wouldn't be running almost an hour late to work and stressing out. I also got written up for missing the call..Seems like he just wanted to make a quick transaction and be done with it. Isn't ensuring the phone works and a SIM card is placed in it or set up one of the most important parts of helping a customer buy a new phone? People's time is valuable and having to make a second trip to T-Mobile today definitely screwed me over. Next time, please just make sure your customers have their cell service set up and a SIM card available before they walk out the door. Kudos to the guys at the Wildomar location for helping me set up the phone. They were super nice and helpful, even they had an smh moment and said, "they didn't check to make sure the phone was working, or even put a SIM card in the phone?" read more

The first time I went in, service was good. I was looking to try their service and buy two new phones. Once they were bought and the new service was activated, I didn't receive the same service. My pricing and plan were messed up from the beginning. It took five visits to get it corrected. Four to this store, and finally I went to another store which corrected the problems and answered the questions correctly. Additionally, the service coverage for the areas I travel get dropped frequently. I am switching back to Verizon. read more

The women working at t-mobile (Murrieta Hot Springs location) were so rude and condescending they seriously have me considering going back to AT&T. First I got there unknowingly 5 mins before they opened they rudely stated there not open until 10. I could see all the employees waking around without masks which is fine didn't bother me until 10 after 10 came and they hadn't opened the actual store yet and as they opened the door they continued to be extremely rude and annoyed that I was waiting to come in the store... I was the only one in the store and they all started to harass me about wearing a mask, which confused me as it isn't required in riverside county any longer but I went to my car and got a mask... I have anxiety/panic attacks so I always cover my mouth but leave my nose somewhat out so I can breathe and not have a panic attack. The worker rudely said you need to wear your mask correctly... at which point they all jumped in and I felt harassed and attacked. I'm sorry I annoyed them by coming to there store a little early as I was in the area and messed up there visit time but there was no need to be so rude. She was very rude and unhelpful. Advised me SIM card charge is 25 dollars and didn't care that I had no phone. She was just concerned with making money. I had contacted another corporate location and advised him of the same info I informed Ana. He happily helped me and I am on my way to pick up free SIM card at the location @ Temecula parkway and Redhawk parkway. Don't bother with this location. Can you do a negative number. I'll tell you about my store visit. I walk in there and they ask for my name, so I get put on the waiting list for about 20-30 minutes. I get called up tell them what I need and I said all I need is my account transferred over to my new phone. They ask to see the chip and ask what's wrong with it. I tell them nothing is wrong with it all I need is it to be activated. So that the lady Anna at T-Mobile off Murrieta Hot Springs by richies dinner. Takes the chip out and acts as if there already was service on it put the chip in another phone and tells me an obvious response that it doesn't work ohh I don't know what's wrong with it you're gonna have to talk to my manager. So I tell them all I need it to be is activated and since I'm a high school student. I feel as if they were taking advantage of me to screw me over. An hour or so goes by and now the manager is talking to me "Trying to help me,"yeah right. Now they have me call customer service and I called them like 5 times you have no idea the kind of people I had to deal with in the store and over the phone. They made it really frustrating and difficult for me just to get my chip activated. We've been paying for the account for a year not able to use it. Anyway I'm with customer service and they tell me they're gonna wipe the phone I'm thinking okay they're gonna reboot it so it works again and they guy over the line terminates my chip and the people in the store are like "We can do a deal with you, you buy a chip for $25 we'll activate it right here for you." For one why did they terminate it when all I need was it to be activated and for two I didn't need a new chip the one I had they they terminated was perfectly fine. They just did it for a money thing. So now it's been 3 hours since being in the store I'm on the phone with my provider my dad customer service and the people in the store. Now the new guy on customer service says as well why did they terminate the chip. He didn't understand it either. So they credited the chip. And the manager, let me repeat the manager was giving me attitude. Says "Now listen honey we're doing the best we can." Yeah to screw me. And when she found out that I wasn't paying anything because they screwed me over she didn't speak to me she was just on her phone texting. I get my phone activated and she says. This is my favorite part. She says. "It's turned on now are you going to leave?" This is management we're talking about. I was just at the Tmobile store attempting to resolve an issue that we had with the honesty and integrity of the staff member that assisted us during our nearly 4 hour visit yesterday. At that time we were told that for no additional charge we could receive several accessories. Over 1 hour was spent signing for each item and with each signature my wife questioned the deal and we were reasssured. Today saw our statement online and we were charged full retail for each item. The no additional cost ended up being $13.xx per month for 24 months. The manager at the Tmobile store said we didn't understand what they meant even though we kept asking and got the same response. Very insulting. I was lied to but instead of making it right they basically said I was stupid. Very unhappy! - stars. read more

I thought I would giveT Mobile a look as I was interested in an unlimited data plan for my my cell phone...my wife and I were welcomed in by Jesse B....What happened next was almost magical as we had the best customer experience ever...we cancelled our ATT accounts and switched over seamlessly with three lines of unlimited data, talk and text and three new LG phones for about twenty dollars a month more than my ATT plan had with only 10GB shared data .Jesse was really patient, informative and fun to work with. I went into the Tmoble store multiple times, called the Tmobile customer care multiple times, and no one was willing to help me....until 2 associates named Martin and Mikey went out of their way to fix the problems I have been having. Went to this store after a bad experience with a local Sprint store. We needed to upgrade our phones, but didn't know what we wanted (iPhone or Android). Nico, the manager, greeted us and LISTENED to why we came in. He explained the differences in various phones and then let Ivan assist further, once he was available. Both Ivan and Nico were fantastic! No pushy sales tactics, no overselling and answered all our questions. We walked out with 2 new phones and feel good about the plan we got. Sprint lost an account simply because the customer service provided by Ivan and Nico was far better than what we encountered with Sprint. read more

ZERO STARS! I had opened a company account and everything went smoothly, but then I added phones months later. Steven, the salesman, was very accommodating until he messed up my account. He so graciously added a phone I paid off back onto my account. I not only had it paid off, but after 9 total hours of dealing with them, was told to go to a corporate store to fix THEIR problem. I spoke with Debbie, one of the managers, and she tried to help, but I was still told to go to another store to fix Steven's mistake. I went back their today to pick up a phone I had left there (for turning it in). Steven was there and I told him I was there to pick up my phone and to speak with him regarding my account he messed up. He told me there were people ahead of me and to wait. I told him, "never mind" just give me my phone from their safe. He again told me to wait. I raised my voice and told him I'm not waiting in this store any longer since I was there for over 6 hours dealing with it in the last few days. I then said go get my phone or have someone else do it, but I'm not staying any longer. He threatened to call the police when an associate stopped him and told him to go get Debbie. As he was storming out of the room, he told me "Take a Xanex you b!t@&." Debbie came out and spoke with me about the phone and apologized for not being able to help my account. I spoke with customer care (7th time) and magically they found what he did and are crediting my account. Customer service did not understand why the store would not help me since all they had to do was look up the IMEI number and see it was once paid off. This particular salesman was very irresponsible and the head store manager assumed no responsibility for the salesperson's error. Extremely unprofessional and I will unfortunately never use TMobile for my future business accounts. I am closing ALL of my lines and I would rather pay slightly more for ATT since they have been nothing but accommodating to me for the past 10 years. That's what I get for trying to save a buck I guess. Hopefully no one will ever have to endure something like this as it is very stressful. read more

So, I purchased a Nexus 6 for my son's birthday to replace his slightly worn two year old Nexus 5. Unbeknownst to me, the Nexus 6 uses a nano sim card so it wouldn't take the sim card from his Nexus 5. After making a few calls, I found that only the Murrieta store had the nano sim in stock. We drove over from the Redhawk area of Temecula, so a 30 minute drive. First thing, we walked in and there were probably 20 people in the store. Even though everyone appeared busy, there was no turnover. We were the next people in line for 20 minutes. By the time we got helped there was probably 10 more people in line. So, we were politely greeted by Robby. We told him what we were there for, which should have been really straightforward, give us the nano sim, type a few things into the computer, new phone working. Well, upon learning that both me and my son had Nexus phones, Robby immediately starts talking absolute shit about our phones like a typical Apple fanboy. Except we're the customer not his bros. I'm not kidding you. "Oh, you have Nexus phones? And you haven't had any problems? You're the only people I've ever met with Nexus phones that didn't have a million problems with them. My manager had her phone for a week and gave it back." Of course the other employee next to him jumped in and said it was because the manager dropped her phone in the toilet. I mean I'm pretty careful not to drop my phone in the shitter, so maybe that's why it's been relatively trouble free. Then they wanted to charge me $16 for a sim card even thought it's supposed to be free and I could order one on the t-mobile website for free. I told them that and complained and they finally relented and gave me the card for free, which is what it's supposed to be, not like they were doing me a solid. Then to wrap it all up, he installs the nano sim and I have no service. After watching him futz around with the computer and the phone for about 10 minutes, I just said "I'll figure it out", took the phone, headed for the Temecula t-mobile store and the dude there had us up and running in like 5 minutes. He knew exactly what this kid had forgotten to do. Probably the worst customer service experience I've had in quite some time. I really couldn't believe how he was going on and on about what terrible phones the Nexus are. They get really great reviews. I've owned my Nexus 5 for almost two years and it's easily the best phone I've ever owned. Been on the phone for endless hours (actually took a nap and woke up and still on hold) you try to explain them a situation where they are attempting to squeeze more money for an account I closed out stating that I did not pay off my equipment before closing which is false. So I visited a store just to be told I'd be better off calling 611 which I did so... but wait was on hold AGAIN for an hour and a half hung up and called a different store for the STORE MANAGER to tell me come to the store because we only deal with face to face with an attitude when I arrived she automatically put up a front as they have a serious attitude problem over the phone and say whatever they want once you show up different story they try being as fake as possible as all the employees are staring down at their phones two of which on Instagram as I sit here put on a waiting list... god if this is the service I've had to deal with for the last 6 months I'm better off with Verizon or AT&T read more
