Came in to get a better understanding of what costs would be associated with getting a new phone. We didn't ask for any changes be made to our account. When we left the store, we received a text message saying that not changes that we didn't authorize had been made to our account without our permission. I tried calling the number listed on yelp but was transferred to someone overseas. I don't recommend doing any business with this store. read more

4 MONTHS LATER UPDATE: We are now 4 months into this nightmare contract written up by Victra Murrieta. To this date we have been met with nothing but empty promises and countless hours trying to resolve this mess with nothing to show for it. Our bill is still nearly $100 over what was originally quoted in store by their business manager, Amani. All attempts at communication to resolve this have been met with resistance and apathy. At this point it seems that Victra employees are willing to make deals and promises that in reality, they have no authority to issue. The root of our problem lies in the lack of communication between Victra and Verizon themselves. When questioned as to why certain credits and quoted prices per line aren't reflected on our bill, the employees simply shift the blame to Verizon and offer little to no help to resolve the issue. At this point we are out $1000+ over what we should have been charged per the original meeting. It is beginning to seem that legal action may be the only option to resolve this nightmare. If Victra management is reading this, feel free to reach out to try and resolve this issue before it gets escalated any further. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Extremely shocked at how dishonest and blatantly shady the business practices are at this store. This location and specifically their business manager have permanently tarnished Verizon's reputation and credibility. It has become apparent that they will lie and make any empty promise needed to get the contract signed. The real shock and frustration comes with the first monthly bill, when you realize that nothing that they pitched to you in the store is as it seems. 1. The total monthly payment we were sold at signing is not what is now reflected on our monthly statement. 2. Multiple credits we were promised for phone trade-ins and Apple Watches are completely absent from our statements and when questioned, the store technician admits that they recall the business manager offering the credits, however offers no explanation as to why we are not receiving them. 3. We were sold a defective iphone with a broken camera which despite being within the 30 day return/exchange window, they claim they are unable to facilitate an exchange for the defective product that they provided Bottom line being, buyer beware, do not trust or place belief in what you are being sold at this store. Furthermore, because this is a franchise store and not a corporate Verizon store, Verizon customer service is unable to assist in rectifying any of the issues stated above. She walked us through every option and step and was so personable along the way. Like other reviews have said, she was a great multitasker. On May 17, 2025, I upgraded to a new phone at this Verizon authorized reseller store (Victra), using a trade-in offer for my previous device. From the beginning, the overall experience was positive. I was assisted by the store manager, Angelica, who was patient and skillful at multitasking, traits that are often rare in customer service. She handled my transaction and set-up my new phone efficiently, although she said that printed sales receipts were not provided (I'm still unsure why that option isn't available). She said the receipt would be emailed, but I never received it. Additionally, I wasn't informed in advance about the $39.99 phone setup fee, which would have been helpful to know upfront. I also picked up a few accessories, including a wall charger, portable battery pack, and screen protector. While I'm aware that these items might be available at a lower price elsewhere, I was happy to make the purchase here to support the team and contribute to their sales commissions. I returned to the store the next day, and though Angelica wasn't in, Larissa helped me out, she promptly printed the sales receipt and took the time to explain how the trade-in credit works, which I really appreciated. Another day later, I came back to complete the trade-in process for my old phone, and Angelica helped me once again. While not everything was perfectly smooth or flawless in terms of the transaction and technicalities, I could tell she did her best to provide great service. In a world where not everyone in customer service is knowledgeable, hardworking, or perfect, it's refreshing to meet someone like Angelica who tries her best and treats customers with respect and care. Combined with Larissa's helpfulness, this store left a strong positive impression on me. Sometimes, you just need a bit of faith and a little luck to find the right people who will really attend to your needs. WTH. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CRIMINALS. TOLD THIS BY A CORPORATE STORE: I went in to ask a question. The conversation turned into if I had wireless internet with them. I do. They asked which router I had. The small white box or the large new grey one. I told them the old little white box. The guy said Verizon is upgrading the equipment for everyone with the old white box for free. After getting the grey box they said there was a service charge of $29.00 so I paid it not knowing they had cancelled my old service and put me on a new service plan. My next bill comes in The mail and it had gone up 10.00 more a month. WTH. I went to a corporate store near my house and they told me that they ripped me off there should be no charge and no change of plans or money exchanged. The corporate store could not help me and told me to call Verizon directly. After over an hour on the phone I fixed this freaking mess. I tried to call this store and the number goes to a Verizon answering service. WTH. I was not close to home when I went into this store. You bet your ass it's worth the hour drive so they don't do this to someone else. I am going to get my money back. Sorely disappointed with our treatment today after all the amazing experiences my husband has had here. We were greeted and told we would be helped in a bit, totally fine with that as there was only one employee on the floor, but instead of finishing the transaction with her current customer, she started asking us questions I guess to get a preface for our visit. We told her we were there to pre-order the Apple Watch series 7. She said the only thing they had was the SE series and when I asked if they were taking pre-orders for the 7 since it's up on their site and other stores are doing it, I got a "Oh, I don't know if we are doing that right now, we don't do that until either a week or a day before it's released" (which is this Friday the 15th). Instead of looking it up, asking for help or even calling another location, that's all the info we got and were dismissed with no help. This Verizon location is a complete scam. My cell phone's SIM card quit working. Went to the location and purchased a SIM card but was scammed. They charged me for a used physical SIM card and activated the E-SIM within my phone. I started to receive phone calls and text messages from other people that I did not recognize because the physical SIM card was associated to someone else's phone. I went back two days later to have them give me a new SIM card and they wanted to charge me again for another "so called SIM card". I contacted Verizon and their service support specialists were the ones to confirm that the physical sim they gave me was associated to another account and that the location activated my E-SIM on my phone. So basically the Verizon store is charging you for a new SIM card and giving you a used one. I have already reported this store to actual Verizon and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Utilizing a SIM card other than yours leaves you and your personal data vulnerable to scammers. Scammers like this Verizon store. Zero stars if it gave me an option. read more

I went a couple of weeks on a Saturday and I cant remember the name of the guy who helped us, tall slim but he was one of the nicest when it comes to help us to resolve our issue. I've been shopping with Go Wireless for several years and PREVIOUSLY, always had EXCELLENT customer service...until today that is. I have always purchased my screen protectors here because they made it very easy to come in and replace if I needed to. Looked me up on the computer, grabbed the new protector, replaced and I was on my way. However, today was much different. I came in to replace my daughter's screen protector that I purchased last November. They have always said lifetime replacement, NO CHARGE. There were two representatives, a gentleman and a lady. The gentleman was very nice, however the lady was rude and disrespectful. I explained that I have always replaced in store and that is how the screen protector was sold to me "free replacement right away." She cut me off and began to repeat several different times that all replacements are done at the manufacture level and not in the store. She wouldn't even acknowledge what I was saying and didn't care what was told to me at the time of purchase. Frustrated after hearing the same speech over and over, I finally told her to give me any info she had and I would take care of it because I wasn't given a box or receipt at the time of purchase because it was all in the computer. She begins to have an attitude and said that I had to say "May I have the info"...EXCUSE ME?!?!?! This is not a way to talk to customers if you want to keep them in a time when businesses are closing. The gentleman explains that the policy changed about 6 months ago. Looks like they aren't honoring previous customers like myself. I looked online and I have to pay an additional $9 for lifetime warranty. If you've never been to a Go Wireless, then you probably don't know about the subtle differences between this company and the official Verizon stores. The biggest difference is how payments are handled. At Go Wireless, there is a processing fee if you pay with anything other than cash. Don't expect an automated kiosk here either to handle your payments, you'll have to go to an associate to have him/her process the payment for you. So what are the benefits? Well, they do carry a bunch of phones here and they are sold at the same prices as a typical Verizon store. Phone plans are also similar. But the biggest benefit is location. There are many more Go Wireless locations in the Temecula area than Verizon stores. This particular store is located in the Dick's/Altura Credit Union parking lot on Murrieta Hot Springs. I purchased a new phone, was told it was going to take 18 minutes to transfer my data and when I came back the person helping me was leaving and the woman left working didn't know anything 5/16. I spent hours trying to get my phone to work 5/16 and 5/17 to no avail and went back to them on 5/17 but was told the AOL app was down and the same woman couldn't help me, she told me to come back the next day so I did on 5/18 and it was the same woman and her communications skills were so poorly lacking- she was stuck on saying caustic things like, "You didn't tell me that, you didn't say that when you came in." She couldn't move on or wouldn't move on from being accusatory. Then she told me, "Don't talk to me like that." I picked up my phone and I told her her service was horrible and left. I had been in the store less than 2 minutes and I was disgusted at her lack service and demeanor. She kept flopping my phone back to me asking, What can't you do? I couldn't do anything, I couldn't work email, texts or the phone (NOTHING)...so she tried to call me and it went straight to vm on my OLD PHONE and from there her customer service skills just became more apaulling. I literally just spent 2 hours at the Temecula Verizon store and they were wonderful. Not only was my phone not activated they had to replace the SIM card because they couldn't get my NEW phone to work either!!! Absolutely the worst experience at this Verizon retailer. My family member who happens to be almost 80 years old got scammed here. He went in with a broken phone and came out with three new devices. He thought he was getting it all for free as an upgrade. I know they legally did not do anything wrong but he has limited knowledge of the English language and they should have just replaced his phone. When I went in with him to return the other two items they charged us with a restocking fee of over $100 when this was just purchased only a week ago. They has no moral compassion for the elderly. This has to be the worst Verizon store I have ever delt with. I delt with a specific gentlemen specifically, I actually wouldn't even call him a gentlemen. He was an absolute child. He had the worst attitude and to say the least hygiene. If you are going to be in sales/customer service this should number one on your list, along with good people skills. I had a few things I was trying to do that day. I walked in at 1:00pm and didn't leave the store until almost 7:00pm. It was an absolute nightmare. Not to mention the worst part, which was Trinity up charging me on all the items I was trying to buy! It was my worst nightmare.
