Ronnie was very helpful, informative, and patient with all my questions when I pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone and the bundle that went with my purchase. Ronnie spent whatever time needed with me to make sure I understood all the plans, what my monthly cost would be, when to expect my phone/tablet/watch, what to do when I received them, etc. Ronnie was also very patient and great when my boyfriend had several questions about his Verizon account even though the appointment was with me. We went to the store because we were having an issue with ads popping up in chrome. We told this to the employee and he took are information and put us in queue. About 10 - 15 minutes later they called us and immediately said that they can not help us with that but if we wanted we could buy a new phone. My wife pointed out that if we got a new phone the issue would just transfer over. He said if it did they would fix it. ??? Why can't they just fix the issue on our current phone? They were more concerned with selling me the highest possible plan than asking me what I wanted. I felt like I got ripped off. Moreover, I had issues with one of my phone and went back there the next day to get help. The person helping me, and two other customers, favorite phrase was "I can't help you" and told me to go to the Apple Store for support. I might as well have bought the phone from Apple if Verizon can't help in the phones they are selling. Next time, I'll go to apple to buy the phone and cellular plan. Btw. Went in here having major problems with my phone, took it to apple no help. I had no idea what to do I went into this store with thoughts of getting a new phone because my phone would not work at all. After speaking with a manager and having everything set up to get a new phone a gift was sent to me. An employee Chris came out of no where and saved the day. Not only was he able to get my phone to work he was able to make my phone plan affordable. It has been over FIVE months since I have mailed my old watch in and we still haven't received a penny of the $200 credit we were advised we were getting for the trade in. This is THEFT. We have contacted customer care many times to be told "next billing cycle" and it's not even an up front credit or a Verizon gift card or anything like that...it's a measly $8 credit per month for TWO years. That's crap and probably information that should have been given at the time of my new watch purchase. I have since early paid off my new watch in the first couple months of having it so not getting the credit for my old watch is just wrong. We have been loyal customers for years, but that fact that you employ so many incompetent employees just makes us want to bounce. I was a Verizon customer for 4 years and cancelled my service on July 22/2025. Since then, I keep receiving an un-itemized bill for the amount of $309.96. I called them several times and requested a completely itemized bill. One of the agents I spoke with told me the charge "might be" for my device. I told her that when I signed up at the Verizon store in Temecula I paid for the device at that time, so she didn't know. They sent 3 more snapshots of the bill and subsequently sent this to collections. I contacted collections and let them know the story. I made it clear that I would pay the bill if I owed it, but Verizon has refused to comply and send me this info. I called Verizon again today (Twice) and was informed they were recording the call, which was OK, since I told him that I was also recording the call. Upon hearing that, the agent informed that he could not speak to me if I was recording. He subsequently hung up on me. I am still waiting for some type of response or action. Short version - my bill jumped from $340 to $799 in one month over FOUR mistakes that i'm fighting... and stay away from ABEL. We've been with Verizon for a very long time and always have been happy. We went in two months ago to add a line to our account and it's been a NIGHTMARE ever since. For starters, the new line was messed up and i'm still fighting in on my bill two months later. Literally, they put the new line on a $65 monthly plan even though the other four lines are on the $45 monthly plan. No idea why that happened, we didn't ask for that. So have to get a credit for that. Then, we did the deal where you get a new iphone if you add a line. We were not told up front that we would be billed and get a credit back for 3 years, essentially in a contract. Low and behold, we are being charged the monthly device fee, but no credit! Customer service said the employee didn't add the promo when adding the phone so they couldn't do anything. Finally, they said they put in the correction and to wait 3 weeks for the next bill to generate to see if they did or not. Then, Ronny sold us on an internet plan. We asked so many questions and left under one understanding. Sure enough, none of it was accurate, including the monthly price. Nor was I EVER told that it's the same deal of paying for the device and getting a credit for 36 months - essentially a credit because if you cancel before the 36 months, you owe the balance of the device but don't get the credit. You're locked into 36 months to get the "free" promo. I went in to remove it and got Abel and it was an awful experience. I think he's a manager and i'm totally unsure how. He was very dismissive and offputting. Then, I kept asking questions over and over again because he said I was wrong. I realized that he wouldn't directly answer my question and I actually thought I was stupid. I got my dad and went back and he asked more direct internet questions and finally got the answer that this device has no use to me. Literally none. Abel said nothing could be done in store and to call customer service. I called that same day and was told that it should be handled with the store. But they said they were canceling the line and putting in a request to pay off the device and it should be processed within 24-48 hours. Yesterday was two weeks from that phone call and I got my bill at $799!!!!! I call in and they can see the notes from two weeks prior and see everything, yet they never canceled the line so i'm still paying. Nor did the request go anywhere. The kicker?! I was told that they have to cancel the line, then bill the device, then get a credit. Yet..... the entire device balance was charged on this bill under a different line AND they are still billing the monthly fee :) like wtf! So they officially canceled the line and put in a credit request. But again, I won't know until the new bill is processed in 3 weeks. In december, I went to the Verizon store in Tuscany Corona to get the iPhone 15 pro in the natural titanium. The lady who helped me was really nice and she told me that they didn't have the the color, and told me that I could get the color that was available because I was traveling, and because if I waited to get the natural titanium, it would take a few days. She also mentioned that I could exchange the phone anywhere just as long as they have it in stock. I landed in New York on the 28th, and I went to a nearby Verizon store to check if they had the natural titanium because she told me I could exchange it anywhere. The New York store said that they couldn't because I bought it in California, and I should go back to the original store I had bought it since they couldn't confirm if it was a corporate store or third party. I also didn't carry the box my phone came my mistake). On the 30th I went back to the back to the Verizon store that I had made the purchase, and the lady who helped me was there, and she confirmed that she did say that and that I could exchange the phone anywhere, and they didn't have the color in stock. Her and the manager told me that a different Verizon store in Corona had about five in stock, and I should go there before they close so I can get the color that I wanted. Upon getting into the store, they didn't have the color, so they gave me a customer service number to call and she what they can do. CS representative was not helpful, and he suggested that I get a case so I don't have see the color that I had which was the blue titanium. I went back the next day to the Tuscany store, spoke to another representative who told me that they would be getting shipment in about a day and that I should check in. I went back the next day and they told me that they hadn't gotten the shipment, and ever since that day they've been taking me in circles. Since I walked in Temecula, I decided to visit the Verizon in Temecula store to see if they can be helpful. I explained my situation to them and they were very upset because both the store and the customer service have been taking me in circles which was a situation that was easily fixed. I want to acknowledge Angel, Jackie and the manager, Eddie who were superb and were able to exchanged the 15 pro in the color blue to the natural titanium that i initially wanted. They are the most amazing, professional specialists I have ever met across all Verizon stores. They were amazing. They were understanding and were able to rectify the mistake that another Verizon store had made. Had to change from TMobile to Verizon because I don't receive a decent signal after moving here. I had 3 lines on my account and they told me that 2 of the lines wouldn't "port" (change over) until the other 2 phone holders on my account received their phones in the next 2-3 days, turned the phones on AND called the store to finish the "port". That was a lie. I got home and my parents emailed to let me know their lines were dead. I went back to the store a total of 3 times that day. The manager at the store was utterly useless. She spent most of the time on her phone texting with her husband or kid while the greeter at the store was quoting people 45-55 minute wait times. She should have put the phone down and helped the other guests. She had no idea what happened and neither did the other managers. Great, thanks for that. To fix their mistake, I had to drive 4 hours to get the phones to my parents because 1) I didn't want them to be phoneless 2) It was a long weekend and I didn't want to risk the phone being delivered to their address, so no one being there to sign for it and it bouncing around the next few days Their phone lines were so busy I didn't even get the option to hold for customer service. They turned their phones off and let the automated service keep rerouting customers back to the main voice message. To Customer Service: You can delete your canned response. Got an upgrade for my phone was told it would be activated that day.. 2 days later after it still not being activated I called Verizon tech support after nearly 3 hours and they couldn't solve my problem I decided I'd go back to the store to see if they could fix my problem, after explaining the issue to them and how I was just on a call with tech support all day trying solve this issue since I am going on a trip tomorrow for around a week and needed my phone for both work and to stay in contact with my parents. Bryan(an employee at Verizon) was extremely rude and couldn't care less about my issue he seem to be more worried about his hourly pay then the customer in need. Verizon is going to ruin my Christmas surprise I decided to respond to a Verizon email promotion and upgrade my sons to the new iphone 12 mini phones. While on the phone with Verizon, I saw that one of the phones (black color) was back ordered and wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. The other phone (blue color) was available so I asked the agent if we could update the order to two blue phones so that we would receive them for Christmas. The agent was having some trouble updating the order and ended up disconnecting me. As I'm writing this post, it has already been a 3+ hour nightmare. Short version of the story, I have tried in vein to find ANYONE that can help me. I have experienced transfer after transfer, hold after hold, and always end up getting disconnected. Are agents hanging up because they too are frustrated and don't know how to resolve my seemingly simple issue? As it stands, I have been disconnected no less than 4 times. Since no one can figure out how to update the skew of the back ordered phone, I have tried to cancel my original order so that I can start from scratch. I'm assuming one of the many agents I dealt with today ended up messing up our Verizon account and now it's showing one of my son's phones as being on a payment plan and not eligible for an upgrade? So, until this matter is resolved, a new order can't be placed?!?! Odd, both of my son's phones were eligible when I placed the initial order as it CLEARLY shows in the system. Plus, we own the two phones outright that my son's use. It seems that someone at Verizon messed up our account and incredibly no one knows how to fix it despite my spending 3+ hours today talking to numerous people. I'm at my wits end. If you go to this store, make sure to stay away from the employee named Ronny. He provided incorrect info and has terrible customer service. Ronny has some tattoos on his arms and an "infection symbol" tattooed on the back of his hand. I went in to upgrade my plan, trade in my old Phone, and buy the iPhone 15. I explained to Ronny that I wanted to pay for the iPhone 15 in full, and receive my trade in credit as a lump sum, as opposed to paying for the iPhone 15 and receiving a trade in credit monthly over 3 years. He told me this wasn't possible, didn't even try to look in the systems to attempt it. I told him I saw you could at least pay for the iPhone 15 in full online and wanted help with that. He kept pushing me to check out by myself, using the Verizon app. I had trouble and asked him to just check me out the normal way, without the app. He said it was because I was trying to pay for the iPhone in full. Ok fine, I switched my payment and trade in credit to monthly installments over 3 years, like he asked. I was still having trouble on the app and again asked to be checked out the normal way, without the app. He kept pushing me to use the app. I don't come into a store just to use an app, I can do that at home. Ronny was just being lazy and didn't want to check me out himself. Finally after the third time complaining, I gave him my phone and he did it himself. I then asked him how to trade in my old phone. He said I had to go back to the same store, not any other Verizon store. I EXPLICITLY confirmed I had to go back to the same store and he said yes. The next day I go in to trade in my old phone. Turns out the store can't take my phone, since the order was done via an app, Verizon is shipping a trade in box to my house for the old phone! Ronny didn't know what he was talking about and made me come into the store for nothing. I hope this guy gets reprimanded, I am considering cancelling my Verizon plan and will be submitting a complaint to corporate due to this customer service. read more

This review has little to do with this store but rather Verizon as a company/phone service. I'll start with the little for the store, everyone there honestly doesn't seem too bad, very helpful although maybe a tad judgmental based off the way they'd stare and then group together to whisper. I've personally had no issues buying from them. Now for Verizon as a whole, it's definitely the king when it comes to phone service, always has been. However I will say I've only noticed enough change in service to say they are better, I wouldn't say that the service is worth the amount you pay necessarily. I just wanted the 14 pro (this is at a different location) and somehow walked out with a phone, watch, iPad and my own personal router all for a monthly of basically $190 and some change ($200). Don't get me wrong I use everything I got on the daily so I get my moneys worth as far as usage of devices, but my service cuts in and out a lot more then it should for $200 a month especially when I live with 4-5 stores basically surrounded around me. Also the router they gave me, does not provide the best performance or connection and it's supposed to be "5G" or whatever they advertise as the best, strongest internet. I did however use the Ethernet cable to connect it to my Xbox and my Xbox loads stuff a lot faster (exactly how it should be). In conclusion; is it worth the upgrade service wise if you have T-Mobile, sprint, AT&T, mint mobile etc.. I'd say so, yeah. Is it worth the upgrade cause of the price? maybe. My friend pays $90 a month for just her phone (highest plan available) so if you're just going for a phone then yes 100%. I however as stated before got suckered into the phone, iwatch, iPad and router for roughly $200 a month, not even newest watch or iPad either . In the end I'm still satisfied, I came from T-Mobile and I got no service anywhere I went and was paying for their 5G unlimited. Verizon's always been the top dog when it comes to quality and performance but at the price of ur car! , jokes aside I'm a very firm believer in "you get what you pay for" so you pay a lot but you get the best with Verizon. Only "complaint" is that I wish my router would provide a little better connection to my devices. read more

Have spent my whole afternoon trying to fix deceptive business practices. Traded a new phone from Sprint under a "deal"!!!! The deal says: Join Verizon and we'll pay your costs to switch. We'll pay up to $650.00 on your old phone or contract when you trade in your phone. Well that's not what they do. I had a new phone from Sprint and now I'm paying for my old new phone and my Verizon phone. Deception in what they are doing you better believe it. What they do is lie to get you in and then apply nothing of the sort to your Sprint account. I'm so mad at the lying that Ashley did to both my husband and myself. When I attempted to walk into the store to get a phone I was notified that due to NOVID19 all walk-ins were by appointment only. I was handed a slip with phone numbers on it to call to make an appointment. Now, before go further, Let me say that my story was even more complicated than I will bother you with. ... When I called the numbers on the slip, trying to make an appointment for someone to see me, On hold, I first got a commercial for AT&T Internet (AT&T commercial on a Verizon call??) when I declined I was greeted with a Car Insurance Commercial, when I declined, I was greeted with a Direct TV commercial. After I declined and hit a button for a operator I was connected to Direct TV sales department. After re reading the slip with more than eight listings to call that I was given for making an appointment , in the fine print I noticed that they were instructing me to go to a website to make an appointment. So I went online and instead of contacting that store, I went to an alternative store that I am more familiar with to book an appointment. When I called them they went out of their way to talk me out of actually booking an appointment, even though I could tell he had no other customers to deal with and all the time in the world on his hands. When his simple instructions didnt work out, I called back . I explained my situation (not such a simple one) And he again discouraged me from trying to book an appointment. Instead gave me a phone number for help that after 3 minutes (according to the phone was a connected call) still had not rang one single time. Phone Numbers that dont work, sales and tech supporters that wont support. I had been two weeks without a phone and if I didnt get this accomplished in a few hours it would be a whole other week before I would be in communication and nearly missing work shifts, not capable of knowing when I am supposed to work, risking my employment. At my wits end, I marched down, speeding to the first store, not the second more familiar store that was intent on not allowing me to attend. I could see a representative assisting a female client. marching past I proceeded to pound of the door three times. I would not take no for an answer. Someone had to talk to me. I was being bullish and abrasive and the Rep/Mgnt took one second to acknowledge me. I know I was being Boorish. That was the point. But I was not trying to cut in line, I just needed to be noticed. He took 2 seconds to acknowledge me which is what I needed and then I explained that I am sorry but I do not mean to cut in line. please help your customer, I am willing to wait my turn (but I need someone to give me a turn). He seemed to help her with all her troubles and then took the moment to address me and my incorrigible behavior. I had been sitting on the curb legs and fingers crossed in a deescalated posture. Without appointment and my irate behavior he took it in stride and dealt with my issues one step at a time. At one moment another sales associate came out just to check on him to make sure he was alright with me. I had regressed by that moment and wanted to display my humility. I was just expressing my predicament so that someone would notice how much trouble I had been in. He went on to explain that my behavior , that if he was inside the protected doors, normally protocol would be instructing him to call the police. I am a showman, I project, I make a scene when I have to. (Im a faker) so I was quick to regress . But despite me , the Mgnt/assoc. was quick to juggle his current patron and my wild ass . When he finished with his current customer he talked to me in a clam deescalation manner of which by then I also wanted to follow his lead. He asked me simple questions that I was ready with the answers to. I dont do cell phone stuff. I dont gravitate to the newest tech. So I dont know the ins and outs that seem to change every two years. I had just had a bad experience with company wide lack of customer assistance and in all of 5 minutes ones sales rep / Mgnt solved my two week problem. I didnt catch him name. But I am sure they are reading this today. The company might have to rethink some of their corporate procedures. But this man, for me saved the face of your corporate perception.
