    Lied to. Scammed. 8 hours of time wasted to try to get the money they took from me. Finally got it resolved after 3, 1.5 hour calls and another 2+ hour call. All because Kyla decided her quota was more important than taking care of a dedicated customer.

They are a bunch of con artists, swindling, crooks that will tell you lie upon lie to make their quotas and commissions and this includes their customer service department AND their rewards center. Everyone is incompetent and doesn't know how to do their jobs or provide decent customer service. The supposed manager that helped us switch from Verizon, I'd say 97% of what he said and what he said would happen after we switched was completely untrue. He advised us not to worry about our cancellation with Verizon because they wouldn't send us a cancellation bill for at least 6 weeks, try ONE week later, over $1300 we had to pay out of pocket because our Visa Rewards Switcher cards (to help us pay these Verizon early termination fees) would not be available for 6-8 weeks. We are going on 3 months later and have only received 2/5 Visa cards. So fast forward to present day, we filed all the paperwork online and submitted our Verizon cancellation bill on 04/03/26, 2 days after we switched providers for them to not process a card for my line. We called a couple times to check the status and were told it was being processed and to just be patient, THAT WAS ALL. I called again today, was on the phone for nearly 2 hours between 6 employees, 3 departments AND TWO MANAGERS just to be told a resounding NO, they couldn't do anything, too bad, too late, I was outside of the 60 days to file for the promotion. NOT OUR FAULT! We were lied to, mislead, given incorrect information over and over just to be penalized because you couldn't even do your job correctly. I wish we could just cancel, but unfortunately we are now stuck in a flipping contract AND out of money for having to pay the cancellation fees with Verizon. The kicker? The sales person BRAGGED how you do all the lines and service for the EMTs and first responders, a contract that was taken from Verizon. While our phones now work better and have better service in surrounding areas, it absolutely sucks where we live and also inside our own house! BEWARE!

    I paid $300 to have my iPhone screen replaced, and the experience has been extremely disappointing…read more Within hours of the repair, the screen began lifting. I brought it back, and while they corrected it at no charge, that already raised concerns about the quality of the initial installation. About five weeks later, while simply holding my phone with no drops, no impact, and no water exposure, vertical lines suddenly appeared on the screen. At first they were intermittent, but by the next day multiple lines appeared and became permanent. When I brought the phone back, the technician began pressing down on the screen, which immediately made the issue significantly worse. The display became covered in lines right in front of me, and I have photo evidence of this. Despite this, I was told I would have to pay for another repair. They claimed it was due to physical or water damage, which is completely inaccurate. The phone was not dropped or exposed to water at any point. These issues began under normal use and escalated while the device was in their hands. The owner was also extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted that this type of issue can only happen from physical damage, which is simply not true. The screen showed clear vertical line failure and became significantly worse when their technician applied pressure to it in-store. Instead of acknowledging a likely defective part or installation issue, they made blanket claims that do not align with how these displays actually fail. A screen should not fail like this after just five weeks, especially following an already flawed repair. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to honor their warranty and blamed the situation on "damage" that never occurred, even after making the problem worse themselves. If this issue is not resolved appropriately, I am prepared to escalate this further through a formal dispute, including a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. I would strongly caution others against using this business. A one year warranty means nothing if it is dismissed the moment you try to use it.

    Cracked my phone screen at the worst possible time yesterday (7:30pm after most phone repair shops…read morewere closed). My whole screen was black with green and red pixels, not only that but my phone started going crazy and butt dialing my contacts The employee with the long hair literally saved the day, he fixed the screen in under 15 minutes and still took me right before closing, and for that I am so grateful! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the screen they use at this shop is the AQ7 instead of the X07 which is what I usually get at other shops and is a bit higher quality. (that is not the employee's fault, but the company) Anyway, when I got home, I noticed the colors on my screen were muted and the touch screen wasn't working properly. Went to another shop today to get the X07 screen and good as new; bright colors and touch is normal again.
