The place was poppin' at 7:30pm like it was hosting a Wednesday night rave for phone plans. Four employees were tag-teaming a small crowd like customer service ninjas. Mary Ann greeted us w the grace of a maitre d', politely asking us to have a seat while we waited. Thankfully, the wait was shorter than the line at Starbucks during Pumpkin Spice season. Once we got helped, it was all smooth sailing.... quick, friendly, efficient!! We were in, out, and questioning why every errand couldn't go this smoothly. Side note: The parking lot? Over a very length time on the phone with the Representative, it became very clear that there was a communication issue with the representative and ourselves, in the efforts to try to establish a new phone, internet package, and keep our original phone numbers from the previous provider. After over two hours on the phone, we opted to cease any further discussions with the representative on the phone and take our services to a face-to-face person at the Verizon office located at 27970 Clinton Kieth Road Murrieta. The store Representative Devon and the Manager Jesse really went out of way to accommodate the change over as a smooth experience, even when there was a bump in the road of trying to get my husbands old number to carry over they went out of there way working with their service tier department to ensure this would happen appropriately. From our own personal experience, I would recommend saving yourself from any heartache and just visiting the store location, rather than trying to get your needs met over the phone. These guys are really there to help you out and find you the best deal that meets your needs.

I spoke to Verizon over the phone and they told me to come into the store, where the person here can help me and when we were done they would take the unit and ship it back in the pre-stamped FedEx box. When I explained what I was here for, the salesman seemed disappointed that I wasn't there to buy things.. I'm assuming they work on commission. And just completely gave off the attitude that they had no interest in doing anything. So they walked to the back to go ask their manager and of course the manager had no interest coming out front. When the sales been walked back out to talk to me. He told me I just have to ship the box back and there really wasn't anything else they can do. Not a huge issue with shipping the box back through FedEx, but just the whole vibe with feeling like if they are not making sales then they don't want to help Was really off-putting. I have a business account with many phones and this type of scenario where it should have been an easy customer service win that shows me why I choose to pay more for Verizon services than other cell carriers is worth it.. ended up just souring me. Good chance when my contract's up here in a couple months we're leaving. Real. Bummer.

Too often we've encountered employees who seem uninterested, don't really know the products they're selling, or just want customers out of the store so they can get back to gossiping with coworkers or scrolling on their phones. The day before meeting Mike, we visited another T-Mobile store and had a terrible experience. The lady completely dismissed what my son was trying to explain, was arrogant and condescending, and treated him as though he had no idea what he was talking about. We left frustrated, with our issue still unresolved. Thankfully, we called around and ended up speaking with Mike at Store #2310. Right from the phone call, he stood out. He patiently walked us through the T-Mobile app, answered all of our questions, and treated us with genuine respect.
