Mike at the Promenade Mall T-Mobile (Store #2310) is absolutely amazing! We've been T-Mobile customers for years, but honestly, our experiences haven't always been great. Too often we've encountered employees who seem uninterested, don't really know the products they're selling, or just want customers out of the store so they can get back to gossiping with coworkers or scrolling on their phones. The day before meeting Mike, we visited another T-Mobile store and had a terrible experience. The lady completely dismissed what my son was trying to explain, was arrogant and condescending, and treated him as though he had no idea what he was talking about. We left frustrated, with our issue still unresolved. Thankfully, we called around and ended up speaking with Mike at Store #2310. Right from the phone call, he stood out. He patiently walked us through the T-Mobile app, answered all of our questions, and treated us with genuine respect. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced from a T-Mobile employee. Because of that experience, we called Mike back a couple of days later and made the trip to his store specifically to replace the phone. We were so glad he was there! He made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Employees like Mike are exactly why customers stay loyal to T-Mobile. His professionalism, product knowledge, patience, and genuine care for his customers are outstanding. Me and my boyfriend went in for a simple question, and one of the employees were very short and didn't answer the question rather looked at the phone for one second then said we wouldn't be able to do something we didn't even go in for. She also barely looked up from her ipad and didn't look into any of our information before practically sending us away. it was just very disappointing because we went in to get answers about possibly getting a newer phone, which is something exciting and instead we walked out the store, after being in there for less than a minute, very disappointed in the service we received. read more

This is the best T-Mobile store and experience that my husband and I have had by far! Usually T-Mobile members are impersonal and trying to sell you something, but this T-Mobile branch is amazing! Alfred and a young woman (completely forgot her name) helped us out just yesterday and they were extremely helpful. My husband and Alfred even became acquaintances and we felt we could easily talk to Alfred and he helped us quickly! He's such a nice guy, straightforward, And just wants to help. Was at this Tmobile store with my husband yesterday and couldnt be any happier with the service we received. Though there was a few customers in line before us, they moved quickly, friendly and professional. I had just recently purchased a phone through Tmobile at the kiosk at Costco and had an issue transferring. While transferring, the new phone was activated by another number of ours somehow. So, we went back out to the this particular T-mobile and easily fixed this problem for us quickly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely come back to this location if needed. Located inside the promenade mall this location is staffed only with professional staff who care for their clients. I had the singular pleasure of working with Luis. After an unusually unpleasant experience at the Apple Store downstairs I had the great fortune of running into Luis. I had lost my iPhone recently and couldn't use the find my app because I also lost my password. Luis wanted to make sure that every possible measure had been used to help find my original phone. Once I decided this was taking too much time for my priorities I went straight back to him the next day. He answered every question with sincere and humble professionalism and walked me through setting up all the security measures I needed. I feel very secure with the new purchase! Terrible customer service - all I needed was a charger and had to wait 10-20 mins for them to ring up transaction - device that took payment method did not work so first tech had us wait for someone else to ring us up- both techs were busy setting up new phones - waiting more than 20 mins was ridiculous just to purchase one charger. Had a not so great experience here before when I first got my phone. Girl was rude and not interested in listening to anything I had to say.....I felt like I was annoying her somehow. I would've given one star if I had reviewed it back then. Today my mom and I went in to order the new iPhones and we were helped by Philip.... Such a nice young man! Let me start by saying they're nice young people. The downside is they don't know their product. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the store on cyber Monday with the manager apologizing for all the misinformation I received. He said continuously "sorry she's new." The young girl who I got stuck with had all the plans wrong and misquoted everything. She asked some other employees for assistance and they ALL had it wrong. Could be just scamming for business. I believe they're paid by commission as well as salary! They finally called me behind the counter and I did the entire transaction myself. I half joked with the manager that I should have clocked in and got paid!!! Go to another store or make sure you do your homework before you sign. Again they don't know their product!! They need retraining. If you go by their lack of knowledge it will cost you a LOT of money! Again they seem nice but don't know what they're selling!!! Go to a different T-Mobile store! read more

Went to the mall to get my iPhone 7 fixed at the the T-Mobile store because I couldn't receive phone calls. Upon close examination, the sales associate said because I have warranty on my phone I could get a new iPhone 7 for the replacement fee of $5. Sounded great since I did not want my phone bill to go up with a brand new phone. Within two days I received a text that my new phone was ready for pickup. I drove all the way to Temecula ready to finally get my phone. A different sales associate, Erika proceeded to help me. She brought my new phone to me, and I handed her my old one. She then took my old phone to the back room where all the other associates were. I waited patiently just for her to come back and say, "Your home button is damaged so therefore u can't have this new phone. So call ur insurance and here's the number." She held onto my new phone right in front of my face and smugly said "sorry". WELL IM SORRY, IF MY PHONE WAS SO DAMAGED WHY SAY I COULD HAVE A NEW ONE ONLY 3 DAYS PRIOR? It was so unprofessional, I did nothing wrong for her to nitpick at something that clearly wasn't a problem a few days ago with a different sales associate. I'm sure if I had the same person that helped me the first time, it wouldn't have been a problem. If you want to be helped with phone issues at T-mobile don't go to Erika because she obviously doesn't care about customer service and is only there to make sales. read more

Went to T-Mobile on May 1st to officially switch our contract over from Sprint. Jorge was extremely helpful and friendly. He upgraded two lines and added an additional line to the plan for us with ease. He is very knowledgeable of all the promotions and devices. He was able to find us the perfect phones and plan for our family without spending more than we were with Sprint. Thank you Jorge for your amazing customer service! I had a very frustrating situation with my phone and needed to get a new phone. We are not super tech people but my husband is self employed and his phone is part of his livelihood. That said we just needed to either repair the phone or get a new one and we knew we had an upgrade offer. We went to our local T mobile, the guy said their system was down. He encouraged us to go to the next nearest store. Got to that 2nd store and the 2 women there were lazy, incompetent and not willing to even try and help. She said to look up the acct she needed a manager and there was not one there at that time. Honestly it seemed they just didn't want to work. She said we could go to the store in the mall. I asked her if she could call that store, she said she didn't know the number!!!! So I took matters in to my own hands and googled the phone number. One of their associates, Erik, told us helped us and assured us we could head over there and he would do his best to assist. We headed there with about 20 min left to closing. Erik helped us out, told us what the issue was, we upgraded the phone, he reviewed my account for further savings, and he stayed later after closing. He was superb and explained that the other stores were not "corporate" stores. He acknowledged that as a consumer, we have no idea what what means in terms of service or what they can do. But alas he was able to retain us as customers because I was about ready to cancel my relationship with T-Mobile/Sprint entirely. N fact the staff as a whole was very nice and helpful. We will be bypassing our local stand alone privately managed stores and making the trip to the mall. Erick was great! read more

I did have a few issues with the terms of a mobile phone promotion that originated at this location. After contacting management, both Miriam and Michael were able to provide great customer service. They listened to my concerns and took them seriously. The solution they provided was great. The district manager who oversees this area is extremely professional and will do right to keep the customer happy. read more

Went to T-Mobile to switch plans and get 2 new phones. The girl that helped us was super friendly! The environment was comfortable, and though I can't speak for the rest of the staff since we only interacted with the one girl, she was very knowledgeable. She quickly set up our phones, hassle free for us. Showed us screen protectors and cases, but didn't push it when we didn't buy everything in store, which I really appreciate. LIARS! Too LAZY to do a simple exchange! Called ahead of time to confirm phone was in stock, but when I showed up with an exchange...all of a sudden they were OUT. They repaired my 600.00 windows phone when others told me it could not be done...I will go back there in a New York second if I ever have any other issues. This place is the worst store ever. They are completely uninformed of certain situations going on, in this case the huge note 7 recall. I understand it's Samsung's mistake, but tmobile and this store is making it worse with their attitude when trying to get information on this recalled phone. They try to correct your verbage on what a "warranty" is even though customer care told me this is considered a warranty exchange, completely unnecessary!!! They make the experience even more frustrating, the way they address you over the phone as if they sit atop a mountain with their pink crowns. Screw this store and their stuck up attitudes. Even if you are nice, your bill always paid on time, you have several lines and phones through them, they still treat you like you are nothing. Terribly sad... read more

Kim was a big help today! Poor girl had to answer so many questions for me. I normally know exactly what I want when I get a new phone, but my current one just stopped working so I never got the chance to do my research. She knew so much about each phone! I was very impressed! She didn't try pushing me towards the most expensive phone either, which I really appreciate. She gave me room to explore each phone and did my transaction quickly once I decided. She was honest about which phones typically had certain problems! Phones are way over priced, btw! Holy hell..Every time I get a new phone they got up $200! At least it's a no interest payments plan and no down! Hurray for that. Been with tmobile for 12 years, and have always loved the customer service. However, I had so many issues with the s3, I do believe I should have gotten a courtesy discount at least on my new phone.
