Cici at Temecula mall store deserves a raise! She was awesome! I finally got my wife to switch from ATT to TMo, and Cici helped my wife get a new phone, port her number, and transfer all files and photos and numbers, all in under an hour. TMo service rocks, I am saving money vs ATT. We have gotten the runaround from ATT for years, I've had nothing but great service and help from TMo for over two years now, including when I traveled internationally. read more

I went into the store today. My phone was glitching and decided that I wanted to purchase a new one. We have been with tmobile for over a year. When we first bought our phones we had to pay a percentage and going in today I knew it was going to be the same since we had been late on a few bills. Well I go into the store, we told the rep, Javier, that we were needing a phone if possible today. Stated we wanted the Note 5 which in this store retails at about $780.. so he let us know they had the phone and stated that we would have to come out of pocket $680 for a new phone and would be paying $17 monthly... I asked how that was possible and he said that's what it is based on my account (which he had not even asked about to begin with) Well no. That was more than what I paid for BOTH my Note 4 and Note 3 last year in Aug when I first joined tmobile. I left the store and called customer service to see exactly what I would be paying and if all was true. ALL LIES. The customer service representative stated that I would be paying almost half of what he stated. Went to a different location and came out of pocket exactly what customer service stated on the phone. This is the second major issue I have had at this store. Needles to say I should have learned from the first time. read more

If I could give this particular store 0 stars I would. During the recall of the Note 7's late last year, we went in to change them out and we were offered a bunch of 'free' items at no charge i.e. a wireless charger, a Gear S2 watch. I knewwwww there was a catch but was assured over and over by Anica (her name was something along the line of that) that it was free if we switched to Tmobile One. Long story short we not pay a month installment on BOTH items and have a year left of paying them off. Don't let these people fool you. I can not wait to switch from Tmobile. Not worth any amount we 'save' on our bill. read more

What a joke ,,,new associate struggling to transfer 3 lines from AT&T ,,, 5 guys standing around watching football and when she ask for help give a quick point and walk away ,,, she transferred on line correctly and screwed up the other two , a month later got a $200 bill from AT&T and called to ask why and was told the two line were still active !!! I stop by the store 3 times and waited for half hour and manager was hiding in the back and would not come out ,,,, called the customer service somewhere overseas that did not know what to do !!! The reason I gave a 2 star is because I stop by the other location and the lady was great and listen but didn't do much any way ,,, T-Mobil customer service and limited coverage sucks ,,,, went to Verizon paying a bit more but get great service ,,,, T-Mobil costed me $500 expense with no service read more

My husband went two days ago to buy a no contract phone from them. they sold him a very basic phone ( with no Internet connections) for $75 although the same phone I found it in walmart website for $29. So the day after we went to return the phone and get our money back. they charged us $25 restocking fee although they did not mention that to my husband when he bought it and the receipt did not mention that too. when we said if we know ahead that will be restocking fee we would not buy it at the beginning they said it should be in your receipt but we did not print out the second page with included this information. LIARS! Bought a phone here last year, told 12 associate we were taking it to Europe for our children to go to school phone didn't work from day one got a second phone that one didn't work either T-Mobile in Europe said it's separate from T-Mobile USA so we've been paying on a phone line for over a year with no phone we come in the associate says yes we're eligible for a new phone guess what though their waste our time and no phone is a free supposedly on our account run from T-Mobile nothing but drama horrible service! Also the phone calls drop, nobody can hear you in our house it's horrible we get in and out of service. we've been customers with them for years time to move! read more

My boyfriend and I needed new phones and new plans, spent about an hour there and jackie(jacks) was awesome. She helped tremendously and we walked out of there beyond happy with her assistance. All of the staff at this tmobile are very upbeat and happy to help. read more

I have never been so frustrated! I walked in just as someone walked up to the last available associate which was fine so I waited. One of the associates was on the phone trying to help a customer and he hung up the phone and went into the back. As he came out from the back another customer came up to him for service and as she came up to him he made eye contact with me and decided to help her instead! I thought to myself "what the heck!" So another associate finished with another customer and asked if I was waiting and I said yes. The customer that had took my spot said she was sorry and didn't know I was waiting. And before I could say anything the associate that was helping her said "oh, it's ok." And accepted her apology that was directed towards me! It made me feel like I was a nobody and that I was invisible. Now I've had horrible customer service in the past but this tops it and I will not be going back! read more

Worst customer service ever. Went in to transfer contacts to my new phone and left 30 minutes later with nothing. First i asked if i could transfer them but the girl said no. It seems like she didnt want to do it. Then i asked why and she left and told me it will be a little bit. 20 minutes later i ask another person how long? He says 15 minutes. I ask to upload the other customer ahead of me or to do my phone. He turned Around and ignored me! All 5 customer service clerks were obviously too busy chatting about getting wasted that week to tell me and two other customers "someone will be with you in a moment" . I dont expect red carpet service but at least be polite and let me know how long i will wait with my baby waiting in the car. I then called the store to speak with the manager but I was told he had just stepped out. The call was never returned. read more

DO NOT USE TMOBILE!!! We got Tmobile in May so that we could call our boys internationally. Once we got out of the country, we were unable to call them for the entire trip. In June, Tmobile released my husbands phone number without our permission. I spent the next week, several hours every day, talking to probably over 50 different employees trying to get his number back. Long story short I finally got it back after six days and we went the very next day to switch to verizon. Now we received a bill for $100 from Tmobile. After spending the last hour being transferred around and finally speaking to a manager, I've been told there is nothing they can do. Even though we only had service for 5 days of the billing cycle, and even though those 5days were spent on the phone trying to fix the problem THEY caused. It is apparently in the terms and conditions that when you transfer your number they will charge you the whole month anyways. Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Tmobile!! read more

My husband and I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Everything was great...for a month. My phone fell in the toilet and the complete disinterest and lack of assistance from the sales associates in the store floored me. Takes forever to get one of these 20 year olds to quit chatting with each other or playing on their phones and actually help me. Put me on the phone with someone for 1/2 hr to file a claim when it turned out they could have done it in 1/2 the time online and got me taken care of. You would have thought they would have wanted to get me and my 2 melting down children out of there as fast as possible. No loaner phones available for days. No offer to take my contact info and call when one came in. A week and a half later, and not a clue when I might get my replacement phone. So much for replacement shipping next business day! T-Mobile has the worst customer service I have experienced from any cell phone carrier! read more
