So my Wife and I had to upgrade our phones with AT&T this week. The associate also gave us U-verse TV even though we really did not want it and put us on a auto pay program for U-verse even though we spacifically said "NO AUTO PAY PROGRAMS" BIG Mistake, we were told it was programmed to our local Spectrum service. "That was a LIE, A BOLD FACE LIE" We were given two boxes and only one of which worked, but not as promised. We were given directions how to set up but not how to use or program. Plus it needs a CAT5 cable and internet access to operatate (Poorly) "At least not as promised." We returned one box already the one that did not work and I am about ready to return the second one and sign up with Spectrum Cable TV again. For me U-verse TV is a "CRAP PRODUCT", I do not recommend purchasing this worthless AT&T product. Totally Disappointed in AT&T and the unethical, deceptive, misleading sales tactics use by AT&T associates to make a sale. Now I am being told by a different store that AT&T is abandoning U-verse TV So I went to upgrade my phone at AT&T. The unethical sales person also gave us two U-verse TV boxes (that we did not request) with no operators manual. I had to return one box because it did not work without a CAT5 cable. Deceptive, misleading sales practice Now I can not get anyone to answer my questions on how to use the U-verse product. Both telephone numbrs I was given as back up do not work or get no call help. The alternate AT&T store in Temecula says that AT&T are no longer supporting the U-verse product. So, what do I do now withno AT&T support?

It had a cracked screen and the "2" zoom camera is busted. I feel like although this is the case, the 11 is a lot better than my iPhone 8 which I have had since 2015. I tried to reset the phone back to its factory settings, but it was frustrating that I got phantom typing and many frustrating glitches. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. Provided the service as expected. I will certainly come back to JI again for all my mobile repairs.

My husband, mom and I came to Verizon in November to see about upgrading a phone on our family…read moreplan. We had Leo as an associate and we all found him to be really helpful and knowledgeable. He offered ideas and solutions that seemed to give us the best deal and service for our needs. We ended up also switching our internet provider completely from Spectrum to Verizon, which we hadn't planned on. Instead of having to do a trade in, Leo suggested we add a 4th line on our plan, which wouldn't cost extra, and this would allow us a promotional offer that would save us money in the long run - great! We came back in January because our December bill was unexpectedly much higher than we anticipated (+$120 higher). Leo was our associate again, and we were so relieved that he resolved our issue completely. While the issue was frustrating, he seemed genuinely concerned for us & he was thorough in pursuing a solution to credit our account the $120. He assured us that what he had set us up with in November was correct, and that he would correct the errors to reflect that. He did just that, and we left feeling confident. He definitely understood our needs, he never felt gimmicky or salesy, and even though we came in with an issue, we were really happy with the way he resolved it. So, we really appreciate Leo & are happy to keep working with him!

I clearly told the staff that I was leaving the country for almost two weeks and planned to officially upgrade when I returned. Despite that, I was repeatedly encouraged to place the order that day. I specifically asked if there would be any issues holding the phone while I was out of the country, and I was reassured multiple times that it would not be a problem and that notes would be made on my account. While I was on vacation, I received repeated calls and texts from the store asking me to pick up the phone, despite having already explained, more than once, that I was out of the country. This was frustrating and unnecessary, especially while traveling internationally. When I returned, the store initially could not locate my phone, though they eventually found it. They stated they don't hold phones for more than 4 days. I also returned my old phone to this location for the trade-in credit, but it has now been two months and the credit has still not appeared on my bill. For comparison, my boyfriend traded in his phone at a different Verizon location and received his credit without issue. In addition to the service issues, there was highly unprofessional behavior during both visits. Two employees repeatedly scratched and adjusted their groin area while interacting with customers. One employee in particular placed his hand inside his pants multiple times in plain view, which was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness in a professional retail environment. He was also very fidgety. That same employee was also openly rude and condescending while speaking to customer support on the phone, behaving as though others were incompetent. At this point, I will be contacting Verizon directly or going to a different location to resolve the trade-in issue. I will not be returning to this store.

I paid $300 to have my iPhone screen replaced, and the experience has been extremely disappointing…read more Within hours of the repair, the screen began lifting. I brought it back, and while they corrected it at no charge, that already raised concerns about the quality of the initial installation. About five weeks later, while simply holding my phone with no drops, no impact, and no water exposure, vertical lines suddenly appeared on the screen. At first they were intermittent, but by the next day multiple lines appeared and became permanent. When I brought the phone back, the technician began pressing down on the screen, which immediately made the issue significantly worse. The display became covered in lines right in front of me, and I have photo evidence of this. Despite this, I was told I would have to pay for another repair. They claimed it was due to physical or water damage, which is completely inaccurate. The phone was not dropped or exposed to water at any point. These issues began under normal use and escalated while the device was in their hands. The owner was also extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted that this type of issue can only happen from physical damage, which is simply not true. The screen showed clear vertical line failure and became significantly worse when their technician applied pressure to it in-store. Instead of acknowledging a likely defective part or installation issue, they made blanket claims that do not align with how these displays actually fail. A screen should not fail like this after just five weeks, especially following an already flawed repair. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to honor their warranty and blamed the situation on "damage" that never occurred, even after making the problem worse themselves. If this issue is not resolved appropriately, I am prepared to escalate this further through a formal dispute, including a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. I would strongly caution others against using this business. A one year warranty means nothing if it is dismissed the moment you try to use it.
