Beware of this and read every word of your contract. I went in to The store to add another phone line to my account. The associate offered me an iPad, telling me it was FREE OF CHARGE with the promo they were running. She said the only fee I would be charged was $10 a month for the added line.I received my bill & found out she charge me $630 for the iPad and put me on a financing plan!!?!?! When I realized this, I not only walked in, but also called the store several times. Every time they told me a manager wasn't in & they would have to call me back. I would leave my number & never heard a word. Verizon corporate told me that this is a satellite store, so their hands are tied and it is up to Go Wireless to make this right. I was told that I made the mistake of trusting the employee and not reading the 2 page fine print contract before signing. ****UPDATE to response below***I have called the number below several times and they are unwilling to make this right. read more

I have had 3 separate occasions to use this Go Wireless (Verizon) store in the last 6 months. In all occasions I was asking for help and advice and was coming from other carriers that, from a customer service perspective were rude and totally unacceptable (one is AT&T at the Promanade Mall in Temecula). Without exception, Kevin, Nicole, Kimmy and Sal are all extraordinary in job knowledge, customer service and respect of their customers. I have seen them all go considerably beyond what would be customary to help customers on issues beyond their responsibility. This location performs far and away in a league of their own in a business that is so dependent on customer service....All the others pale in comparison... it is worth considering changing your carrier to be treated with that kind of customer respect! read more

BEWARE! I went into this Verizon Authorized Retailer to make a payment on Saturday 3-4-2017. Alfredo C. is the Store Manager that handled my transaction. After the payment he tried hard to up sale me. I declined, thanked him for letting me know my options and left. Guess what? On Sunday 3-5-2017 I received 4 emails Thanks for joining Verizon Cloud. I ignored them. Then today, 3-7-2017 I received an email Account Change Notification Available. I logged into the account finding feature additions to 3 different devices. All had Mobile or Android Protection feature added as of 3-4-2017. WHAT????? I never authorized anyone to add insurance onto these devices. I immediately contacted Verizon and they removed the insurance, apologized for what happened and even gave me a 20.00 credit to offset any charges I would be receiving for those 3 days. Then I started to think, wait what about the Verizon Cloud emails I had received. I called Verizon back and that too was added to 4 of my devices on 3-4-2017. They removed that as well. Management at Verizon submitted a ticket to Go Wireless Management as well as I called Go Wireless to submit a complaint against Alfredo C at this GoWireless location. I returned to this GoWireless location today to confront Alfredo C. He never denied that he added features onto my account without my authorization. Pay attention to your emails and verify your bills after visiting this location. I'm older and disabled so maybe Alfredo C. thought I was an easy target. read more

Its been 10 days and now no one knows where my case is for my phone. It was sent to the wrong address they had on file when I told them to update while I was standing there. I upgraded all 3 of my lines to the Motorola Turbo. Jorge was our sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When there was something he did not know, he immediately asked one of his colleagues versus guessing. During the purchase and activation process, especially since we were doing 3 phones at once, James and Demarcus jumped in to help when and where possible. We had great customer service. One recommendation I have for the store is to have more phones available and charged up to evaluate. I was disappointed I could not do the comparison I would have liked to, especially with the HTC M9. I like the fact the store has added 2 more customer service kiosks to better handle more customers at a time. read more

I went into the Verizon GoWireless store, after going to Sprint and T-mobile, this place was so refreshing! The service delivery from Sean Griffin was OUTSTANDING! He was extremely informative, and was quick to tell us about ,any and all, promotions available. Sean was an honest representative who cared about the quality of customer service. Verizon, in-itself, is the BEST wireless service I have ever had; I never experience dropped calls, slow service or difficulty connecting to the network, as I did with Sprint. The service was pretty good. The assistant manager helped us and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. We decided to get three new phones and put one of the ones we already had onto the plan. All good except it took like 6 hours. We went home and came back 3 times. It should only be another hour, went down there to find he was still messing with the crossover. He was supposed to transfer the old phone info to my husbands new phone and erase the existing data after he downloaded the pictures and contacts onto the sd card... he didn't download the pictures and lost them all. When we got the bill, it seemed to be a little higher that we originally should have been and missed some of the extras he said we were supposed to have. They were out of phone cases to fit one of the new phones and had to order that. Thank goodness it was a Sunday and there weren't many customers that day. ugh read more

Don't go here. They will nickel and dime you for everything. We were charged $20 for the SIM card that was included for the phone. Verizon Wireless and other vendors thought this was an odd practice. Go to Verizon Wireless, much better deal for the same upgrades. And more importantly, they're upfront and will not try to charge you for items that are already in your phone. read more

-BEWARE!!!- THIS IS NOT A VERIZON SATELLITE STORE, THEY ARE A 3rd PARTY VENDOR!!!! Verizon Wireless does not assist you with any issues with purchases from this store after a mere 14 days!!! It is an independent cellular store that just sells Verizon Products, not an actual Verizon Wireless ran site!! They will manipulate the sales pitch and make you feel like you are getting credited some amazing rebates or discounts, and you'll think you are not financing your device purchase into your contract (EDGE plan) but you actually are getting into a long term contract to pay off a FULL MSRP VALUED DEVICE with no upgrade price reduction. Then they will convince or trick you to spend any credit you do have toward the sale (i.e any trade in device you might have) on accessories and items you really don't need. So after it all none of your credit will go towards the price of the device you intended to buy. Then to top it all off they slap a 79.99 GoAdvantage -PREMIUM line item on your invoice, which essentially gives you nothing. Google it for yourself. You'll find dozens of customers complaining. I highly recommend that you do not buy any of your Verizon Products at any GoWireless location. If you don't think my review is valid, research it for yourself beyond Yelp. Good luck. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I have two lines with Verizon and the other person on my line didn't want to pay a monthly phone payment. After speaking on the phone with Verizon Customer Service, he was advised to go to his local Verizon store and return his Samsung Galaxy so that they could refund him the difference. He took the advice and returned the phone to this location and after a few months, we realized that he was still making monthly phone payments! We looked into it and it turned out, the employee that helped him out with returning his phone back to corporation DIDN'T FILE THE PHONE, DIDN'T RETURN THE PHONE, THERE WAS NO TRACE OF THE PHONE. This employee no longer works at the Verizon GoWireless store. The store owes me $398 for the difference of the phone. 4 months later, I have contacted Lewis (the head manager) more than a handful of times, called the store 2-5 times a week, left several messages, and Lewis still has not figured out this issue for me. They told me they would credit me the $398 4 MONTHS AGO but still until this day, I am continuing to call them to get this handled. They are ignoring my calls and not taking care of this issue. I'm pretty sure that employee stole the Samsung Galaxy because there is no trace of the phone anywhere in the "Verizon world" but the managers at this store have still failed to solve this issue. AWFUL SERVICE! And very dishonest people. After this matter is taken care of, I am leaving Verizon because of this specific reason. I can no longer trust their customer service and they clearly don't give the "quality" service they promise to their customers. read more

The name of their game is how far can they go to rip a customer off. I came and tried buying an iPhone 6 and they didn't have any so they put one on order for me. This was the 26th of December and I still haven't received my phone! They have had to re-order it 3 times! I don't get, their job isn't hard! The managers keep coming up with some BS excuse every time. I bought my husbands phone on the same day, of course, they tried selling me some crappy droid phone, I had to tell them No like 20 times. I told them NO insurance, then I see I was charged for insurance on my bill. LOL. It's not Verizon, its GoWireless. This company is lead by greedy salesman in disguise as "so called managers."They are worse than the employees. They will do anything to make their profits, and the more of a douche bag you can be, the more this company can praise you. You must watch and see everything they are doing and especially their heinous "ready 2 go" fee. Its an extra 20.00 charge just for "helping" you. Then, they will try pitching you some customer loyalty program called, "Go Advantage." This is a huge rip-off and unnecessary. Keep going. Do NOT stop at this store ! Terrible experience. They called my wife to come in for her upgrade. Its the end of the month special we throw in a free tablet and this is free and that at no cost if you due it today. When she came home and we read the paperwork. WRONG. They charged for everything. So we want to bring the extra "free" junk back and keep the new phone. They have a huge attitude and want to charge restocking fees. The Manager Christine has skipped all Managing classes Verizon offers. The Sales guy even had the Balls to call my wife on her cell phone to argue with her again.
