I tried to reset the phone back to its factory settings, but it was frustrating that I got phantom typing and many frustrating glitches. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. Provided the service as expected. I will certainly come back to JI again for all my mobile repairs.

When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. I spoke to Verizon over the phone and they told me to come into the store, where the person here can help me and when we were done they would take the unit and ship it back in the pre-stamped FedEx box. When I explained what I was here for, the salesman seemed disappointed that I wasn't there to buy things.. I'm assuming they work on commission. And just completely gave off the attitude that they had no interest in doing anything. So they walked to the back to go ask their manager and of course the manager had no interest coming out front. When the sales been walked back out to talk to me. He told me I just have to ship the box back and there really wasn't anything else they can do. Not a huge issue with shipping the box back through FedEx, but just the whole vibe with feeling like if they are not making sales then they don't want to help Was really off-putting. Few people in front of me when I arrived but was still pretty fast. The staff was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. I was in and out in about 20 minutes including the wait time. They had what I wanted in stock and I was able to get it setup quickly. I've had Verizon about 20 years because the service level has always been high. I just wish they'd have a more competitive price on services. I drop my phone quite a lot but only had to replace it twice in 4 months so the glass screen protector is pretty legit and durable. I've never had any issues with them at this location, they have always treated us kindly and with respect. The place was poppin' at 7:30pm like it was hosting a Wednesday night rave for phone plans. Four employees were tag-teaming a small crowd like customer service ninjas. Mary Ann greeted us w the grace of a maitre d', politely asking us to have a seat while we waited. Thankfully, the wait was shorter than the line at Starbucks during Pumpkin Spice season. Once we got helped, it was all smooth sailing.... quick, friendly, efficient!! We were in, out, and questioning why every errand couldn't go this smoothly. Side note: The parking lot? It's what you normally would call a hot mess!! Think musical chairs but w SUVs and mild road rage. Good luck out there folks!!
