    Person who turned me away

    Made an appointment to come in to upgrade my current phone. Even called Spectrum ahead of time to made sure they had my phone available. Spectrum customer service said they had my phone and that the earliest available appointment was 7pm and they booked it for me. I drove an hour to this location, closest to my home. Got to the location at 7pm for my appointment. Told them why I was there. They grabbed my current phone and said that it would take an hour for it to allow a trade in. I said okay. They said we can't do it so you have to come back tomorrow. I told them I couldn't, that I made an appointment with Spectrum customer service, backed up my phone to the iCloud as I I was instructed to do and my phone was ready to be traded in. They said my phone needed an hour to unlock and they would be closed. I asked if they could wait three extra minutes for me to give me my new phone. They said no. I asked for a manager they said no manager was available. They said they couldn't do anything for me and to come back another day. Well now they've officially lost a Spectrum customer. Do NOT choose Spectrum and do NOT go to this location if you already have Spectrum! These are the guys that turned me away. Bye Spectrum!!!

    Horrible, if you plan to go here expect at least a 2 hour wait. The place is understaffed and employees just don't care

Please refrain from this company Martin doesn't care about good service just your money for horrid internet that can't even load tv. EDIT: The passive aggressive response from Martin is just the cherry on top. To reply to your sarcasm, not that you deserve it of course we contacted the "facility" and it's just the internet you provide is garbage. Us and our other family members are already changing Internet providers. We have EVERY right to post a review. We don't need you to contact us anymore. It was a terrible experience both through you and through the service provided.
