There was a line of customers in front of the building waiting for their appointments and to schedule ones. Mr. Zendejas let the customers with already scheduled appointments in and started selecting randomly (instead of in the chronological order) the remaining people to let them in. After hearing a comment from the waiting people regarding his unfair selection system Mr. Zendejas ordered to "shut up". After a relatively a long time my wife and I were let in and immediately asked to empty pockets by laying all items and my wife's purse on a small table for the security control. My wife had a cigarette lighter in her purse and was asked to take it back to the car. She momentarily went to the car and I was asked to step out to the front of the building. Before I did it I took my wallet from a table where all our items were located. Seeing this Mr. Zendejas asked me and my wife (who just came back from the car) to "get hell out" of the building and he promised we won't be allowed to schedule the appointment on the same day. He also added "we had an illegal item anyway. We went to the car and left. This kind of behavior is exceptionally rude and should not be to tolerated in any circumstance especially while representing a reputable public agency.

For my first home, the actual owner showed up for my installation. This guy was amazing! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art!
