It had been making strange rattling noises and randomly stopping mid-opening or mid-closing for the past week or two. I called yesterday and asked for someone to come by this afternoon to check it out for me. Palani, my technician today, called me at 11:20 saying he was in the area. I let him know that I wouldn't be home until after 1 and he said no problem he'll stop by later. Palani called and came by about 2:00. He was knowledgeable and thorough in assessing the issues, explaining them to me, and then tuning everything up so that the gate would run smoothly again. Thanks, Palani! Automatic Gate Services is professional, reliable, and efficient! You can trust them with all your automatic gate needs! Highly recommended!

The following is a SCAM / FRAUD that has transpired. When you call Spectrum cable Co. in the Los…read moreAngeles area for technical support, previously known as Time Warner Cable Co., a group of associates with Indian accents answer the phone. This team is assigned to sell you ADT security systems. So they told me Spectrum and ADT has a premotion package for $99.99 per month, which will ensure a lower monthly payment, faster internet speed, and resolve all issues. This is SCAM as I have verified with ADT and the Spectrum Cable Co. ADT & Spectrum has confirmed that there is NO such program. There is a 3rd party company that is named "SafeStreets" that will install the ADT system. This company "SafeStreets and another one named "ON Point" creates and organizes all these SCAMS. Upon my discovery, I was able to cancel the ADT service. ADT said that I have to cancel the service w/ SafeStreets, which they have not cooperated to cancel the service unless they receive a $933.33 penalty fee. And I am thinking to myself, "What contract? I did not sign any documents?" They scammed me by not disclosing all the information. SafeStreets did not introduce themselves until the day after they came for installation. ADT company did not disclose that the company named SafeStreets will install the system and you have to sign their contract, which I did not. SafeStreets did not say you have only 3 days to cancel but yet ADT allows 30 days to cancel. Terms and conditions of both companies should be the same as ADT, if it is not a scam. The technical service person/seller used the ADT & Spectrum name that are familiar and well-known companies to meet his own goal to scam me and others. I have called ADT/SafeStreets to collect their equipment or provide me an address to mail the equipment but no success. Both companies refuse to assist and continue to passing to calls to each other.

(See pictures) In response to your comments David...... David I have never bullied anybody to get my way, I told you before you left my house, before I paid your $845; I was completely dissatisfied with your company and you failed to complete your verbal contract with me. I told you that you failed to complete the job as promised and I would post my poor experience with your company online and make complaints with the BBB and State Contractor's Board. These are my rights as a consumer. I am a man of my word, always! (Even when I could have withheld final payment or contested the charge with my credit card company, I didn't) I never shared with you or Jose that I was in Law Enforcement, nor used that to imply any authority or bullying. That allegation is dishonest. I invited you into my home, with my wife and kids, and yes I have law enforcement related items. Jose, your employee, and I had a conversation in my garage without you present where he stated if I paid $845 to check the leak and charge the system that the problem would be fixed. If he was honest, he would tell you the truth. If he would have told me, like you wrote in your formal statement to the BBB, that the $845 was "to continue the diagnosis and not to repair the system" like you claim, I would have paid the $99 house call fee, thanked Jose for his time and got a second opinion. My gut tells me you know the truth. It is a mark of poor integrity to fail to take personal responsibility for your employees' statements and point the finger at another company. You have also made statements as if you were part of the conversation, but you were not. I know you have not been in business long, but I hope you learn from this mistake and your employees give your customers accurate and realistic expectations in the future. I have a feeling if you were the one who arrived for the service call, we would not have this issue. I have worked with 100's of contractors in my life. Almost all contractors I have worked with on my Yelp page have received 5 star reviews because of setting clear expectations with agreed upon price and quality work. I have never before felt the need to file a complaint or initiate litigation, you are the first.

Let me start by saying I don't usually write negative reviews, especially about small businesses. I…read moregenuinely believe in supporting local companies, and I understand that real estate transactions can be stressful for everyone involved. However, our experience with Menifee Valley Escrow was extremely disappointing and unfortunately could not go unaddressed. In the beginning, Laurie and Janet were pleasant, attentive, and appeared helpful. Communication felt smooth at first. Unfortunately, that changed once we approached the closing stage and began asking for clarity and specifics about the process. Menifee Valley Escrow had all required documents in their possession for approximately two weeks prior to closing, yet our paperwork was not completed in time. What was most concerning was learning -- after repeated follow-ups -- that the deed had been rejected. Laurie was aware of this but did not communicate it to us. Instead, we were told, "There is nothing wrong with the paperwork and I'm 99% sure you guys will have the house today." That statement ultimately proved to be inaccurate. We were also told we would receive an email outlining the plan and what to expect next. That email never came. After countless phone calls from both us and our realtor, we continued to receive vague responses and were told Laurie would return our call to clarify everything. When she did call back -- two hours later -- we were informed that the deed had in fact been rejected and that they had arrived 10 minutes late to the title office, meaning closing would not happen that day. When we expressed our frustration about the conflicting information we had been given throughout the day, Laurie denied misleading us and ultimately ended the call abruptly stating "I'm sorry you're not greatful for everything we've done for you." Fast forward to the next day. Laurie informed our realtor that the deed would be recorded with our names at 8:00 a.m. Based on that clear representation, we scheduled our movers accordingly. Unfortunately, the deed was not recorded at 8:00 a.m., and we were left with movers at the property and no legal authorization to proceed. When we attempted to follow up -- after numerous calls simply seeking clarity and updates -- we were met with noticeable frustration and annoyance rather than professionalism or accountability. It is entirely reasonable for clients to request timely communication when thousands of dollars and a home closing are involved. This experience was deeply disappointing. Clear timelines and accurate communication are critical in escrow, and in this case, both were severely lacking. Buying a home is one of the most significant and emotional financial transactions a person can make. Clear, transparent, and proactive communication is essential -- especially during closing. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism and accountability was not our experience here. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. At the very least, future clients deserve timely updates and honest communication during such an important milestone. Very disappointed.
