The individual who lived there has an excellent credit rating and consider the age of the home, it was well maintained. They did not give a reason for not renewing her lease. Which they are suppose to. Imagine finding out that this management company does not know how section 8 works and the laws that protect individuals from such actions from managment companies. Imagine ousting a senior citizen who is disabled, a section 8 recipient and just wanted a place to live peacefully no reason given.... Horrible company, horrible business morals and ethics.
