We used them before, but won't again. Called for a burning smell from a light switch which had us worried for safety-- Brian replaced it but didn't fix the issue. Smell continued. Instead of trying to troubleshoot when followed up, he kept deflecting and saying it wasn't something he caused (irrelevant -- that's why we called). Offered to come back but would charge again with no guarantee of fixing it. Dismissive and didn't actually solve the problem. Not reliable and wouldn't recommend. read more

RB Electrical charged me for services not rendered. I hired them to hang a chandelier and fan. They hung the fan but could not hang the chandelier because it was the wrong size. The total cost for both would have been 415.00. Since the electrician was here we had him move a tv to a different wall mount which took 10 minutes and he only took 15.00 off. He charged me 145.00 for the fan and 255.00 to move the TV. I will never do business with them again. Which is sad because since I moved in to my new home I have hired them to hang 8 fans, 2 pendant lights, and 5 tv mounts. read more
