Stephanie was made aware of the situation and did everything she could to get me outfitted with a new helmet, Cardo system, and jacket. She helped me stay within budget for this unexpected expense that I had to address. My day dramatically improved because of the compassion and care that she showed me, given the less than ideal situation. She's also extremely knowledgable in all of the store's products which was very helpful in deciding on the new gear. He is also a fantastic communicator; very patient, and knowledgeable. The initial quote they gave me was highly competitive and much fairer than what the dealership wanted to charge. The mechanical work itself was done correctly, and the car drives great now. I would not bring my car to dealerships where they may overcharge for similar service, especially if you're a woman & don't know much about auto parts. He also offers free delivery for fuel pumps & batteries in OC areas. And this guy can speak fluent Spanish! I would definitely recommend his store & service to all my friends.
