I highly recommend this motorcycle shop! Their thorough inspections and excellent communication set them apart. They take the time to explain any issues, ensuring you're well-informed about your bike's condition. Top-notch service!

We have been coming here for years. There is no one else we trust with our bikes. Hubby rides a sport bike I ride a cruiser, no matter what you ride, they got you covered! Jeremiah is honest, reliable and knows his stuff. We highly recommend Bills Motorcycle Shop!

Took my raptor for a valve adjustment. They did a good job. It runs great at a fair price and was done when they said it would be. I will go back next time I need work on my ATVS.

Bill took advantage of me. I pulled up with my spare bike, an 04 R1 in the back of my truck. I mentioned it hasn't ran in 2 years and won't start. I knew it needed the fuel pump and injectors cleaned and probably a new battery. Bill said "wait don't unload that unless you're capable of spending 1,500 worst case to get started" I said ok let me know, I would just like it started and looked over since it took a spill. He mentioned when the bike sits without being ran for too long it might need a new fuel pump among other things that aren't cheap, I said ok. I also mentioned this is a spare bike and I'm in no hurry, I could see he had other bikes and projects going on in his shop. This was the entire gist of the conversation. I dropped it off Tuesday right before he closed shop, he calls me Wednesday morning at 12:40, (keep in mind he opens at 9am) so maybe 3.5hrs of labor... Bill says bikes all done, and the price is 1,277.38. I was shocked at the price, and thrown off that he didn't call me after initial inspection for a price quote like every other shop does before he did all the work. I said that sounds like a lot can you go over with me what you did. He became defensive, angry and mentioned well to clean the gas pump and injectors and flush your tank was 425, he talked about topping off fluids and bleeding breaks, got even more up set and said "well you said you were willing to drop 1500 I saved you 200... he ended up hanging up the phone on me in the middle of a conversation, he was this up set claiming "I don't need this bull shit" so I took this time to call the Yamaha dealer and a third opinion on just what it would cost to get the fuel pump cleaned and injectors with a flush of The tank. Dealer quoted me $200, the 3rd opinion quoted me $150. Bill charged me $425. I called him back and mentioned my new findings. He became more defensive and angry, he said I need to pay him cash only, by three days or he will charge me a stocking fee of $35 dollars a day until it's picked up. Bill also took it upon himself to do a full tune up at his cost. In closing. *He charged more then double of the dealer. *Did not do a proper inspection then give me a proper quote before work or service. *Horrible customer service, he became angry, raised his voice, and hung up on me. *aside from other projects he was working on he jumped on my bike first although I said I was not in a hurry. I felt like I was looked at as a dollar sign. *Cash only, makes you wonder... *Threaten me to pick up my bike or he will charge me a $35 stocking fee per day. *For $425 he only cleaned the fuel pump and did not guarantee it's operability written in my receipt. *I attached a copy of the bill so you can get a gist of his prices and his $1,000 in labor in no more then 3.5hyrs

Amazing service from Brain!! Just moved here recently from the east coast, and Brain made me feel…read morevery welcomed, was very transparent about everything, quickly troubleshooted a tire pressure icon I had on my dash, and made the whole process very easy to understand and easy. Boyfriend's family recommended me to here, and I can see why. Haha. Will always come here for tires, and thank you so much for your 5 star service, Brain! He was very knowledgeable, made the process extremely easy and quick, and amazing overall. As someone who doesn't know too much about wheel mechanics and tires, Brain made everything really simple, easy to understand, and was transparent about everyone. Fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place for any tire, pressure sensor, and wheel needs. Thank you so much again! Adding this also, but would definitely recommend them for any teens or young adults also learning about how tires work and all that stuff. Brain was able to provide really good recommendations and explain which tires are really good for my car and the local terrain (because Florida has very different terrain compared to here). Excellent value / price for the tires too. They'll price match, and that helps a lot.

My daughter had two new tires installed two weeks ago. She was working late in Temecula and came…read moreout at 11 PM to a tire that was flat. She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.
