I highly recommend this motorcycle shop! Their thorough inspections and excellent communication set them apart. They take the time to explain any issues, ensuring you're well-informed about your bike's condition. Top-notch service!

We have been coming here for years. There is no one else we trust with our bikes. Hubby rides a sport bike I ride a cruiser, no matter what you ride, they got you covered! Jeremiah is honest, reliable and knows his stuff. We highly recommend Bills Motorcycle Shop!

Took my raptor for a valve adjustment. They did a good job. It runs great at a fair price and was done when they said it would be. I will go back next time I need work on my ATVS.

Bill took advantage of me. I pulled up with my spare bike, an 04 R1 in the back of my truck. I mentioned it hasn't ran in 2 years and won't start. I knew it needed the fuel pump and injectors cleaned and probably a new battery. Bill said "wait don't unload that unless you're capable of spending 1,500 worst case to get started" I said ok let me know, I would just like it started and looked over since it took a spill. He mentioned when the bike sits without being ran for too long it might need a new fuel pump among other things that aren't cheap, I said ok. I also mentioned this is a spare bike and I'm in no hurry, I could see he had other bikes and projects going on in his shop. This was the entire gist of the conversation. I dropped it off Tuesday right before he closed shop, he calls me Wednesday morning at 12:40, (keep in mind he opens at 9am) so maybe 3.5hrs of labor... Bill says bikes all done, and the price is 1,277.38. I was shocked at the price, and thrown off that he didn't call me after initial inspection for a price quote like every other shop does before he did all the work. I said that sounds like a lot can you go over with me what you did. He became defensive, angry and mentioned well to clean the gas pump and injectors and flush your tank was 425, he talked about topping off fluids and bleeding breaks, got even more up set and said "well you said you were willing to drop 1500 I saved you 200... he ended up hanging up the phone on me in the middle of a conversation, he was this up set claiming "I don't need this bull shit" so I took this time to call the Yamaha dealer and a third opinion on just what it would cost to get the fuel pump cleaned and injectors with a flush of The tank. Dealer quoted me $200, the 3rd opinion quoted me $150. Bill charged me $425. I called him back and mentioned my new findings. He became more defensive and angry, he said I need to pay him cash only, by three days or he will charge me a stocking fee of $35 dollars a day until it's picked up. Bill also took it upon himself to do a full tune up at his cost. In closing. *He charged more then double of the dealer. *Did not do a proper inspection then give me a proper quote before work or service. *Horrible customer service, he became angry, raised his voice, and hung up on me. *aside from other projects he was working on he jumped on my bike first although I said I was not in a hurry. I felt like I was looked at as a dollar sign. *Cash only, makes you wonder... *Threaten me to pick up my bike or he will charge me a $35 stocking fee per day. *For $425 he only cleaned the fuel pump and did not guarantee it's operability written in my receipt. *I attached a copy of the bill so you can get a gist of his prices and his $1,000 in labor in no more then 3.5hyrs

The machine looks incredible, runs flawlessly, and honestly feels better than when we dropped it off. These guys don't just work on vehicles--they take pride in what they do. From start to finish, the communication was solid, the work was top-tier, and the attention to detail was obvious the moment we saw it. You can tell they actually care about their customers and their builds. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just quality work done right. If you're looking for a shop you can trust--whether it's maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or performance work--Triumph Motorsports is the place. Professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. We'll absolutely be back, and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Five stars isn't enough.

But when it comes to pride of workmanship, product quality, and communication, it really falls short. Triumph had our car for about three weeks. From the start, we clearly outlined what we wanted and even added light bars, whips, and a few other accessories. My husband stayed in regular contact throughout the build, but often wouldn't get a reply for a day or two. A simple text takes seconds -- so the lack of communication was frustrating. We were told several different completion dates, each time pushed back with little to no notice. Delays happen, and that's understandable -- but only if they're communicated. Then, by week three, we were told one of the accessories hadn't arrived. Fine, except it made it seem like it was ordered last minute, even though it had been discussed from day one. Again, just be upfront and communicate. When we finally got the car back, the entire driver-side roof was banged up. Some areas of the roof don't sit flush on the cage, and the powder coating is scratched. For the price charged, I'd expect much better attention to detail. If I owned a shop, I wouldn't send something out looking like that. Overall, I'm super disappointed in the experience. While the cage design, wiring, and mounts look great, the lack of pride in finishing and poor communication leave a bad impression. Not sure I'd return for future work.

Put you off for months after they have your money. The daughter is something else. She will go on her dads messenger and send you messages. You think you are talking to Randy but its the daughter. You never know who you are talking to unless you are one the phone. The doors fit like crap had to send them back. They promised to come bring me another door and never came through. I spent 2 days trying to get the door to align but I couldn't. Even had a friend come over to help and it just wasn't working. So I said enough is enough and sent the doors back and had to file a claim with my credit card company cause they refused to refund me my money. Credit card company took care of that and I was awarded my money back. Oh so when we went to go pick up the doors they had to put them together for us while we waited. The daughter had the nerve to tell me they test fit every single door before it goes out. That is just straight bullshit lies. We were there when they put them together and I need saw it go on a car. Plus what company does that. Build it right and there will be no need to test fit. The fitment on the doors is crap. The bottom frame of the door is so close to the frame that it rubs when you get it adjusted right. Luckily I took mine off quick. My friend he kept his on cause he said they were ok. But now he regrets putting them crappy doors on. They rubbed on his frame cause it to wear away the powder coating. There is no need to have the door framing that close. What else is there. Im just rambling and typing stuff as it comes to mind. Oh I had bought a cage and when we went down to pick the up I saw a x3 with a clear roof on top. I really liked it. He said I could switch it out if I wanted to. So after a week I ask him if I can take him up on his offer. He said yes. So I told him we also wanted 2 sets of doors. So when we go down there to pick up the doors he showed me my cage being ready for powder coat. He said it would be done Wednesday and that he promised that they would meet me half way and we would switch cages. Well a week goes by no answer about my cage that I was supposed to have 2 days after I picked up my doors. Well another week goes by and NO Randy. So 2 weeks later they call and say they will switch it out and not charge me. I told them I am done with your company and all the lies. I gave them plenty of chances to make it right and they failed to do that. I already put the other cage on and didn't want anything to do with them anymore. The daughter needs to grow up and act like a business person. I make a comment of Facebook about their products and she goes and puts a laughing face reply. Why would you do that. So now I will work on my photo album to show everyone what they might get if they buy one of their products and the lip service they will get. Here is some rust on their cage. They didn't even powder coat this section. It will be sanded and fixed but this is what you can look forward to. Buyer beware company for sure. You can also read their Facebook comments. Im not the only one that has experienced this type of issue. Im tired of seeing everyone get burnt by these companies. We need to know who does bad business. They are taking the money that the average person works real hard for and taking it and we get shit and shit service in return.
