I came into this class thinking I knew it all and Jay and Ian quickly showed me that I did not. They taught me skills that I didn't even know I needed and we were very informative on why these different skills are important. Both Jay and Ian are great instructors with their own teaching styles that make the course fun and easy to follow along well keeping it safe for everyone. The bike they provide are in excellent condition and are perfect for riders of all skill levels. Brian is very friendly and was very helpful on getting me setup for the class. He got me all the information I needed to get started and responded quickly when I had a question. Yesterday I stopped by Riverside Harley-Davidson, and at first everything seemed great. We were in the negotiation stage, going back and forth, and after sitting there for over two hours, they finally brought in a manager named Peter Palmer. Unfortunately, that's when the experience went downhill. I completely understand when a dealership reaches its limit and says, "This is the best we can do." I respect honesty and transparency. However, throughout the process, I was never clearly told what they were selling the bike for or what financing rates were available. I repeatedly stated that I have excellent credit and even told them that if they thought I was being dishonest, they could simply verify it and back out of the deal if necessary. When Peter came to the table, he said, "This is not adding up," and then proceeded to laugh in my face. I immediately told him that we should keep the conversation professional. If we couldn't make a deal, I was perfectly fine walking away. At that point, I left and went home. Later, I texted the salesman, Rutendo, who was as helpful as he could be throughout the process. I told him the maximum number I was willing to agree to. He called me back and said that Peter, the finance manager, believed we had a deal and that all they needed to do was run my credit. I agreed and completed the credit application online. Afterward, I received a call from Kehler, and suddenly the agreement we had discussed changed. I was told this new offer was the best they could do. I explained that this was exactly why I was hesitant to run my credit in the first place. It felt like they assumed that once my credit was pulled, I would feel obligated to buy the bike. That's simply not how it works. The professionalism displayed by Peter was beyond disappointing. Had he simply explained from the beginning what rates were available for top-tier credit, what the actual selling price of the bike was, and what their final offer would be, I would have respected that. Instead, it felt like an attempt to pressure me into a deal that was never actually agreed upon. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Now I understand why their review scores are so low. Very disappointing from a dealership that claims to be "straight shooters." My experience was the complete opposite. read more

The manager specials on their website looked too good to be true, and they were. I reached out to the sales team about two bikes listed on special. One of the salespeople kept contacting me and repeatedly said, "My system shows the bikes are available." Even after I asked them to verify whether the bikes were actually on the lot, the only answer I got was basically, "Well, the system says they are." I also asked for the out the door price with all taxes, fees, and dealer charges included, and they would not give me a straight answer on that either. Instead continuing to ask me to come in. So I went to the dealership, and sure enough, neither of the two bikes listed on special were there. It has now been about two weeks, and both bikes are still listed on their website. At this point, it feels like those listings are being used to get people into the dealership so they can try to sell them something else once you're already there. Really disappointing experience. I tried to confirm availability and pricing before making the trip, but got nowhere. If you don't live around the corner, I'd be very cautious before spending your time going in. read more

I attended the Harley-Davidson riding class, and I would recommend it to anyone with an interest in motorcycles, not just learning how to ride, but also safety, laws, and everything else that comes with riding. If it has to do with motorcycles, you'll know it by the end of the class. It was a great experience. When they say you don't need any prior experience, believe them, you truly don't. I normally would not leave a review like this, but I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get help regarding possible identity theft connected to this dealership and have gotten nowhere. I found a Harley-Davidson account/inquiry connected to my credit report that I did not authorize. I called the dealership multiple times asking whether my credit was only run or if someone actually purchased a bike using my identity. I was repeatedly told the general manager was busy and would call me back, but I never received a return call. On 6/10/26, a representative named Edgar called me asking how my bike was. I explained that I was actually calling because I was a victim of identity theft and needed clarification on whether a motorcycle had been purchased in my name. Since then, I have continued trying to reach management and still have not received assistance or a callback. This situation is extremely serious and stressful when someone's identity and credit are involved. I am simply asking for communication, confirmation of what happened, and help resolving the issue. Never buy, nor get your Bike services at this place! I took it 3 weeks ago for a simple hose repair replacement to get done all while I never got a call back to get an update. I had to call all mail every day for the last two weeks only to be placed on hold for longer than 10-20mins; nobody ever came back. I also called the front desk and left 3 messages for a manager or in/charge to call me back; nobody ever did. I sent two messages via the website, never got a call back. I actually had another Harley service manager call for me as a courtesy and he got the same treatment - nobody either answered and did jot get a call back. October 2025 I took the Bike for 5k service, on a Sunday, was told it would be done by 2pm, I had to wait there till 6pm closing to get it and the promised wash detail was not done. In November 2025 I got a call from a "customer experience manager", and he has not responded and is no longer in that role at the store. I paid $35k and spend thousands since on accessories, just looking for a little courtesy or customer service. My wife is actually more angry than I am - she wants to ride with her new touring pack. Now I look like a chump, while all I get from EVERY employee at that store is: aloofness, apathy, horrible customer service and bottom line lack of taking accountability responsibility. I took the class and the writing Academy to learn rules of the Road and also how to ride. I am a brand spanking new rider with very little experience. It was a group of 10 we were all fairly new and the group was so awesome, encouraging and humble. The instructors were so amazing. Engaging. Some of the classwork can be boring, but they were upbeat interesting and made it very informative and thorough. They literally covered everything I could think of and more. J and Ian Were my instructors and they were so phenomenally, educated and comfortable to be around Before I went to my class, I was checked up on weekly to find out how I was feeling and updating me on events and information on the class. It was a real person asking me real questions and I really like that. Most awesome part is if I feel or if I passed, I had an opportunity to come back and freshen up my skills for free. They're giving me an opportunity to come back no charge as much as they want and that's a really big bonus. Most places won't allow you to do that and if you don't do well on your test, you have to pay again. I will be back to Riverside Harley riding Academy. I'm very pleased and very excited to learn as much as I can before I get on the road. They really helped build some confidence. I stopped by Harley-Davidson of Riverside this morning for a scheduled noon appointment to purchase a Low Rider S that was advertised on their website. I want to start by saying the customer service was great--staff assisted me right away, and everyone was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the main reason for my visit didn't work out. The motorcycle I came in to purchase could not be located, and I was told it was likely already sold. I really wish I had been notified beforehand, especially since I drove about an hour to get there. I also had three backup motorcycles in mind that were listed as available on their website, but none of those were actually in stock either. That was frustrating and made the trip feel like a waste of time. Because of the lack of accurate inventory updates and communication, I'm subtracting one star. If I were to return in the future, I would need confirmation in writing that the motorcycle I'm coming to see is physically available before making the drive again. read more

I bought a bike from this dealer about a month ago. They sold it to me with a faulty voltage regulator and a mechanically unstable ignition that fell apart while I was riding. They charged me a $1000 fee to have a tech make sure the bike was in working order. 2 days after receiving my bike, it died on me which left me stranded miles from my house. Called the dealer and my sales guy left me on read with no help. Do not buy from this dealer, they will sell you an unsafe bike and provide no good will care afterwards. Was enrolled to the CMSP program training and just finished the class. I have had no experience with motorcycles and was very nervous to start getting on a bike. The first day I was met with Brian the manager and Dave one of the instructors to go over the class and what we will be learning. There job is not easy but I can say they made me feel welcomed and pumped up to get on a bike and learn. Day two was the first of learning how to ride a motorcycle and we met Sherri which was another outstanding instructor and the famous Dave! I was up and riding the first hour and felt confidence I'd never imagined having so early on just by following there instructions and fixing the mistakes I had. Day two was the very same, they have a lot of knowledge with these instructors and you will learn so very much of how to handle and maintain to be upright on a bike, not fallen over laying on the ground. I drove about an hour each way after confirming an appointment with Russ in internet sales after I inquired online about a motorcycle and a phone call as well that evening by him. When I arrived, the bike I came to see wasn't even there. Was told 3 different excuses why, none of them made sense. Instead of addressing that, the focus immediately shifted to trying to sell me a brand-new bike. That's not why I made the appointment or drove all that distance. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. If the inventory isn't actually available, customers should be told before they make the drive. Basic communication and respect for people's time goes a long way, especially a person that is ready to buy the motorcycle right then and there.  Lied to me as well saying he would be there, but was off that day. I chose them for their reputation and I support every year the Veteran memorial ride for I'm a veteran, this is such a bad experience of let down, I will find a different ride that supports and honor our vets. read more

Took the Motorcycle Safety Course and i highly recommend it! Jay and Anthony were great instructors! They had a sense of humor and made the class enjoyable. They were able to make an educational environment feel like you were taking a class with friends, despite not knowing the others also attending. They made sure to answer any questions without making you feel stupid and provided a lot of helpful tips and reinforcement. I'm usually a very introverted and anxious person in group settings, but I felt completely comfortable in the environment. Brian was also great! He made sure to check in and provide helpful insight and tips! I'm short (4'11) and nervous about fitting safely on the bikes. Brian made sure that there was a bike I could fit on. Jay and Anthony helped me adjust the levers to my comfort! Honestly, this is such a well-rounded team! If you're unsure as to whether you want to take it, dooo ittt!
