If you are looking to purchase a Harley Motorcycle. AVOID this Harley Davidson dealership! They have crazy dealer mark ups and they avoid giving you an Out The Door (OTD) price even after asking them a few times. They just rush to run your credit and rope you into a "low payments" deal all while still not negotiating and agreeing on an OTD price. This technique is used to hide their markup and dealer fees not including Tax and Registration. Save yourself the time and money by going to a different HD dealership. read more

I had a terrible experience in the service department and no attempts to reach management were ever honored. Instead, I feel like our sales guy is afraid of me or just concerned because I asked him to connect me with a manager (which never happened). He's otherwise nice. I just wanted my service department concerns heard by someone who cared. Also BE AWARE - each of their bikes have a dealer mark up that other dealers won't have - by law they have to disclose it so it hangs from the bikes - check the dealer mark up before you buy. Horrible experience trying to buy from these guys. First, they had bikes listed on their website and when I called to make sure it's available they told me "yes it's here, when can you come in". I show up, and they don't have the bike but then try to sell you other bikes. (The bike is still listed on their website a month later). Then, I come back the following week to work a deal on another used bike and asked me to submit a credit app, so I did. The credit app also was an app for a credit card which I asked the sales guy about and he said "no it's not for a credit card, that is just part of the application." (I ended up getting a letter in the mail saying I had applied for a Harley Davidson credit card through BOA.) They go back and fourth with me on pricing for another bike and tell me the longest term is 36 months with 30% down, then try to sell you a new bike with a longer term to make the payment look better and persuade you to buy a new bike. I called another dealer and they had my credit info and said it showed I was approved for 60 months at 10% down and I was lied to by Riverside Harley. I walked out of the deal as we couldn't get on the same page. I returned 3 days later to accept the deal they had tried to offer me, and they said it would be 2500 more now since it's not the end of the month anymore. So sad to see these bad reviews honestly I don't feel any of these are true. Harley Riverside was one of the best Harley's we've been to. After to going to 5 locations not only were they the most customer friendly but also every rep from the sales girls in the merch section, the finance team, and the motorcycle sales men were so kind and caring. They are not doing business for money but rather for their customers to enjoy their hobbies. Brent was our sales guy and he was down to earth and super cool. Ezra was great to work with in finance. To Start off I was requested to Bring my 2 year old Glide down for an appraisal. As I was thinking of selling it as I was not able to continue riding it due to health reasons. I got the Bike in 2023 and it has less than 500 Miles on it. While I was at the dealership. They sent someone out with me to do the appraisal. He almost dropped the bike getting on and off it. didn't engage the kickstand fully and laid it on the engine guard. He then went inside and I never saw him again. An hour and a half went by. My Id was gone and nobody new what was going on. Finally two hours later. A salesman came over and offered me 8k for my bike. a 40k bike for 8k..... Now I am not against anyone trying to make money. But I did notice they had bike similar to mine on the line for 28k. I owe 18k on mine. I simply wanted them to pay off what was owed and I would be on my way. Something I verified 5 ties before going down there. Now, To tell me you want to give me 8k and then request I give you 11k more to pay it off. So you can put it on the line for 28k. Is absolutely ridiculous. Calling someone 3 times a week to bring the bike down and guaranteeing the customer you can accommodate what they want due to the low miles and good shape of the bike. to turn around and give a complete slap in the face. Very poor integrity for a a dealership. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

I regularly go there for my parts. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. Now the service dept on the other hand is the worst I've dealt with. Had a straight forward repair done to my rear axle. Was supposed to be a week maybe 2 because they had to order the parts. It turned into almost 2 months and I had to hound them weekly to get my bike finished. I went to this dealership after seeing a used 22 CVO for sale. When I got there, the bike really wasn't what I hoped it might be. However, my wife knew I was looking at a secondary bike and urged me to look at the soft tails (she's the best!). I spoke to Seth who was really helpful and answered my questions. We talked about the pros and cons of the Street Bob vs a Lowrider S. Long story short, I went with the Lowrider S and couldn't be happier. During my interactions with the Riverside HD dealership personnel, my wife and I also had the pleasure of working with Jarad who helped us with the financing. He went out of his way to get us what I believe to be a great deal with the special promotions they had running. My dad and I went in on Saturday to window shop motorcycles, as I was looking to upgrade from my Street Bob in the near future. I didn't know how near that future really was because I left with a 2024 Street Glide that day! I was approached by Shade shortly after we got there. He was so kind and patient with me. I didn't make it easy for him, but he stuck with me basically the whole day. I got to see literally all of their new and pre-owned bikes. Sat on plenty. The amount of inventory they have is absolutely massive. Probably over 500 bikes on location. I had only had the Street bob for about 6 months, so I knew I was pretty underwater on my trade in. But they gave me full market value on it without even seeing more than a couple of pictures. Shade and the sales team looked for every available rebate and incentive to make my dream a reality. I had to go with a 2024, which didn't leave me with a whole lot of options on color (seeing as most of the '24 glides were pretty much all gone). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the Onyx pearl white that I wanted, but they did source a Vivid Black Street Glide for me which I fell in love with and am very happy with. And let me say they really tried their best to get me the White Street Glide, even searching other dealers out of state! Go in with a dream and an open mind and these guys can work miracles even for this broke kid! read more
