So 2 weeks ago I bought a 2026 street glide limited along with that I purchased the VIP package which is not cheap. Before riding off on the bike I noticed that my left fog light wasn't working. I brought it up to my salesman Edgar. By the way Edgar gets 10 cause he is awsome. He told me all the techs are gone for the day and to set up an appointment. 2 weeks later I go to my appointment to get the light fixed. When I check in the service noticed that I am already at 1000miles on the bike and if I want to go ahead and do the 1000mile service. I said sure thing I didnt purchase the VIP package for nothing. 4 hours later I see my bike is lined up with the bikes ready for pick up. When I check in to pick up the bike they tell me that unfortunately the light is toast and that it is on back order until September (WTF) . I was like ok did I atleast get the 1000mile service done. He says unfortunately we didn't have time to do it. So I was there 4hours and nothing was done but a half-ass bike wash. After getting the bike home I noticed that there was a plug disconnected from the light that wasn't working. WHICH I DIDN'T NOTICE BEFORE. I PLUGGED THE LIGHT IN AND BAMM THE LIGHT CAME ON.. SO 1 OF 2 THINGS, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF INCOMPETENCE OR THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER CHECKING IT. WHAT A WAST OF TIME HE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS. I wasted my money on purchasing the VIP package. They did not fix my light that was a simple as plugging it back in. I did not get my 1000mile service. All I got was a half-assed bike wash. read more

I bought a new Tri glide in December 2024. The list price was lower than I bought it for. They sold me service pan, extra warranty plan, I got a passport book with coupons which I paid for, service coupons exc. What I'm saying is that this dealer service dept is not very customer service related. First time I took my bike for the 1000-mile service I waited 2 hours before they even took it to back to start the service. (I called a few days for an appointment) Anyway I was 5 hours waiting with an appointment???? Next appointment was for the 5000-mile service, same thing this time was there for 6 hours with an appointment. They said the rack had another bike on it? Well then why did they schedule me to come in at 9 and not later when the rack was empty. I asked that and the said they were sorry. Also, when you check in for service, they send you a text number to check on you bike or any questions, that's good but they have never called me back with 7 texts messages and 5 voice mails??? I'm not happy with their service but I'm stuck because I prepaid for the service when I bought the bike. It took me 4 months to get $1,200 back from them for the GAP insurance when I paid my bike of after financing it for 3 months, I can't even imagine how long it would take to get the service money back???? read more

My husband had been going to this dealership for many years for his Harley Davidson motorcycle repairs and to buy attire. I know of this place because of him. I have livestreams of new and preloved Harley Davidson shirts online. I went to your store about a month ago to buy attire for me and my daughter. I wanted to wear a Harley Davidson tank top to go with the theme of my livestream. I dealt with CJ and had a beautiful experience with her!!! She is nice, humble, a genuine person, beautiful inside and out, and with great customer service!!! I dealt with the blond female manager at the register and she didn't seem as nice. Too serious for my liking and not as friendly. But because of CJ I felt at home. If anyone goes to this specific store in the day time, ask for CJ. You won't regret it. 2024 LOWRIDER ST purchase I originally logged onto Harley- Riverside's website to browse and narrow down the bikes I was interested in. This search was super helpful because unlike like other websites, their site was up to date on inventory. I decided to visit the dealership in person and ask for a test drive. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with courtesy and respect. Ryan my sales rep introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him my purpose and my intentions for the visit and he immediately offered a test ride. To make long story short. We ended up making a deal that same evening. They were open to a respectful negotiation and handled my deal with 110% professionalism all the way through the delivery of my bike. Ryan is easy going and very friendly. I contacted Riverside Harley regarding multiple Road Glide Specials. When looking online, their website does not give you a price and says click here for price, which has a rep contact you. Melissa contacted me and explained how their store works and how she had 5 of the Road Glides I was inquiring about in stock. She made an appointment for me and upon arriving I guess Melissa was off which is fine and a salesman helped me and gave me their little "VIP" bag. He said they had no Road Glide Specials and showed me other used bikes which all looked like they came from a scrap yard. When nothing compared to what I was looking for he said that it's easier to buy a new one. What a joke, I rode 50 miles to just turn around and go to a local dealer with a Road Glide Special which I ended up purchasing tonight. I left within 15 min of arriving. The way Melissa hyped up Riverside Harley made me think they were actually a "good" dealer. I hope this prevents others from getting baited like I did. I really like the staff here at this location. They are friendly and willing to assist in finding the right size for you. Took the road king for 10k mile service, change fluids. They never called when the bike was complete, there was oil and greasy smudges all over the bike. When I got home there was oil on the garage floor, they never wiped up under the filter! 3 of the five screws for my primary cover were loose. The top screw was almost completely backed out!
