Apex Carts knows their stuff. We worked with Michael when we moved to California and he got us into a 2025 Evolution Cart, and had it delivered right to our door. They go through these carts well prior to delivery and were always responsive to questions if anything popped up. Cart worked great and we used it everyday. Will buy from them again. read more

Apex has done a fine job servicing our Yamaha Golf Cart over the years, always providing advice and options. When we decided it was time to upgrade to a Lithium battery powered cart, Michael Y. gave us options as well. Ultimately, we decided to trade in our cart and upgrade to a newer model that offered bluetooth, speakers, and will be a huge improvement over our older cart. Mike was very responsive in setting up a demo drive and delivering our new cart. Thanks Apex for the years of great service! read more

Apex Golf Carts - The beautiful new golf cart from APEX - Golf Cart Rentals Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

Apex Golf Cart is a great business model for customer service and quality of work. I met Ryan at Apex, he quickly repaired a semi-melted battery plug to my golf cart. Additionally, I scheduled a service appointment to install and relocate the charging port for my lithium battery. Pablo walked me through the repairs he would make taking into account my suggestions too. I am very pleased with the work Apex has done for me and will continue to use them for all of my golf cart repairs and upgrades. Thank you, Ryan, and Pablo! read more

We were having issues with our previous golf cart and went to Apex to have it fixed. Dealt with Michael to discuss the options and ended up with a new cgolf cart that we absolutely love! Michael was super honest and to the point about both our old cart and the new one, making it easy to decide what to do. He went above and beyond to customize the new cart based on what the wifey wanted and went out of his way to make sure we got the best bang for our buck. If you go to Apex, ask for Michael! He was absolutely awesome!! read more

I purchased a golf cart for our family over three years ago from Apex. We were having some problems and we were out of our warranty period. Anthony went out of his way to make sure all the issues with our car were resolved fairly. If I'm ever going to buy another cart. I will only buy it from Apex. read more

Apex is great! Michael helped us with our golf cart and made the process so seamless. He diagnosed the problem (that no other local golf cart company/shop could figure out), fixed the cart, and delivered our golf cart back to us all within 24 hours. So glad we found Apex! read more

CLICK BAIT!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! we drove an hour and a half to get here based on the advertised golf carts and pricing only to find that they did not have any of those and we're going to try to sell us something we didn't want for more than $8000 over the listing price on their site. Do not go here - a bunch of shady people. read more

When I reached out to APEX Golf Carts I didn't know anything about golf carts - all I knew was that my department needed to purchase one ASAP. Michael was so thorough, transparent, patient, kind and professional with me throughout the entire process. We are so very grateful for his support. Francisco delivered our golf cart and he was also very professional, friendly and thorough with explaining all the features. He made sure we were comfortable and confident in our purchase before driving off. Our department is very happy with APEX Golf Cart and their five star service and will definitely be recommending this vendor to all our campus partners. read more

Customer service (Michael and Narcis) were superb! Took care of us from start to finish.

Apex golf carts is the best! Narcis has been very helpful and we will not rent from another company. We have used several companies in the past and no one else has been as helpful, no other golf carts have been as nice, and the process with any other company has not been any better. Hands-down, the best golf cart rental company in OC/LA/IE. read more

I am completely amazed at how well Apex golf cart has repaired or broken down EzGo RXV when all the other dealers in the area said they did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. Apex golf carts had our golf cart back in two days from the time they picked it up and replaced our controller and main wire harness that has failed. I am very glad to have found Apex golf carts on yelp and chosen to do service with them as they have come through for what we needed at the time we needed it. It seems Apex golf carts has all the parts for all your golf cart needs in stock and ready to go as their warehouse is full of new golf carts as well as parts and accessories. I will not hesitate to use Apex golf carts in the future when our golf cart is in need of repairs read more

How is this company still in business? Bought an Evolution D3 cart from them and now I can't even get anyone to help me out with warranty work. They take the call and pretend to care but that is the end of it. No return calls. You can't even buy parts to fix any issues with these carts. Trust me buy Yamaha. Lesson learned read more

My cart experienced a scraping/rubbing noise from the left rear wheel area that went from intermittent to constant after a week or two. The noise level kept increasing so it was obvious that something was wrong; I suspected the culprit to be the axel bearing. I requested service and Apex picked up the cart in the morning and returned by the evening with two new axle bearings at 2 hours of labor charge; that's very reasonable and there was no other alleged issue...as I already figured. But best of all and why I give Apex 5 Stars, Kyle - the owner - learned that his shop repaired my cart without first calling me and receiving my consent. They did the repair as soon as they diagnosed the problem. Kyle admitted to me that I legitimately did not have to pay for the repairs because The shop never received my consent! When he told me that, I was obviously surprised and appreciative of his honesty. Kyle is an owner with integrity, so I paid for the repair anyway. After all, his shop did the work and it's the fair thing to do. A shop with integrity and trustworthy should be rated 5 Stars!!! read more

Finally a reputable honest and fair dealer that can handle both sales and repair. Apex not only picked up my Tomberlin, they serviced it quickly and without telling me it needed unnecessary repairs. Thank you Apex for your honesty and timely repair/delivery. read more

Omg, Ryan and his team are a gem! We had our golf cart for less than a year with 2500 miles! It needed some work and they took care of it super fast and at a great price! I recently worked with Kyle to order an EZGO cart with some modifications on behalf of my boss. Kyle was great to work with and provided all of the information we asked for, making it easy for me to handle the whole thing and never involve my boss until the day the cart was delivered to his home. We lucked out with the cart we needed and it was delivered the very next day after we placed the order, while their existing cart was appraised and towed away at that time. Super experience! read more

Would give fewer stars if I could. Dishonest and deceptive business. They posted a very clearly written ad for a cart and wrote it in a way that stated it included a $500 folding rear seat. When we arrived to purchase all of a sudden the rear seat was additional. The salesman was beyond rude and they did not want to budge on anything at all. Not budging on price I understand. Carts are popular during Covid. Being incredibly rude to customers and lying on your ads? Not good. On top of this I can find numerous offers for their "$500 folding seat" all over the web for $269 - $289. So even if the ad for a 23 year old golf cart was accidentally written poorly by their staff, at the REAL cost of the seat, they weren't losing money on the sale of a 23 year old cart. I've written way too many online ads over the past 20+ years of selling high end sports equipment online to buy that this was a mistake. Based on their location it seems perhaps the Company goal is to take advantage of elderly and retired citizens living in nearby Laguna Woods. Avoid these guys at all costs. There are many good and friendly dealers in the area who know exactly how to treat a customer. I have since found multiple ads from reputable dealers for far newer carts, in better shape for similar pricing. read more

After searching quite a bit on Yelp for Golf Cart repair shops in Orange County we decided to go with Apex Golf Carts for the refurbishment of our old golf cart. The process itself of getting the colors and options on our club car ds golf cart was very easy and Kyle was very patient and took his time explaining the available options for our golf cart. It took about 3 weeks to get ge golf cart back but it was well worth the time as it came out looking like new and exactly the way we wanted our golf cart to drive. I would highly recommend them and have had the golf cart for about one month now without any issues so far but they did give us a 1 year warranty on all parts installed on our refurbished golf cart. read more

Tiffany was fantastic! Had 4 golf carts that needed batteries converted to lithium. The minute I called, Tiffany took my info and coordinated the entire process. He braved the 91 Frey on a Friday evening to get us our carts back then took the time to explain the charging procedure. I highly recommend Apex golf carts. Great staff. read more
