About 2 months ago, Shawn serviced my 5th wheel for water heater maintenance as well as a heater related issue. He was on time, respectful of my time, extremely communicative and proved to be highly trustworthy. Shawn handled the water heater related issue quickly, efficiently and smoothly. The heater turned out to be a bit more of a headache. But Shawn handled it like a true professional at all times. He worked to diagnose the issues with the heater, but had to return another day to complete the repair. Based on my intial interaction with Shawn the first day, I had absolutely no problem allowing him to further repair my trailer while I was at work. Shawn was able to complete the repair, completely cleaned up his work area in my living area, and provided video and audio proof that he had completed the repair. Shawn charged me a reasonable price to maintenance and repair my trailer. Let's me be clear. It was reasonable and appropriate NOT cheap. We all know we get what we pay for and this is especially true for mechanics and professional tradesman. Bottom line is Shawn is 100% trustworthy, his pricing is appropriate for the service quality and service call, and he can be counted on to get the job done correctly when the job is complete. I will call Shawn again when I need him. But he even gave me tips and educated me on the maintenance of my trailer so I can save myself some money in the future. Thank you Shawn. I appreciate your help getting my trailer squared away

Martin and his team have been amazing! I bought a converted camper van back in the in fall, and…read moreafter a few weeks, everything stopped working: the electrical unit, the water in the sink, something was leaking, etc. I didn't know where to turn. All the camper conversion companies I called were booked out months, if not years, because of the pandemic (everyone wants a camper these days!). Martin was able to fit me in and WOW - I really hit the jackpot with him. Turns out, whoever had built my van had no electrical training and likely just learned about electricity in a few youtube videos. It was a huge fire hazard and pretty dangerous. And on top of it, it didn't work. Martin was able to rewire everything and ground the electricity. This guy knows what he's talking about and knows what he's doing. It's been almost 8 months now, and I have had no trouble at all with the electricity. I use my camper van for my business and I needed a way to stay cool inside of it during the hot summer. Once again, Martin went above and beyond - researching all the various ways I could get AC into the camper. In the end, the solution was brilliant. He was able to install an AC in such a way that it barely takes up any space, looks clean, and works great. AND - on top of it all - it works on solar! So it's eco-friendly. Long and short of it: If you need something for your camper or RV and are willing to be a little patient (remember that because of the pandemic, all the RV places are slammed!), Martin and his team are phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

We had an extensive open discussion via phone, during and after which I was extremely impressed and somewhat abashed about my initial review. As a result, after long searching and several very unsatisfactory and expensive experiences with other RV shops, I will be bringing my rig around to try and address some ongoing issues. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!
