    I thought these guys were honest and legit group but totally wrong. I have had to go back a couple…read moretimes to get things looked at and fixed. They let me leave the first time with a broken OE end link. I even let them know the sound was way too loud to be what they initially thought was the ball joint bearing. They also installed my wing and I kept hearing weird noises in the rear. Turns out its the suspension, not the wing. However, when I looked to see if any bolts were loose, all of them were. I tried to tighten them but they just kept spinning. Smh. I let them know there's a loud slapping sound coming from the rear passenger, even sent a video, and they want to charge me to diagnose and fix it...said that they made sure to check all the torque specs. I highly doubt that. If they let me leave the first time with a broke part. I don't know how a shop can function this way. If you installed something incorrectly, you should look to fix it at no charge. They do not doo quality work at all. I would double and triple check your service if you plan to come here. Although customer service was decent, I will never come back to this place again. Service from the techs cannot be trusted.

We called about four other places before contacting iPull-uPull. The other companies were offering very low amounts, but iPull-uPull gave us what felt like a fair and reasonable price. That made a big difference. I scheduled a pickup date and time, and they were on time and reliable. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and even sent text updates, which I really appreciated. At one point, I couldn't find the pink slip, and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Luckily, after searching, I found it. They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.
