The consensus does not lie! I called up Techworks/Jason as a referral from another rider. Throughout the whole process, Jason was super communicative, giving updates, setting expectations, and when work was completed, exceeding them! He helped me with a whole engine swap on a Zx14, was thorough and took care of a couple other underlying issues i was unaware of, and help change out a few cosmetic parts. Absolute rockstars!!! I could not be happier. Jason and team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional, courteous, the whole nine yards. I brought in my 2023 Gen3 Hayabusa (track bike) to have them install a Brocks Performance Alien Head 2 full exhaust system with BT-Moto velocity stacks. My bike was in and out of the shop in less than 24 hours. Not a single scratch, no missing or damaged hardware, etc. They even went the extra mile and replaced a bent bolt that was installed by the manufacture. Jason also tightened up the slack on my throttle grip which I didn't even tell him about. This shop is all about integrity and pleasing the customer. From fixing things that don't look right or could create a dangerous situation (at no additional cost) to making honest suggestions on existing parts and future upgrades. So I'm From Palm Springs and some of the shops out in this area are either too busy and or have some bad business ethics to say the least, my battery on my bike has been dying after a few rides turning it on and off type of deal.. The technician, Jason, went above and beyond with his service on my motorcycle. He not only cleaned and synchronized my carbs, he also tuned my bike and gave me great advice to help keep my cost down! After taking the bike home to install an ordered part myself, he allowed me to return my bike to him for another tuning / safety check before i got back on the road.
