this place is a nightmare. i wish i had went somewhere else to get my brakes, oil and coolant flush. they charged me $2600 because they offered financing. I DO NOT SUGGEST DOING WITH THEM, they will run up the entire loan because the loan company sends them how much you are approved on so little did i know they charged outrageous prices and labor fees knowing i was desperate and ill be paying off this crazy huge loan and my brakes are squeaking, coolant issues after a radiator replacement by them in October 2025. the clutch they did in july 2024 is also failing from their resurfaced flywheel. They have yet to contact me back about warranty for anything they've done, which wouldn't surprise me if they didn't. the manager is a shady dude and i'm convinced they think they are top dog when they have the worst customer service and at $150/hr labor plus half ass work. biggest scam for subaru owners. save yourself and go to Aristocrat autosport. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP I was completely scammed here. I paid over $20,000 for a rebuilt motor that took them more than a year to finish. When I finally picked up my car, they hit me with an extra $1,000 charge for a "new battery and fluids." The worst part? The car was handed back in terrible condition: * No A/C refrigerant * Low coolant * Empty windshield washer fluid * I was charged for a brand-new clutch and pressure plate, but they were installed incorrectly. Now I'm dealing with a bad clutch bushing and issues that should have been fixed the first time. I had to take my car somewhere else and spend even more money just to get it repaired properly. The workmanship is careless, the delays are outrageous, and the owner is dishonest. I wouldn't trust this place with any car, of any make or model. Save yourself the headache, time, and thousands of dollars--go somewhere else. read more

Do NOT deal with this company! You will get burned. In March 2023 I ordered a choke kit from Nightmotorsport. Two and a half years later, they have been unable to fill my order because the part is not available and may no longer be made by Edelbrock. Despite numerous phone attempts to remedy this and two registered letters to the owner, they have refused to respond or refund my money, even though I was open to paying a cancellation charge. Contacting their new VCM company was fruitless. Probably not worth going through small claims court for $150 and my guess is they know it. Frauds. read more

Back in May 2025, brought my 2012 Hyundai Veloster here to try and figure out the code for my check engine light. I was told my O2 sensor and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The owner (Steve) assured me that the work on my car would be done within a few days after offering the parts I needed. I was told it was okay to drop the car off the day after Memorial Day early in the morning and the work would be done late afternoon. To my surprise, Steve informs me the morning of that the parts did not arrive in time but was given the option to have the regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) done in the mean time since I was already there. I dropped the car off around 10am and was told by Steve that I would receive a phone call to pick up the car later that day. The day goes by and I received no communication on the status of my car. By 5pm I'm concerned and decided to call and follow up. No answer. I rushed to the shop to find my car still parked in the same spot I dropped it off in the morning . I then spoke to a mechanic about my car who had no idea was going on. I'm already upset because my car was now being kept over night because it was deemed "unsafe to drive" by the owner. Long story short and over $4000 later, my check engine light is still on and turns out the work that was supposed to be done on my car was not fully completed after taking my car to another shop. Was also up charged for a part that I ALREADY paid for by $500. The staff at this shop is disorganized, unprofessional, and can't get the job done. I was better off taking my car to pep boys or even the dealership to get the work done. Steve not only made me feel frustrated as a customer, but was very rude towards my mom who came with me to the shop after she heard how I was being treated. The owner will twist your words to make you feel like you're at fault when it's the team in general that's disorganized. Very disappointed. My car came back with more issues after spending a few days at Nightmotorsport. Will now have to trade in my car because I can no longer afford the work that needs to be done. Be wary and do your research. I was desperate to get an issue fix and this shop will take advantage of that. Now I'm in more debt than necessary. read more

Avoid this shop at all costs. I've been a customer of Night Motorsport since 2021 and have spent over $32,000 here. Unfortunately, I can no longer ignore the dishonest and shady practices I've experienced. They recommended unnecessary services like a complete engine rebuild which another trusted shop later confirmed was not needed. This isn't just a one-off. Every few months, I seemed to have the same issue crop up again, always requiring more work and more money. Coincidence? I don't think so. To make matters worse, even someone from their own accounting department confided in me that the shop regularly engages in questionable tactics to keep customers coming back. I finally took my car to a reputable shop, and they had nothing good to say about Night Motorsport--confirming my suspicions. They are overpriced, dishonest, and damaging to your vehicle and wallet in the long run. Please learn from my experience and take your business elsewhere. read more

Prepare for a long long wait.. "Updated review" Nightmotorsports took almost 6 months to get me my order, but they did. Today I received my part after waiting such a long time. The owner was able to offer me free delivery to my home since i was going to pick up locally (1hr away) so that was nice from them. Yes it was frustrating and I kept getting the run arounds and was left in the dark. However I got my part at the end of it all so thank you guys for coming through but will most likely never purchase again. For those who have active orders, call everyday twice or 3 times a day until they are irritated of you and you'll see movement , at least that's what I did. You'll definitely get your part, but super late. Ask for Steven in customer service , he's the only rep that actually put an effort to check on my order so shoutout to him. Or dispute with your bank if it's not too late. Despite the long wait, thank you. read more

This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. I believe they were recently acquired by "VM or VCM Motorsports." I purchased a front bumper from them about six months ago and still haven't received any updates.
