Very rude. Maybe learn some customer service skills. Of course I called back California auto supply in Pomona who I guess was acquired by parts Authority this year hopefully they can learn some better customer service skills

Then when I went to smog it and had issues, I called Ricardo about 5 times and he was always patient with me and the smog operator. Literally any car part they have and if they need to order it. They will! I was referred by a friend and they have a website so I checked it out and decided to call instead. I'm in OC and I drove down there because it was such a deal for what I needed. I found out when I got there that they can also deliver for extra fee. I definitely will do that next time. I was impressed on the service and how prompt they are. I actually was curious about their deliveries and they delivered in OC, LA, San Diego, and the IE. they also have EBay site. I found from Jeff, who's in charge of that. Jeff was so helpful and also they have a Spanish speaking sales person too. I asked the Sales rep name and his name Junior. I was waiting for my part and then was asked if I needed help by Mark but I was already being help by Jeff. Everyone very attentive. While they're getting your part there's seats and a vending machine, so you can snack or have a coke while you wait. I also notice there was someone entering back and fourth to the yard and also the back office. I figured that's probably the manager because he was talking to the staff and helping them out. When I asked who he was, it was the owner. I was surprised how hands on he is with his team. Also I will say he's such a hottie! I definitely didn't expect that. After seeing how handsome he was, I said this was definitely worth the drive. I got my part for a great price, great service, prompt service and to add the icing on the cake I got my eye candy. I know this last part is maybe to much info but for all the women out their I will say, it's nice to see such a handsome man while you wait for your part. But overall I definitely will recommend this place. One thing I notice they are so helpful with every person that walks in the door. Some customers were a bit scary looking but the staff treated everyone the same. I thought the was just awesome and makes sense why they been in business for a long time.
