DONT GO HERE! Over priced rip off artists! I'm new to Jeeps and the four-wheel-drive market and asked Justin behind the counter for help with a set of wheel spacers for my 2020 JL. He sold me a set of 2 inch wheel spacers for $250. He said the parts were from a local manufacturer and then he could beat anyone's deal. I went home and put three of them on the Jeep. One of them had the wrong studs wouldn't fit the Jeep. I took the part back, but had to wait another day for them to fix the bad part because they didn't have another one in stock . I later found a comparable set of wheel spacers online for $142.50 (with free shipping). I wouldn't let these idiots work on my wheelbarrow ! read more

Great experience. Our 2020 Gladiator had developed Death Wobble-- local mechanic didn't have a clue, and we were reluctant to take it to the Jeep dealer. Found 4 West on Yelp, and noticed that not only do they specialize in Jeeps, but several of the reviews mentioned Jeep Death Wobble and that 4 West had solved their problem. Made an appointment with Josh. Came in and were greeted by Rick, the owner, who is expert on all things 4 Wheel and all things Jeep. Owns a Gladiator, and has been doing this stuff for some 40 years. My 96 Grand Cherokee had the death wobble so on my day off I wobbled on in to see what needed to be done just an estimate. Louie was awesome got my Jeep in for an evaluation and recommended fixes. They employ an extremely arrogant sales guy Jason that has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the off-road community. After putting $3k down on $13k worth of parts and services, my install date came and went without them ever calling me or returning my calls to find out what was going on. After 2 weeks I drove in to talk to Jason in person because I was pretty upset with his lack of customer service. He laughed me off at first then proceeded to just give me every excuse under the sun, including "too busy to call you back" which is never an excuse, just means you are lazy and have terrible customer service skills. Never did he apologize to me and then got upset for me for still being mad at him! At this point I was just fed up with him and just asked for a refund which he then laughed at me and a explained that there would be a restocking fee. After several minutes of this the other sales guy Louie finally stepped in and broke it up and yelled at Jason to just leave the showroom which he never did. Louie tried to help give me a refund while Jason continued to talk shit to me and then started to call me childish names and said he wanted to take me outside and kick my ass! Louie couldn't give me my refund and explained that the owner was out of town and I would have to wait until the next week to get my refund. I left and just disputed the charge with my credit card company because I thought it would be easier. 4 days later the owner Rick called me and tried to get me to come back in but didn't seem to know all of what happened. I explained everything to him but he didn't seem to care much. I'm sorry but I can't give a dime of my money to a shop that would employ such a terrible sales guy that would make threats to a customer. There are many off-road shops in the area and I will be taking my business to a place that treats customers with more respect. read more

These guys are quick friendly and courteous. They didn't charge me a Ford Raptor tax like other shops have done. They even found a potential part of failure with the new installed part and went ahead and took care of it by fabricating a custom bracket, without that bracket I could of potentially lost the truck or had a horrible accident. They are slammed during Covid 19 and short handed yet the mechanic stopped what he was working on and took time to drive it and put it on hoist. Came in and said I had bad u-joint. I called this place after my shifter went limp and assuming my linkage bushing was either broken or popped off, I was hoping they could look at it and possibly fix whatever's wrong. From the very beginning these people were helpful and friendly. On the phone they were willing to listen to my concerns and answered all the questions I had. Paul was very nice and told me how to temporarily fix my issue so I can drive my Jeep down to their shop without doing any more damage. Once I got there, they helped me right away, it only took 20-30 minutes to fix my Jeep and they had all parts needed in stock. Pricing was affordable and well worth it! I even asked Paul if he'd be willing to show my how to shift from 2WD to 4L (I'm a newbie) and he came outside, and showed me every gear and how to engage and best scenarios for putting it in all gears.
