The following morning the awesome team at Snyder's looked at my vehicle and determined the issue was an improperly installed air filter which had been done earlier in the day at an quick oil change service center that has a name starting with a 'V'. The issue was quickly fixed and I was on my way! It was explained that I couldn't be charged legally by Snyder's because it was determined the oil change service center was the cause and I went to have them do their job correctly later. Shortly afterward, I experienced a brake-fluid leak and loss of braking performance, and a near collision with another vehicle requiring a tow to a certified Ford dealership close by where I work. According to the certified dealerships diagnosis, the inner and outer brake pads had been installed in the wrong positions, resulting in caliper damage and brake failure. This was a serious safety concern and had costed me dearly to get my truck back to a safe operating level for my daily commute to work. I had sent a written complaint to the business but received no response. I then sent a second letter to the owner requesting a response within 10 days. I am asking the owner to contact me so we can discuss the repair costs and resolve this matter. I will update this review to reflect any response or resolution. Additionally, if this results in no response from the owner of Linder's tires-I will go through the proper channels and "I WILL GET THIS RESOLVED"....

It had no warranty and the dealership didn't have to work with us, but they bent over backwards to do so. The owner felt so bad and lost a great deal of money by working with us. I have to say that my husband and I were so touched and impressed. We bought a third car about a month ago and so far so good!! They definitely try and work with everyone, especially if you have a good payment history with them. The interest rates will be steep. The buying process will be from the stone ages and take a long time. Plus, they do NOT report GOOD credit to the credit bureaus. They will however provide you with a letter explaining your payment history with them. Small town, unique experience!!
