Pedro is unprofessional and incredibly misogynistic towards women. First, he screwed up the job, and I had to return my car, as it was making a dangerous grinding noise and didn't run correctly, after being charged over six hundred dollars. So, I return it. He repairs it and doesn't apologize. Now, the car has a new issue, one he refused to take credit for and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. If you're a woman, go elsewhere. These guys are great! I was a customer back when this place was still cedar glen auto, and Roberto is doing awesome work expanding the place. Got a new (to me) truck recently and thwy pretty much tore it apart and rebuild everything that touches the ground on it. Roberto did a fantastic job installing a lift kit on it, along with new shocks/struts, breaks, an axle and aligned it all perfectly. Even went so far as to shave down bits of the lift kit to get the car to sit right on it all. If you need a lift kit installed.. roberto knows whats up. Was a very fair price for all this work, and turnaround was very fast. I love the new notification system aswell. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Roberto knew he'd never make any money selling gas for my wife's Tesla, but that didn't stop him from helping her with a tire that was slowly losing pressure. He found a screw and removed and plugged it so she could continue driving safely until the tire could be replaced by Tesla. We could have waited for hours, but Roberto got on it right away so we could enjoy the rest of the day without worrying about a flat tire. Sarellano garage repaired my Ford F-150 pickup truck on a late Friday afternoon when no other repair shop on the mountain was was willing or able to do the job. Pedro answered the phone at around 4:30 p.m., believe it or not, and said to bring my truck by the shop for diagnosis, even though I was towing a 27' camping trailer (another story), but they probably wouldn't be able to do the repair. At any rate, not only did they diagnose the problem (bad coil on cylinder #2), but father Sarellano DID the repair on the spot, even though he had to order the part. I was in and out of there in half an hour and was charged a very reasonable price. Sarellano Garage is now my go-to place for auto repairs at all times. Made an appointment for Wednesday 8/18/21 waited for call all day, I called shop and no Answer. I drove to the garage at 4:30 and the mechanic had just put it on the lift, he said can you get in and hit the gas so I can watch the universal joint? So I did, he than says yep that's probably it. I said ok can you give me an estimate? He says yep tomorrow morning when Bill my boss is here, thursday 8/19 no call I call the shop 1pm as no one again called me. Bill and Roberto are fabulous!!! They have taken such great care of us! In 1 short week we had a side mirror on our Corolla needing replacement which they promptly placed on their schedule and fixed within an hour... then our older jeep had a parking brake issue we took it in and Bill let us know we didn't need a new parking break it simply needed to be tightened again done super quickly... 2 days later my battery light went on and we found out we needed an alternator. They not only had the new alternator brought up the mountain within 2 hours but replaced before the end of the day AND I had brought the car in late morning to begin with! It is super frustrating dealing with auto mechanics as a woman. They assume they can take advantage of you. This place is slimey. I called on the phone to get a quote for replacing my front and rear brakes as well as getting my disc resurfaced. I was quoted $115 for the job, labor only because I have the parts myself. A little pricey for relatively easy job, but i just wanted to get it done so I agreed. I showed up to drop off my car and suddenly the price jumps from $115 to $225 because "he thought i just wanted my front brakes done" when I clearly remember him asking me if my back breaks were drums or not (they're not) to get an accurate pricing. Excuse me? I don't even understand where that price comes from. It's a tactic I've unfortunately run into before with terrible auto mechanics in the past trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman and shouldn't know how much something should cost. For $20 Bill and his hispanic assistant removed a screeching thumbsize black cinder lodged in the driver's side front disc brake between the rotor and backing plate. I thought my clutch was going out which would have cost about $950.I had tried to troubleshoot the racket myself but couldn't since it was only heard when I was driving. Yes they are very honest. What really blew me away is that the Lake Arrowhead area publishes a 15 page newspaper about safe winter driving and stores to get winter supplies yet they don't warn us about the black cinder chunks getting lodged in our brakes. I personally knew of one other person who lived in my area with a screeching truck but didn't know what was wrong either.He had a mobile mechanic help him. The screeching sound is so unnerving it could easily cause an accident from panicking. Bill said this often happens to honda and subaru cars. read more
