Apparently they also fix/diagnose hybrid cars here!…read more My prius prime had a warning that "hybrid system malfunctioned" so I was stuck struggling to operate the vehicle for 2 days... The morning of the visit, lo and behold, the error code went away, took it to this shop anyways to see if they can find anything, nothing showed up on the OB2 scanner... They didn't charge me and just told me to monitor and come back if there's any issues, 10/10 for honest people!

Avoid This Shop - Deceptive Pricing and Shady Billing Practices…read more I was ready to do both repairs with them until the sketchy behavior started. Initial estimate: $1k-2k (rear) + $3k-4k (front). After $100 inspection, jumped to $5.3k (front) + $2.9k (rear). Red flags: David insisted $600 trunk repair "wouldn't be good enough" for my Tesla lease, pushed $2.9k replacement. After they missed bumper damage ($600), he suddenly said repair would "look just fine" and offered to "make it even at $2.9k." That's $1,200 worth of work for $2,900--when I asked for itemized invoices, he refused and ghosted me, claiming "system doesn't allow it." At pickup, they handed me an invoice for $4.1k. Then printed a SECOND invoice--same $4.1k total but R&R costs, labor, and parts had shifted by hundreds of dollars, plus a mysterious $1,322 "discount" we never received. How do line items change while the total stays identical? Called my mom (an accountant) to review. After nearly 2 hours of them insulting her for asking legitimate questions, they claimed it was "accounting between two shops to avoid double-taxing our deposit"--ironic since they offered $300 cash discount to dodge taxes. Staff contradicted themselves: first said OEM part (explaining scratches), then insisted it was "brand new" when questioned. Found a PDR specialist who did the rear for $600 (vs their $2,900)--excellent work. Also: they're NOT Tesla-certified despite advertising "certified Tesla technicians". Their assistant Amy is excellent at answering questions regarding restoration in addition to being an excellent communicator! I have received a very professional estimate in writing and text messages regarding restoration of two classic vehicles from Tanya. The level of professionalism is actually amazing. Communication is everything and verbally as well. During our initial consultation she spent over 30 minutes with me! No charge! 1. Prompt estimate, received within one week of my initial contact to them. 2. Beautiful professional packet sent in mail to me containing written estimates, brochure and credit application with a finance company they use for restorations. In closing , I have seen their quality of work in addition to having a personal reference from an individual that has known them for several years. Highly recommend, very professional to work with!

My review with Inglis Classics, when I first met Brian and Tanya, they were amazing folks. They…read moreoriginally were working on the 1967 cougar never missed a payment paid on time. Always and amazing conversations with them. They were very family orientated towards my family and I where quite impressed. MY second car had a 1959 Studebaker lark had some steering issues and called Inglis they were able to fit me in the schedule. They notified me that I had a bad head gasket and my head was warped I had the option to rebuild the top end of the motor or just do a full rebuilt. It was 6000 to rebuild the engine and I went with that figuring if the top part of the engine was giving me issues might as well do the whole engine anyway. They supposedly fixed my steering (quote from the invoice, diagnose steering issue sticking, and slack, removed gearbox, weld steering bracket together, install new rag joint correct hardware, steering knuckle to steering column shaft). I got my Studebaker back on May 2, 2025. The car was driven less than 500 miles because the car is garage kept at the time didn't think much of it. The car only ran short distances and never drove long or fast. The RPMS was never raised above 2500 because it was a new engine and you take care of it. On April 1,2026 I noticed a rust bubble from water underneath the paint and took it to a local body shop for repairs. When I picked it up the steering was very difficult, I asked the shop to see what's going on they found the bolts and the metal pieces holding the steering column and steering box completely messed up, that the parts on the steering were low quality parts used. While the car was on the rack, I noticed the oil leak on the rear main seal. I called Inglis initially notifying there was a rear main leak and asked how we can make it right I remember them telling me It was year warranty; they notified me it was 90 days all sudden which I found strange. I told them it falls on the builder and should stand with their work. Brian notified me he uses low quality parts on his engine builds and not using US quality parts. Brian went off on me saying I sabotaged my own vehicle, which was a blatant lie and offensive. When they knew I have a wife and children, I would never put their lives at risk. My wife was a witness Brian yelling at me and she could here without being on speaker, He was very unstable about the whole situation and got aggressive and no need for it. Brian was the one who got angry with me which I should have been, but I was not angry and wanted answers and resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company due to unprofessional management and using low quality parts. Another, point Inglis Classic has No accountability of their actions. A reputable shop stands by their work.

As an industry professional, I've done business with this company multiple times. The last two…read moretimes the part I purchased were defective and I've had to return them. Things happen, I understand that these are used and untested parts. The way this company handled the entire transaction upon my discovery of engine fault, is completely unacceptable. This last purchase was an engine I purchased in February and paid for 1 year coverage with labor. Labor rate they use is national average from 1990 I'm assuming. Since February I've been telling them this engine I purchased was defective. They would send a mechanic to come inspect it, back and forth delaying my progress by 3 weeks at time while they try to schedule their mechanic to come and inspect it. The person they did send knew nearly nothing beyond mechanical issues that he barely even tested for. Fast forward to September when they finally agree to come take their engine back, refund my money and pay labor. Delays pick up by a week again with some lame story about the driver and check not being with the driver etc. says he will call back but literally never does. I had to continuously chase the dude down. I recall the motor being stripped at arrival and instructed my staff to remove everything in preparation. Their guy arrives, takes engine, no check in hand as promised. After a call, I'm told they have to inspect and check before delivering my money. My customer is delayed their vehicle and my time again wasted. Then, no phone call, no single ounce of communication a refund check arrives with $350 deducted for missing parts. I call again and say all parts are at my shop and I can happily bring them over for the $350 back to me. I can't remember what an engine looked like 7 months prior! Guy goes he's gonna talk to the boss and will let me know in 1 day since he's already left. 5 days goes by and again nothing. I finally call them and he gives me a BS story of once a check is written and money deducted for parts removed, there's nothing they can do. These guys are crooks. I am never doing business with this company again. Two stars for their consistent answering of the phone and somewhat friendly demeanor when speaking.
