A friend of…read moremine got into a bad car accident and the towing company is refusing to let his brother nor his friends with ID and paperwork from hospital to access vehicle. My friend who currently is in a Coma is apparently a joke for them as they keep saying we're not allowed to access vehicle and when asked for manager the respond is "my boss is not here, private information for his phone number Bs." Guess what? The manager was sitting right next to her and she kept lying after been arguing with her for days! 6 days of letting the car sitting is apparently a cost of above 2000 dollars according to their manager. On top of that the woman who works there is laughing at us for going through this struggle. Can you imagine someone being this evil when one of your close friends is in coma and you're trying to help out and someone laughs about it??!? And please shop owner don't just write "we care about our customer value Bs... " we already know who you are! You're nothing but disgrace to humankind!

The entrance for the property was too narrow for his truck to enter. He immediately called a fellow tow truck driver. He got me a quote to get the truck from the property to the street. Since, Fernando gave me a reasonable price. So, I was able to afford the second tow truck. There was also a huge evaporator on the top of the truck that was over the height limit for electrical. Fernando even removed it. And he didn't charge me extra. And they finished loading the truck so quickly. He delivered the truck to the parking lot that I reserved, safely. The owner was so impressed about how he backed his truck onto the property and did not scratch the wall. Fernando went above and beyond. I'm truly appreciative.
