He was incredibly caring, sympathetic, and honest throughout the entire process. I was in a tough situation--about two hours away and in urgent need of a part for my Yamaha so I could make it to a night ride--and I wasn't going to be able to get there before closing. Sam truly understood my situation and stepped up without hesitation. When I called, Brandon tracked everything down, confirmed the tires were arriving the next day, and arranged for me to drop my wheels off ahead of time so they could get started as soon as the tires came in. While I was there, I also needed a transmission pulley nut for the custom Harley hardtail with a 1989 Evo engine I'm rebuilding. Brandon helped me locate the correct part and ordered it with two-day shipping so I can keep the project moving. Their $40 annual membership is absolutely worth it. You receive substantial discounts, rewards on purchases, and other benefits and they also offer a military discount. Their connection with RevZilla is another major advantage for anyone who rides, works on motorcycles, or builds project bikes. Hands down, a great experience.
