He was incredibly caring, sympathetic, and honest throughout the entire process. I was in a tough situation--about two hours away and in urgent need of a part for my Yamaha so I could make it to a night ride--and I wasn't going to be able to get there before closing. Sam truly understood my situation and stepped up without hesitation. On his own time, he reached out to me, helped me process the payment over the phone, and even went out of his way to safely hide the part so I could pick it up after hours. Because of him, I made my ride without any issues. That level of dedication and customer care is rare to find these days. When he left for the day, he made sure another associate took over in case I needed anything. It was Kenny. Kenny was just as great. I ended up buying a motorcycle jacket, back protector, and helmet. In the past, I bought gear based on fit and looks (of course). I didn't take into consideration the placement of the armor or adding a back protector.
