What can I say auto zone is where I go to get almost everything I need for my 2012 Ford Fusion. They tend to have decent sales, you can earn rewards with the rewards program and you can even get a free hour of battery charge. One of the managers here is a complete joke, I came in to purchase a hose for my car, the hose didn't fit my car correctly, I came back and the manager made a slick side comment about me returning the item. I than asked about another specific tubing and they practically made me get it from the back. After I purchased that tubing they end up telling me it's for a different part, when I specifically told them which tubing I needed. I end up finding out that the manager was rude, because they had to work a long shift. Boo hoo too bad you have to work like everybody else, definitely needs new management control. read more

Worst AutoZone I've ever been to, horrible service and employees can't seem to do there jobs. I took my AAA battery to this location for a charge, when I picked it up later that night they gave me a different AAA battery I didn't notice until 5 days later on my next day off work when I tried to install it... So I go back to this location to get MY battery back and once again no greeting when I entered like they are required to from either Red shirts or Grey shirts sorry but that's beside the point, so Micheal who is a grey shirt (aka manager) tells me he finds it a little hard to believe that they gave me the wrong battery and I didn't notice untill 5 days later... Sorry Michael I wasn't aware that it was my responsibility to make sure your employees were doing there job right, must have missed that memo... After he goes to check if they had my battery he tells me that he can't find it and he can give me 1/2 off a new battery WTF!!! Why should I spend MY MONEY in a place that in other words is CALLING ME there customer a LIAR!!! Worse part is I have my proof receipt of drop off SMH. My next step was calling the District Manager Matt he did not answer I left a voice mail and I've yet to get an answer from him. Next I called corporate still waiting on a call back from them as well. The first line of the AUTOZONE's employees pledge is "AutoZoners always put customers first!" The young lady (with a nose piercing like a bull and regular boys haircut) says, "Sup." I politely asked for the part. She didn't know what I was talking about. First off absolutely no one greated us. We asked one of the employees for help and he said that the part that we were looking for was in the back, but never got it for us. The manager didn't offer any help. He didn't say hi or asked us what we needed after he was done with a customer. He just walked back and forth behind the counter, and wouldn't look at us. When we finally got someone to help us he didn't know what the part was, or if it was even in the store. Needed my windshield wipers changed and I honestly didn't know how to change them and although the employees don't have to go out in the rain and help me because we'll autozone is RETAIL and they AREN'T professionals, Adrian was sweet enough to assist me in putting them on. Definitely took care of my partners problem. He was having issues with his battery and both a service worker and the manager helped. I loved that even though they weren't suppose to help us with unloading the battery, they still did it with a smile.
