This is a family owned business and everyone that works here is a good team that does a good job. They take care of you with a big heart. I was so disappointed as i was keeping my car although it was a total loss. The owner of this shop felt sorry for me and acted conscientiously and put my car back together, and even washed it to return to me at no charge. I had an appt here for an estimate on my car. I drive into the lot and motioned to the guy taking pics of another car, to make sure where I parked was ok. He turned his back on me. A lady came out and I asked her and she said yes. The man turned around and started screaming at me to get my car off his lot, that it was overheating and get it to a mechanic asap. I said I had an appt for an estimate and he yelled I am not doing an estimate on your car... get it off my lot. He asked who my insurance co was I stated USAA. He repeated he would not do an estimate and that USAA did their own.I was so flustered!!! Never have I dealt with anyone so rude. I am a 72 year old woman and felt exactly the way women say auto mechanics treat women. I was hoping to ask him to help me put some water in my radiator as I couldn't open my hood due to severe arthritis in my hands but the way he humiliated me I didn't take the time, just drove my car off as he so rudely told me to do. It's been 6 months since these guys repaired some front end damage and replaced the steering rack on my truck, and I have to say, I've never had better customer service or care from any other auto repair place. These guys truly care about each customer and car that comes in Chris, Melissa, the owner and the rest of the crew, including the garage guys are all A+. This is by far one of the best autobody shops I've ever been to in the past 20 years STATE FARM recommended it and it's really close to my home. They were the fastest turnaround so efficient always leaving so you know exactly where the status of your car was offered to give me a rides, but more importantly the work this is an amazing team and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anybody work on your car. Passenger rear door dent was caused by a little girl who swung her door right open in the parking lot. Luckily we were eating in the car so we right there when it happened. Went through Geico who notified me that a local auto repair shop was contracted with them so we went along with their recommendation. Yucaipa Auto Collision was the selected spot and sure glad it was them because this process couldn't have been any simpler, smoother, or quicker. The entire staff was wonderful and a pleasure to work with, but I have to mention Hugo who was the representative that coordinated this repair in a very time pressing manner. Baby was due right around the time of repair (of course, why not) and I needed the vehicle ASAP! Despite me being quite pushy in getting the job done, Hugo was very, very patient with me and extremely understanding of our situation. He went above and beyond my expectations to get this repair completed with urgency. He contacted the appropriate departments in order to not only get the parts in ASAP but also overlooked the entire process to ensure quick completion. Happy to say, the repair looked as if nothing happened AND after I picked up the vehicle we went right into labor that same night!! Wonderful auto repair shop to work with. They were organized, approachable, easy to talk to, down to earth, and very professional. It's my first time there and I could easily tell they've done this for a very long time and have the entire system down from A to Z. Kudos to the owners, managers, customer representatives, mechanics, and axillary staff. It was a PLEASURE doing business with you. Side note: Geico coordinated Enterprise to give me a rental car for the time being. Yucaipa Auto Collision seems to do business with them often since this process with Enterprise was very easy as well. Enterprise met me at the auto shop, I dropped off my vehicle there, and drove off with the rental car. Upon repair completion, Enterprise said just to leave the car at the auto shop and I was able to simply drive off the lot with my vehicle without any hassles. Very convenient system and hassle free. Extremely helpful, informative, communicative, professional. The person who hit our car only had the bare minimum coverage, which wasn't even enough to cover what the car was valued at as totalled. Let alone to fix completely. It's a commuter 20 year old Toyota with low mileage, so totally worth fixing. They didn't force us to agree to the full estimate, nor estimate with outrageous prices and only OEM parts. We were able to discuss what we wanted, what was necessary, and what could be left alone. I didn't even recognize it at first when we went to p/u the car, it looked amazing!! Came in with insurance recommendation to get the front bumper fixed. Just the bumper no steering issue no interior work just the bumper. Brought it in with a full tank and an estimate of 2 days. Not only did they hold my car an extra 6 days, they also gave back the car with smoke damage on the inside and no gas left along with a 5k bill on what was originally 2k. Absolute scam. read more

My jeep was rear ended by a drunk driver and I took my Jeep here, and they did wonders with my jeep, made it look like it was before the crash, I was very happy with everything that they did. I hit a deer on Fourth of July and they were recommended to me through my auto insurance. They had great customer service kept me updated on the work and my car was ready when they said it would be. I actually think it runs better than before. My car has always had a small ticking noise since I bought it brand new and since getting it back from them, that noise is gone. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Hugo, at Yucaipa Auto Collision. I had been told by my Subaru dealer that I needed a new bumper for my Forrester. I was told that it appeared something had hit the bumper and broken the snaps. I showed Hugo the slight separation of the bumper. He said that I didn't need an entire bumper, that would be quite costly, approximately $1000, and only one snap was broken. He said a little longer screw, and some glue would do the trick. It did! The separation was a little less; and it looked better. The cost? Repair was done for free and only took a few minutes. Thank you Hugo. My paint job they did on the front of my car was flawless. They had to put a new headlight lends and 2 new low beam light bulbs an 2 new fuses because a lady had hit my front end of my car. Plus when they were done fixing it they washed ,waxed , sprayed my engine off and cleaned my passenger side front headlight lites so that it looked just as new as the other one. Got scammed big time.... My email to our rep at Geico regarding a horrible attempt at a repair job on our 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06.... Geico was way LESS than helpful fixing this year old problem/complaint but finally paid up..... Will post pictures when I see how to, but bottom line, this shop is not honest - regardless of the hardships they have gone through, they are still a business...... ++++++ I am quite sure you dont actually care ( as you NEVER respond to me) but Dougs shop in Yucaipa NEVER did change the headlights that Geico paid for in the first place. They were replaced by Folsom Chevy today and I demanded that I get the old ones. When looking at the old ones, the build dates match my car EXACTLY. Also there is TONS of overspray on them, since they were sanded and not removed from the car EVER. Typical hack shop and the fact that I was forced to chase you down for help with zero reply over and over just makes this so easy for me. Honestly this body shop doesn't even deserve a star, This place is full of lies and broken promises, Lexi is extremely unprofessional by not for filling her word and executing professional work. She mentioned that "this body shop doesn't do that type of work" but my bumper was put on with "screws" YES! screws! (I was pissed) my bumper was coming off, after picking up my vehicle! when it should have been put on with bumper brackets. My husband and I have been repeat customers at Yucaipa Auto Collision over the last several years and unfortunately our most recent experience will be our last. The day we picked up his car we noticed that not only was there was a smudge in the paint below the door that was an area that was repaired, but also the sound dampening material was left out of the door. So while closing the door it sounded like a rattling tin can. We also noticed that there were several air bubbles in the tint of the back window that were not there before. The car was beautifully detailed, but seemed as though the window cleaner they used damaged the tint. My husband returned the car back to Yucaipa Auto Collision to have the paint and door repaired. Doug the owner told him this issue with the tint has never happened before with any tinted cars they've worked on. And he stated that the tint was in the glass, otherwise he would have just replaced the tint to keep a repeat customer happy. My husband then goes to Toyota as the car is only 4 years old, to see if there's any warranty coverage to be told the tint is in fact not in the glass, and is after market tint (even though it came from the lot that way). My husband calls back to Yucaipa auto to speak to Doug, and after multiple attempts and being dodged, Doug tells my husband he will not fix the tint and offered for him to bring the car there to sit with cleaner on the glass to prove that's not what happened. Even being reminded of his previous comment , where he stated he'd correct the tint if it wasn't in the glass, Doug went back on his word. None of the drop off pics could reveal the bubbles were there prior either. It's unfortunate that this was the outcome. We are extremely disappointed. As we recently had tint done to our other car by a local well known business and were told explicitly not to use windex or other like cleaners on the tint. read more

Wow! Thought I stepped back in time. Was referred to Doug at Yucaipa Auto Collision to resolve some minor paint scuffs on vehicle I am about to trade. He met with me personally, then introduced me to Brian for initial estimate. Upon close exam was told it would be best to just buff it out. Tom came to the rescue! He did a great job buffing out minor scuff marks and also removed tree sap from my side mirror. Everyone was exceptionally polite and to top it off, they would not accept compensation.
