It has been 5 months now and all they have done is sanded our vehicle down and applied primer to it. They give us excuse after excuse as to why they are working on other cars and not ours. My…read moreexperience started off as good, the owner talks nice to you & it seemed like he try's to take care of his mistakes at first but after a while it was just giving me the run around. I took my car in last year around Beginning of march For colisión repair. They kept the car for like 4 months if not more. So then I pick up the car once it's ready and I notice some parts are missing, so I let the owner know and he said he would take care of it. So I told him to get me the parts and then I would take it in, I was trying to avoid the car being there forever again. So after that it was just the typical shop run aroun, (the parts are on back order) (we can't find the parts anywhere) So meanwhile I decided to inspect the car further and I noticed they just did a horrible job all around. The hood doesn't even line up properly, My bumper started coming off almost right away on both sides, the rear tail lights are missing pieces on the inner side, they also didn't put the left & right brake light harness on so only the third brake light works. And now a year later I decided to finally do this review because my wife got home and the front emblem On the grille completely fell off. I never wanted to do the review because as a business owners myself I don't wanna ruin other peoples stuff. But this is just ridiculous. I have messages & proof of everything, the last message I have is where he's saying the parts are on backorder. So I decided to not go back because I knew for a fact the car would be there forever again. Point is I never got it fixed anywhere else either because I had already spent a lot of money with these guys & now half the car is falling apart.

Eventually I was greeted by a lady who took care of me with an I don't care attitude. Tesla insurance hadn't sent the deductible so she wouldn't release my vehicle til they got it which is understandable. So I had to call Tesla to handle it even tho she was the one when I brought it in that said she would work with Tesla to get everything handled. Then she told me to sit down until they received it. David eventually walked out and said ok let's see if I left anything in it to which the lady said oh yeah we got the payment. F me...right!? Got the Tesla home and when the sun went down a bit the shadows brought out everything. The drivers rear door was worked on keep in mind. My Tesla came with a brand new scuff on the drivers door and the rear door is badly misaligned. The rear door also had some tuff built up gunk on it too from them that I had to carefully scrape off. A warning came on too to find out they put the drivers side rear tire back on with real low pressure prob from just sitting there that they didn't catch. Def not quality work for a Tesla certified collision repair center. Update: washed the car this weekend, a couple days after picking it up. What do you know, I find even more built up gunk and scratches/scuffs all the over the vehicle. Some scraped off while some didn't. This is pathetic craftsmanship for a repair center! I'll be sure to tell Tesla to NOT send work to them!

I took my truck there to get very little paint work done on it. I was told it would be done in a week or so. Not even close. My truck was broken into while it was there and $700 in stolen items. and from what i understand, I'm not the only person this has happened to... and he doesn't cover the damage or stolen items. the paint is decent work but they put no time into preparation which is the most important part of painting. I would NOT recommend going there.
