I have a crossover, too, so it had to be sized right. It's perfect. Caden didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and I ended up with what I think was the cheapest trailer on the lot. No hard sell. That's integrity. I was somewhat of a pain in the arse because 1) I didn't have a pin for my hitch, and they happened to be out of the smaller one I needed, and 2) I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. So I had to leave the lot twice to go to a nearby auto parts store to get the right pieces. Caden and the guy who does set-up on the lot (regrettably, I forget his name) provided stellar customer service, even though the latter was expecting a new baby any second at the time I was there. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They replaced my axles, got everything taken care of quickly, and gave me confidence that the trailer was ready for a long trip. We successfully made it all the way to Montana and back down the west coast, 4300 miles without a single issue. Holly was amazing throughout the process, and the entire team was accommodating, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. Once he began the repairs, he kept me updated daily with progress reports and photos, which I really appreciated. The most unprofessional service center I've seen. The integrity of this business is beyond…read morequestionable. I brought my class a for a service on the rig and generator. They did a tune up on my generator and rig. When the vehicle was done I went to pick it up and upon pulling up I noticed my wing mirror was hanging off of the RV. I went inside to let them know about the damage and they were quick to blame another customer who allegedly hit the rv while parked. The customer that hit the mirror took no responsibility for the damage. I asked them to mount the mirror for the time being due to us leaving for a trip in the morning. The service manager said they will pay for the mirror and a detail when we got back. Now for the fun part the next day we were camping the generator on our rv caught fire. Luckily the rig did not spark up with it. I emailed OCRV and left voicemail to get some advice on what to do. They never responded to either. I brought the rv back after the trip they said they were going to take care of the fire issue and the mirror. After going back and fourth with them saying they were waiting on back order parts they finally said they were not doing any repairs after having the RV for 5 months. Long story short get everything in writing and double check the work. Igor the manager will tell you what you need to hear so they can buy more time. Go anywhere but here. Very unprofessional service department does not own up to the mistakes they make.
